Booking takes a minute, and you do not need an app. Here is how it goes for a guest.

1. Message us on WhatsApp with the hotel name and a time that suits you.
2. We confirm the slot and tell you the price of your bag.
3. Our driver meets you at the lobby or concierge desk, if the hotel allows it.
4. The driver checks your items with you, and a secure payment link arrives by text.

That is it. Pickup and delivery are free, and nobody asks for cash in the lobby.

Anything washable from your stay can go in. These are the usual things guests send.

Check pockets before you close the bag. If something has no care label, tell the driver, because those pieces are cleaned at your own risk.

Your bag does not wait in a pile with other people's. It is opened, checked and washed in its own machine.

First we check pockets and read labels. Whites and pale clothes go together, dark jeans and navy tops together, and fine pieces are held back for a cooler cycle. Collars and cuffs get a hand treatment before the wash, which is why a yellow line from a hot day often lifts.

The wash uses commercial-grade detergent that is also biodegradable and hypoallergenic. A final rinse takes out what is left. Drying is on low heat, because high heat shrinks cotton and wears out stretchy waistbands. Each cycle ends with the drum sanitised.

Finally, every piece is folded by hand, counted against your list and bagged for the return.

Most guests give the bag to the driver at the lobby or the concierge desk. We ask only that the hotel allows it, so check at the desk if you are not sure.

Work back from the time you need the piece. Most pieces return within 24 hours, so book the day before.

For a meeting the same evening, book before 2 PM and ask for the 5-hour express, which works where your address is covered. Say what the piece is for, such as a dinner, a wedding or a flight, and we plan around it. This is express suit pressing for guests who found out late.

Clean & Press suits the clothes that should hang, not fold.

It works well for guest dry cleaning when you have a few good pieces and a short stay. Photograph the care label if you are unsure, and we tell you before the driver comes whether Clean & Press is right.

• Everyday T-shirts and gym kit: a Wash & Fold bag costs less.
• Clothes already clean, only creased: pressing only skips the wash.
• Silk, sequins or lace: dry cleaning is gentler.

The care label tells us how a fabric wants to be treated, and it also decides who carries the risk, so it is worth a look before pickup.

A label with a washing symbol means the piece can be cleaned as usual. A label with a circle means it suits dry cleaning, and we will say if a piece should move to that service.

If a piece has no label at all, we can still clean it, but at your own risk. The same applies to a piece that is already damaged. Cover for loss or damage is up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item.

When in doubt, message a photo of the label and we answer before the driver arrives.
