Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at The Creekside Hotel

Put in whatever you would wash at home. You pay for the bag, not for each piece, so there is nothing to count or list. Fill it up to 6kg and close it.

• Everyday wear: T-shirts, shorts, trousers, underwear and socks.
• Sports and pool kit: tennis whites, gym tops, leggings, swimwear and sports socks.
• Nightwear and loungewear: pyjamas, joggers and sweatshirts.
• Children's clothes: small things add up quickly on a family trip.
• Towels you brought along: beach and pool towels can go in the same bag.

Business shirts, suits and kanduras are better in Clean & Press, because they need a hanger. Keep anything very wet or sandy in its own small bag inside the main one.

Message us the hotel name and the time you want to meet the driver. Add a note if you are flying soon. The driver takes your bag at the lobby or concierge desk, if the hotel allows it.

1. We sort your clothes by colour and fabric.
2. Your order is washed in a machine of its own.
3. Everything is dried and folded.
4. The bag goes back to the hotel, usually within 24 hours.

The standard bag takes up to 6kg. That is roughly a week of clothes for one person. For a couple, a family or a longer stay, the 12kg bag has its own flat price.

You can send more than one bag. Each one is priced the same way, so you can work out the total before you book. If you are not sure which size you need, send a photo of your pile on WhatsApp and we tell you.

Most bags are home within 24 hours. That is our next-day laundry service, and it applies to every order.

If you leave soon, tell us your check-out or flight time when you book. We say honestly whether it can be done, and we never promise a time we cannot meet.

For something urgent, express is 5 hours on orders booked before 2 PM, where your address is covered. Send the hotel name first and we check.

The hotel has access to the Aviation Club Fitness Centre, with its gym, squash and outdoor tennis and padel courts, and it has two outdoor pools of its own. A few days of that means plenty of sweaty kit and damp swimwear.

Send all of it in one bag. Swimwear and stretchy sportswear get a gentle wash, so they keep their shape. Pack trainers separately.

If your shoes need cleaning too, ask us about shoe care when you book. Tell us if you have tennis whites with a tough mark. We treat marks by hand before the wash.

We look at every piece before it goes in the machine. Stains are treated by hand first, and lights and darks are washed in separate loads, so a red sock does not turn a white shirt pink.

It helps if you tell us what caused a mark. Sun cream, coffee, ink and red wine each need a different approach, and a note on the bag saves guessing.

Send marked clothes soon after the mishap. A fresh stain comes out far more easily than one that has been sitting in a suitcase for a week.

A monthly plan can work out better than single bags if you are here for a while. Essential is one bag a week and costs AED 250 a month. Family is two bags a week and costs AED 450 a month. A single bag is AED 65.

You pick a collection day on WhatsApp, and you can change it in the chat when your plans change. Pickup and delivery stay free on every plan.

The driver looks over your items first. Then a secure link arrives by text, and you pay it with a bank card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Cash and card payments in the lobby are not taken. Once you have paid, the bag goes out for delivery.

If an item is lost or damaged, we cover up to ten times its cleaning price. Anything already damaged, or with no care label, is cleaned at your own risk.

The hotel's own towels and linen are not ours to wash.

Guest dry cleaning covers anything that should arrive on a hanger. If you are unsure whether to use the bag or this tab, ask whether you would normally fold it into a drawer. If you would hang it, send it here.

• Office wear: shirts, blouses, trousers, skirts and suits.
• Traditional dress: kanduras, ghutras, jalabiyas and kurtas.
• Dresses: a plain day dress or one for an evening out.

Pieces are cleaned first, then pressed, and they come back on a hanger. Add a note if a piece is for a certain day, and we plan around it.

The hotel has 13 meeting rooms, so some guests are in a suit by 9 AM. Book once the meeting is confirmed and add its start time to the order, so we can plan the pickup around it.

A two-piece suit is priced as one piece, with the jacket and trousers together. They come back on one hanger, so they can go straight into the wardrobe. A shirt comes back with a clean collar and a firm front.

The Creekside Hotel can host a wedding in its gardens by the lagoon, for up to 1,000 guests. A day like that can mean a fresh kandura or dress for the ceremony and another for the evening.

We clean and press each one with its care label in mind, and a ghutra comes back crisp. Abayas with beads or lace are priced separately, so tell us which kind you have. Send everything a day or two before the event if you can. That leaves time to fix a problem if one turns up.

Need a piece back today? Book before 2 PM and ask for express. It is 5 hours where your address is covered. Tell us the hotel name and we confirm, or tell you at once if it cannot be done.

Care labels look confusing, but a few signs cover most of them.

• The tub: a wash. The number in it is the hottest temperature allowed, and a hand means wash by hand only.
• The pressing symbol: one dot means a cool press, two a warm press and three a hot press. If it is crossed out, do not press the piece.
• The circle: professional cleaning. A circle with a cross through it means do not dry clean.
• The triangle: bleach. A crossed triangle means no bleach.

You do not need to decode any of this. We read the label first and choose for you.

If a label has been cut out or has worn away, mention it when you book. We clean the piece with extra care, but a piece with no care label is cleaned at your own risk. Say too if a piece is already damaged, and we note it down before we start.

A cotton shirt that is only creased can have a press alone. A piece with sweat or a stain needs cleaning first. If you are not sure, list the piece in your order and we choose the right process for it.

You pay online, never in the lobby. When the driver has checked your pieces, a secure payment link is texted to you. Your pieces go out on hangers as soon as it is paid.

A lost or damaged piece is covered up to ten times its cleaning price. The exception is a piece already damaged or without a care label, which is cleaned at your own risk.
