Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at Holiday Inn Festival City

When your bag reaches our laundry, it is tipped out and every piece is looked at before anything goes in a machine. Nothing is rushed, because a hotel guest usually wants everything back in one go.

1. Pockets. A boarding pass, a room key card or a receipt can ruin a wash, so each pocket is checked.
2. Care labels. The label tells us the hottest wash the piece can take, and what should be kept apart.
3. Sorting. Whites go together, darks together, and soft or stretchy pieces get a gentler cycle.
4. Marks. Collars, underarms and any spill you told us about are treated first.
5. Wash and dry. A mild, hypoallergenic detergent, then a dryer on low heat.
6. Fold. Everything is folded flat and packed, so it fits straight back in your suitcase.

Pack the clothes you wear day to day. If it fits in the bag and the bag stays under 6kg, it all goes for one price. Here is what travellers at Holiday Inn Festival City usually send.

The hotel has an outdoor pool and a gym that is open 24 hours, so wet and sweaty clothes are common by the second day.

• Put swimwear in the bag the same day if you can, so it does not stay damp in the suitcase.
• Gym kit goes in as it is. We wash it with a strong, biodegradable detergent that lifts sweat.
• Tell us on WhatsApp if anything has sun cream or oil on it, and we treat that spot before washing.

Everything comes back dry, folded and fresh, ready for the next session.

The 6kg bag suits a weekend or a few days of clothes for one person. The 12kg bag is better for a week, or for two people sharing a room.

If you are not sure, pack the 6kg bag and tell us how many people it is for. If it comes out over 6kg, we tell you before we wash it, never after.

• 6kg: about a weekend for one person.
• 12kg: a week, or a family in one of the suites.

Either way, the price is flat.

You do not need to go anywhere. When you book, tell us you are at Holiday Inn Dubai Festival City Mall and what time suits you. We take it from there.

1. Hand-over. Our driver meets you at the lobby or concierge, if the hotel allows it.
2. Check. The driver goes through the items with you, so you both know what was handed over.
3. Payment. We text you a secure link, and you pay by debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
4. Delivery. Once it is paid, your clean clothes go out for delivery back to the hotel.

Please do not hand over cash or cards at the lobby. Payment is only by the link.

Most bags are back within 24 hours, which makes this a next-day laundry service for most orders. If you are in a hurry, ask about same-day laundry when you book.

• Standard: next day, across most of Dubai.
• Express: 5 hours if booked before 2 PM, if your address is covered.

Same-day hotel laundry depends on when the driver collects, so book early in the day. Late bookings go out the next morning.

If you are in Dubai for a month or more, a plan can work out cheaper than single bags. One bag on its own is AED 65, and plans bring the price per bag down.

• Essential: one bag every week, AED 250 a month. Good for one person on a long work trip.
• Family: two bags every week, AED 450 a month. Good for a family or two colleagues sharing.

Plans are booked on WhatsApp, so there is nothing to install. We pick up on the same day each week.

We take care of your clothes, and we cover them if something goes wrong. Here is how it works.

• Cover: if a piece is lost or damaged by us, we cover up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item.
• Already damaged: pieces that were damaged before pickup are cleaned at your own risk.
• No care label: the same applies, so tell us the fabric if you know it.
• Valuables: check pockets for keys, cards and passes before you hand the bag over.

If you have a worry about a piece, say so when you book and we will note it on your order.

A good shirt gets more care than a normal wash would give it. This is what happens, step by step.

1. Checked. We read the label and look at the collar and cuffs, where marks often sit.
2. Treated. Marks are dealt with by hand before cleaning, so they do not set.
3. Cleaned. The shirt goes through a cycle that suits its fabric.
4. Pressed. We steam and press it by hand, then put it on a hanger.

It comes back ready to wear to the meeting, the dinner or the airport, without a travel crease.

A suit that spent a night in a suitcase can be ready for the morning meeting. Express suit pressing needs the suit to be booked before 2 PM, and it works where your address is covered. If it is not, we tell you straight away.

• Send the jacket and trousers together, so they match.
• Tell us the time of your meeting or flight.
• A full suit is AED 75.

It comes back on a hanger, steamed and pressed.

Traditional wear is cleaned and pressed with the same care as a good suit, one piece at a time. Each piece has its own price, so you can see the total before you book.

• Kandura: AED 15 each, for a wedding, a Friday or a business lunch.
• Plain abaya: AED 18 each. Delicate abayas are priced separately.
• Ghutra and jalabiya: cleaned and pressed on their own, so whites stay white.

Tell us about any marks on collars or cuffs when you book, and we will look at those first. Everything comes back on a hanger.

A dress for a gala or a silk blouse needs a lighter touch than a shirt does. Tell us the fabric when you book, and we choose the right way to clean it.

If the dress is for a wedding or an evening event, hand it over a day early if you can. That leaves time to look at any marks, then steam and press it properly. It comes back on a hanger, ready to wear.

Events, weddings and flights all have a deadline, so tell us yours when you book.

• Standard: back within 24 hours across most of Dubai.

We cannot promise a time we are not sure of. If express does not reach your address, we say so straight away and suggest the next best slot. For a late event, book in the morning, so the driver has time to collect and return everything.

Smaller and heavier pieces are cleaned and pressed too, and each has its own price on the full list.

• Ties are pressed flat and returned on a hanger.
• Jackets are steamed to take out travel creases, so they look sharp straight from the suitcase.
• Coats are heavy, so allow a day or two.

Winter coats are worth sending before a trip north, as they come back clean and ready to pack.

The care label decides how a piece is cleaned, so we read it first. If a piece has no label, tell us the fabric. Pieces with no care label are cleaned at your own risk, and so are pieces that were already damaged.

When your pieces are ready, they come back on hangers, hung neatly for the trip back to the hotel.
