Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery in Creek Harbour

Each Creek Harbour bag follows the same routine, whether it is small or large. Nothing is hurried.

• Pockets emptied: pens, receipts and lip balm come out first. A melted lip balm in the dryer can stain the whole load.
• Split by colour: whites and pale chinos together, black leggings and navy shorts together. Lace, mesh and thin stretch fabrics are washed cooler and slower.
• Stains first: sunscreen on a collar, coffee on a shirt, sand on a hem. We deal with them before the wash, as the dryer would set most of them.
• Mild wash: hypoallergenic, biodegradable detergent and a full rinse, so nothing strong is left in the fabric.
• Gentle drying: low heat keeps T-shirts the right size and waistbands stretchy.
• Hand folding: each piece is folded and given one more look before the bag heads back to Creek Harbour.

Folded laundry is made for drawers. If a shirt needs a sharp collar or a kandura should hang, Clean & Press is the better choice.

1. WhatsApp us. Send a location pin, the building name, your flat number and a time. If your building has a front desk, say whether the bag can be left there. You do not need an app.
2. Fill the bag. Everyday clothes only. Check the pockets, as one pen or a pack of tissues can ruin a load. Put your name and flat number on the tag.
3. The driver collects. Your front door or the building desk, whichever you chose. Pickup is free.
4. We wash. Your clothes are sorted, washed gently, dried cool and folded by hand.
5. Delivery. A WhatsApp tells you the van has set off for Creek Harbour. Delivery costs nothing either.

Shirts that should return on hangers? Bag them separately for Clean & Press and tell us. One visit collects both.

Here is an easy check: if your machine at home would take it, so will ours. A hand-wash or do-not-wash label means it stays behind. A bag from a Creek Harbour flat can hold:

• Daily clothes: T-shirts, jeans, work trousers, loungewear and pyjamas. Close the zips first.

Most of the care happens during sorting, before water is involved. This is the routine for each load from Creek Harbour.

• Colour: new red tops and dark denim bleed for the first few washes, so they never join the whites.
• Weight: zips and thick cloth rub thin tops until they bobble, so heavy and light items run in separate loads.
• One household per machine: your clothes are never mixed with anyone else's.
• Drum sanitised: as soon as your wash ends, the drum is sanitised before the next customer's laundry goes in.
• Detergent: commercial-grade, but also hypoallergenic and biodegradable. It is rinsed out fully, because leftover soap can irritate skin on a humid day.
• Drying: a hot dryer shrinks cotton and tires elastic, so we keep the heat low and feel seams, cuffs and waistbands for damp before folding.
• Final look: a loose button or a stubborn stain is spotted at folding, and we WhatsApp you about it.

When the washing never stops, a monthly plan is our budget-friendly wash and fold route. One driver visit lands on the same weekday every week, with nothing to rebook, and plan bags cost less than single ones.

• Essential: AED 250 covers four bags a month, one a week. It suits one or two people.
• Family: AED 450 covers eight bags a month, two a week, enough for uniforms, sports kit and swimwear for four.
• One-off: AED 65 per bag, in just the weeks you want it.

Pick a weekday and the plan bags are collected from your Creek Harbour flat on that day each week. Set it up in the WhatsApp chat whenever suits.

• Say what you tried: bleach, spray or hot water can set a mark or limit our options.
• Dry before packing: a wet swimsuit or sweaty top sealed in a bag in July smells sour overnight. Let it dry indoors and shake out any sand.

• Inspection: pockets emptied, care label read, loose buttons noted.
• Hand stain work: warmth can set a mark, so stains are treated before the wash.
• Washing to the label: cool water for cotton and blends so nothing shrinks; items marked for specialist cleaning get that.
• Hanger drying: shirts hang in filtered air instead of tumbling, which protects the sleeve length.
• Steaming order: collar and cuffs, then the front with the buttons, then everything else.
• Three checks before the cover goes on and it heads to your building.

1. List what you have. A quick WhatsApp like "one suit, a kandura, five work shirts" works well. Add your building, flat number and how you like the crease.
2. Two separate bags. Hanging items in one, folded washing in the other, so each reaches the right service.
3. Free collection. The driver takes them from outside your front door, or from the building desk if yours has one and you would rather use it.
4. Garment by garment. Each piece is finished before the next is started.
5. On hangers again. Typically the next day, as across most of Dubai, covered and ready for the wardrobe.

The rule of thumb: if it creases on the way to the office, send it here. For Creek Harbour homes that mostly means:

• Work shirts: oxford, twill and poplin, with the collar done first.
• Skirts and blouses: crepe, viscose and light cotton, which crumple the minute you sit.
• Suits and chinos: cotton and wool mixes. Jackets sit on a shaped form so the lapels lie flat.
• Kanduras and thobes: white cotton or poly-cotton, steamed until the front falls straight from neck to ankle.
• Ghutras: pressed flat on a table, left unfolded for you.
• Abayas and jalabiyas: only georgette and crepe are steamed, which keeps black fabric matt. A shayla can be added too; message us for the price.
• Kurta sets: top and trousers share a ticket and return together.
• School uniform: shirts and blazers for the week, steamed so the collars lie flat.

• Washed at home and just creased? Pressing removes the creases with no second wash.
• Silk, lace, sequins, beads or thick wool? Dry cleaning is gentler on these than water.
• Socks, pyjamas, T-shirts and swim shorts? Everyday items like these go by the bag in Wash & Fold.

Can't tell which one an item needs? Take a photo of the small label inside and WhatsApp it. We will reply long before the van arrives in Creek Harbour.

A care label's heat symbol shows dots, and the steamer is set by them. Three dots allow about 200°C, right for cotton and linen. Two dots cap us near 150°C for wool, silk and polyester blends. One dot means about 110°C, for acrylic and similar synthetics. A crossed-out iron means steam only.

• Dark crepe stays off the hot plate: it would shine, so black abayas and dark trousers get steam alone.
• Extra time at the collar and cuffs: these show most, so we take care over them.
• Your crease: sharp, soft or flat, or shirts folded for a suitcase before a flight. Tell us once and it is written on the ticket.
• Covers that breathe: Dubai summer humidity often passes 90%, and Creek Harbour sits on the water. Plastic would hold moisture against the shirt. Our covers keep dust off and let damp out.

Hanging clothes are collected free from all of Creek Harbour, exactly like folded washing. Blocks here can look much the same, so a precise address saves the driver time.

• Three details: the building or tower name, your flat number and a location pin.
• A landmark: mention Creek Beach, the marina or the promenade if it is by your door.
• Next door: we also collect free in Business Bay and Al Jaddaf.

A clean and press order from Creek Harbour normally returns the day after collection, matching our 24 hours for most of Dubai. Fine or silky fabrics may need longer. It depends on the piece, and we tell you at pickup.

Want a shirt for dinner this evening? An express order placed before 2 PM comes back on its hanger five hours after pickup, provided your address is in the express zone. It is not every address, so message your building and flat number and we will check.

• Sunscreen and sand: sunscreen leaves an orange-yellow line on white tops after a beach day. Brush off dry sand and point to the mark.
• Collars gone yellow: in a Dubai summer sweat soaks white collars and kandura necks. Send them soon for the best result.
• Deodorant: white on dark cloth, yellow on pale. Say which you see, as the treatments differ.
• Oud and perfume oils: rings on light cotton. Show us the spot and name the oil.
• Other requests: a button to fix, no crease, a fold for a case. Add a line to the chat.

The price covers pickup from your Creek Harbour flat, the clean and the return trip. Our bed linen wash and fold handles sheets and pillowcases, each priced separately, washed, dried into the seams and folded flat. Small pieces are not rushed, but a pillowcase simply dries quicker than a king duvet.

• A person checks: corners, stitching and any mark you flagged.
• Sanitised machine, just for you: nobody else's washing joins yours. A king duvet needs space to move. Packed tight, the water wets the outside and never reaches the filling.
• Detergent: biodegradable and hypoallergenic, which counts most on the pillowcase you sleep on.
• The middle is tested: a hand goes into the centre of each duvet, and drying carries on until the middle matches the edges. We judge by touch rather than by the clock.
• Nothing damp goes back: we pack only when it is dry everywhere, then deliver to Creek Harbour.

A duvet cover is AED 31 extra. It is taken off and washed separately.

1. List the bedding. For instance "two king duvets, the guest bedroom sheets and all the beach towels", with your building, flat number and a location pin.
2. We agree the dates: when it is collected and when it returns.
3. Pack. Roll each duvet tightly into its own bag. Towels and sheets can share one.
4. Free collection. Outside your front door, or at the building desk if yours has one and you choose it.
5. WhatsApp updates. We write to you in the same chat until the order is back.

We answer at any hour. Guests due tomorrow and the spare bed bare? Book late, that is fine.

A duvet or comforter of any size, single to king, is AED 56. Each type gets its own checks.

• Duvet: plain case, loose filling, used inside a cover. The cover is removed first and charged as its own item.
• Comforter: stitched into squares or lines, often patterned, no cover. Its pockets dry at different rates, so each row is felt by hand.
• Blanket: AED 26 for a standard size, more for larger ones.
• Bedcover: AED 29. It sits on top and gathers dust, and the summer shamal blows desert sand into Dubai homes. Mention any tassels, fringes or beads.

In summer, sheets and pillowcases are changed and washed far more often than duvets, which is why linen wears out first.

• Sheets: AED 25, flat or fitted. Turn fitted sheets inside out before packing, as small items get stuck in the elastic corners.
• Pillowcases: AED 9. Sun cream and after-sun leave greasy marks on cotton. Point them out and leave the scrubbing to us.
• Pillows: AED 19 each. Bend one double and release it. If it stays bent, the filling is flat and a wash will not help. Memory foam is not washable.
• Mattress protectors: AED 35. A waterproof backing may crack in strong heat, so WhatsApp us the label first.

Stripping every bed in one go? Write the sets for each room in the chat and tick them off on return.

Soap left in the loops makes towels stiff, so we rinse twice and dry each one right through. A towel is AED 7 and a bathrobe AED 19.

• Beach and pool towels: send them the day you swim. Wet in a shut bag overnight, they turn sour. Shake out the sand first.
• Gym towels: small and sweaty, best not left in a bag between sessions.
• Robes: the heavy collar dries last, so we check it just before folding. Thread the belt through a sleeve to keep it from straying.
• Sofa covers: a regular zip-off cover is AED 46. Label each cushion before you remove the covers.
• Tablecloths: AED 19. After a meal on the balcony, let any spill dry and say whether it was wine, oil or sauce.

Keep wet towels apart from duvets, because damp reaches the filling quickly in Dubai's humid summer.

Some things cannot go in any washing machine. Please keep these at home in Creek Harbour:

• Electric blankets and anything with a cable or heating wire.
• Memory foam toppers and pillows.
• Weighted blankets filled with glass or plastic beads.

In duvet and comforter laundering, drying takes the time. Feather, down and polyester can keep water in the middle for hours while the outer cloth feels dry. Put away damp, a duvet smells musty even in an air-conditioned cupboard.

• Two to three days: thick bedding stays with us that long, counting from the pickup at your door. A duvet may feel dry on the surface and still be cool and heavy inside, so we wait for the centre.
• A set return day: agreed in your booking chat.
