Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at Premier Inn Dragon Mart

Fill one bag with the clothes you want washed. A 6kg bag costs AED 65. That is about a week of everyday clothes for one person: shirts, T-shirts, underwear, socks, light trousers and sports kit.

You do not count the pieces. The price stays the same whether you pack twelve items or thirty, as long as the bag stays under 6kg.

If you have more, a 12kg bag costs AED 120. Ask us on WhatsApp if you are not sure which size fits.

The driver checks the bag with you at pickup, so there are no surprises later.

Message us with your room number and a time. We come to Premier Inn Dragon Mart and meet you at the lobby or the concierge, if the hotel allows it. It is a doorstep laundry pickup, only at the hotel lobby.

You do not need to wait in your room. Hand the bag to the driver and carry on with your day. He checks the items with you before he leaves.

Delivery back to the hotel is free too. Tell us if you would like the bag returned to the same lobby or concierge desk.

Everyday clothes are fine: T-shirts, shirts, jeans, shorts, gym kit, swimwear, socks and underwear. They are washed together by colour.

Leave out suits, silk, evening wear and anything marked dry clean only. Those belong in Clean & Press, priced per piece.

If you are unsure about one item, add a note on WhatsApp and we will tell you where it goes.

Your clothes are sorted by colour and fabric, then washed with a mild, biodegradable detergent. Stains are treated first, so a mark from lunch or the flight does not set in the wash.

We dry on a low heat, which helps your shirts and T-shirts keep their size. Each load runs in a machine that has been cleaned since the last one.

The standard time is 24 hours from pickup, so a bag collected in the morning is usually back the next day. It works as a next-day laundry service for a short stay, with time to pack.

Need it faster? Express takes 5 hours if you book before 2 PM and your address is covered. Say so when you message us and give your check-out time.

If you are leaving the same evening, book early in the day. We confirm what is possible before the driver comes.

Everything comes back washed, dried and folded. T-shirts, shorts and underwear are folded flat, so they pack neatly into a suitcase.

Shirts you want to wear right away should go in Clean & Press, where they come back on hangers.

If you are staying for weeks, a plan can save money. The Essential plan is AED 250 a month and covers one bag a week. The Family plan is AED 450 a month and covers two bags a week.

A single bag is AED 65, so a plan makes sense if you send a bag every week. Ask us on WhatsApp and we will tell you which one fits.

You pay by a secure link we text you once the driver has checked your items. It takes debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Please do not hand cash or cards to anyone in the lobby.

Your clothes go out for delivery once the payment is made.

If something is lost or damaged, we cover up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item. Items already damaged, or with no care label, are cleaned at your own risk.

A shirt costs AED 18. We clean it and press it, then hang it so the collar stays flat and the front looks clean. Hand over your shirts in the morning and wear one the next day.

If you have several shirts for a long trip, send them together. Each is priced on its own.

A kandura is AED 15 and a plain abaya has its own price on this page. Both are cleaned and pressed as single pieces. Tell us about any beads or stones when you book.

A two-piece suit is cleaned and pressed as a set, so jacket and trousers match in colour when they come back. A single jacket is priced on its own, so you only pay for what you send.

Hand over a suit crushed in a suitcase in the morning and it can be ready before your meeting.

An evening dress is cleaned and pressed with care. Tell us about any marks from a dinner or a wedding so we can treat them first. It comes back on a hanger, ready for the night.

Clean and press is priced per item, never by weight. You can see every price before you book, and you pay by the secure link after the driver checks your clothes. There are no hidden fees.

Coats and blouses are cleaned and pressed on their own. Blouses in thin fabric get gentle care. Everything comes back on a hanger.

You pay by secure link after the driver checks your items, using a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. No cash or cards change hands in the lobby, and your clothes are delivered once you have paid.

We cover loss or damage up to 10 times the cleaning price of the item.
