The wash bag is for everyday clothes: T-shirts, shorts, jeans, gym kit, swimwear, underwear, socks and pyjamas. Pack them loose in one bag and the driver will take it. You pay one flat price for the bag, not for each piece, so a heavy pile costs the same as a light one as long as it stays under the weight limit.

Keep suits, silk and anything labelled dry clean only out of the bag. Those pieces belong in Clean & Press, where they are cleaned one at a time. If you are not sure where something goes, ask on WhatsApp and we will tell you before the driver arrives.

Shoes, belts and bags should be left out too. We offer shoe care and bag care as separate services.

Your bag is opened and sorted by colour and fabric. Whites, darks and delicates are kept apart so colours do not run. Marks on collars, cuffs and fronts are treated by hand before the wash.

We use a commercial-grade detergent that is biodegradable and hypoallergenic, and your order is washed in its own load. The drum is sanitised after each load, so nothing carries over from the last customer.

After washing, clothes are dried on a setting that suits the fabric, so cotton is not treated like a thin knit. Anything that should not go in a dryer is dried more gently.

Everything is then folded and packed back into the bag. T-shirts and jeans come back flat and tidy, so you can put them straight into a suitcase or a wardrobe.

Fine knits, thin blouses and silk are best sent as Clean & Press. If a delicate piece does end up in the wash bag, we read its care label and wash it gently, but we cannot promise the same finish as a clean and press.

Items that are already damaged, or have no care label, are cleaned at your own risk. Please mention them to the driver when the items are checked. It only takes a moment and avoids surprises later.

Book on WhatsApp or online and pick a time. Our driver arrives at Address Grand Creek Harbour and you hand over the bag at the lobby or concierge desk, if the hotel allows it. This is doorstep laundry pickup, adapted for a hotel, and it is contactless if you prefer.

Before leaving, the driver checks the items with you. Then we text you a secure link to pay by debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We never take cash or card details in the lobby.

Once the payment is made, your clothes go out for delivery. LPlaundry is independent of the hotel, so booking is always with us, not through the front desk.

Most wash and fold orders come back within 24 hours, which suits a next-day laundry service when you are leaving soon. If you need something faster, express laundry delivery takes 5 hours when you book before 2 PM and your address is covered.

Tell us your check-out time or flight when you book. We will say honestly whether the bag can be back in time.

If you stay for weeks, or come back to the same hotel often, a plan can work out simpler than single bags. The Essential plan is AED 250 a month and the Family plan is AED 450 a month. A single 6kg bag is AED 65.

Plans give you one bill a month and a set day for collection. For one short trip, a single bag is usually enough. Ask us on WhatsApp which one fits how often you travel, and we will point you to the best price laundry service for your stay.

You pay only by the secure link we text after the driver has checked your items. It accepts debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. There is no cash and no card handling in the lobby, and the clothes go out for delivery once you have paid.

If something is lost or damaged while it is with us, the cover is up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item. Items that were already damaged, or that have no care label, are cleaned at the owner's risk.

The price you see is for one piece. It covers the clean, the press and the return on a hanger, and pickup and delivery are free. A shirt is a shirt price, a suit is a suit price, and a kandura has its own price. There is no hidden extra on top.

Each piece is checked for marks first. Stains are treated by hand before the main clean, and then the garment is pressed so it keeps its shape. When you tap an item in the price list, you see exactly what it costs.

A suit is cleaned as a two-piece set, so the jacket and trousers stay matched in colour. An evening dress is cleaned as one piece, and the care label decides the process. We check pockets, linings and any trims before cleaning.

Everything is pressed by hand, put on a hanger and covered for the trip back to the hotel. If you need an express suit pressing for the same evening, book before 2 PM and tell us the time you must be ready.

Shirts come back pressed on hangers. Kanduras, ghutras, jalabiyas and kurtas are priced on their own lines, so a kandura is never charged at the shirt price. Abayas have a basic price and a delicate price, and you choose the one that matches your piece.

Guests often send a kandura or abaya for a wedding, a Friday visit or a family dinner. Hand it over clean-label side out if you can, so the driver can read it quickly during the check. We press each piece by hand and return it hanging, never folded into a bag.

This is guest dry cleaning with a clear price for every garment.

If your clothes are already clean and just creased from the suitcase, choose pressing only. We steam press them without washing, and they come back on hangers. It works for shirts, trousers, blouses, kanduras and abayas.

Some pieces cannot wait. If you book before 2 PM and your address is covered, express laundry delivery brings urgent pieces back in 5 hours. That can save a suit before an evening event, or a shirt before a late meeting.

Please tell us on WhatsApp which pieces are urgent and when you need them. We check your address first and say honestly if the time works. Standard Clean & Press takes 24 hours, so you can also plan a day ahead and keep things calm.

This is the same-day hotel laundry option for pressed pieces. Wash bags follow the normal 24 hours.
