Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery in Mirdif

Every bag follows the same steps, whether it comes from a small flat or a large villa.

• Pockets emptied: we look for coins, pens, cards and tissues. A single pen can mark a whole load.
• Colours apart: whites and pale colours go in together. Dark jeans and black tops are washed on their own. Lace and mesh get a cooler cycle.
• Stains first: coffee, food and sweat marks are treated before the wash, because a hot tumble can fix them in.
• Gentle wash: biodegradable, hypoallergenic detergent and a good rinse leave clothes fresh without a strong perfume.
• Low heat to dry: cotton keeps its size and elastic keeps its stretch.

1. Send a WhatsApp. Share a location pin, your villa or building name and your house or flat number. In a large community such as Uptown Mirdif, the street or block name helps the driver. No app is needed.
2. Pack the bag. Everyday clothes only. Empty the pockets first, because one tissue can leave fluff on everything. Write your name and number on the bag.
3. We collect. At your door, or at reception if your building has one. There is no charge.
4. We wash. Everything is sorted, washed gently, tumble-dried on low and folded by hand.
5. We bring it back. You get a WhatsApp when the driver is on the way to Mirdif. Delivery is free as well.

Office shirts too? Bag them apart for Clean & Press and mention it when you book. One driver takes both.

If your own washer can cope with it, our bag can too. Anything marked hand wash only or do not wash should stay out. From a Mirdif home you might send:

• Gym clothes: sports tops, leggings, shorts and socks.
• Everyday work wear: T-shirts and polos that are fine folded.
• Days off: jeans, joggers and hoodies. Turn dark denim inside out.
• Swimwear: swimsuits and trunks, rinsed in tap water and dried out before bagging.
• Summer clothes: thin cotton tops, linen shirts and sundresses. With highs around 43°C in July and August, these get washed often.
• Kids' things: uniforms, pyjamas and playwear, with the zips closed.

The bag is for everyday clothes. We clean the items below too, but each has its own price. Book them in one go and the same driver collects everything at your Mirdif home.

• Work shirts, suits, kanduras and abayas: book these as Clean & Press. Each piece has its own price and comes back on a hanger.
• Silk, wool, sequins and beading: water can damage them, so choose dry cleaning.
• Bath and beach towels: these belong in Bed & Bath, with a fixed price per towel.
• Underwired bras and hand-wash knitwear: please keep these out of the bag. If a label puzzles you, send us a photo on WhatsApp.
• Rugs, curtains and trainers: each has its own service, further up this page.

Before a Mirdif load goes near a washer or dryer, we sort it. Here is what that involves.

• Colours: new denim and bright tops can bleed at first, so they stay well away from whites.
• Weight: heavy denim and metal zips can rough up light tops, so they are washed apart.
• A machine just for you: your clothes never share a drum with another household's.
• Sanitised drums: each drum is sanitised after a load and before the next customer's washing goes in.
• Detergent: a commercial-grade one that is biodegradable and hypoallergenic. Soap left in sportswear itches in humid summer weather, so we rinse thoroughly.
• Low-heat drying: too much heat shrinks cotton and tires elastic. Before folding, we feel the seams, cuffs and waistbands to be sure they are dry.
• A last look: a loose button, or a stain that did not shift? We message you.

Mirdif is on our regular Dubai route, and pickup and delivery are free.

• Which homes: every one in Mirdif. The area is mainly villas, including the Shorooq community, and Uptown Mirdif has villas and flats. Mirdif Hills is an apartment community, from studios to three bedrooms. Tell us the villa or building name and the number.

Does a bag leave your Mirdif home almost every week? A monthly plan is the budget-friendly wash and fold option. The driver comes on the weekday you pick, so you never have to rebook. Plan bags also cost less than single bags.

• Essential: AED 250 a month for one bag a week, four bags in all. Suits one person or a couple.
• Family: AED 450 a month for two bags a week, eight in all. There is room for school uniforms, sports kit and swimming gear.
• Pay per bag: AED 65 a bag, whenever you need one.

A bag collected in Mirdif is normally back within 24 hours. That is our usual time for most of Dubai.

Want a same-day laundry service? Ask for express laundry delivery when you book, before 2 PM. If your address is covered, the bag is back 5 hours after collection. Express does not reach every address, so ask in the chat before you count on it.

• Point out the stain: a tea splash on a cuff, sun cream on a strap or juice down a school shirt. Show us where it is.
• Mention what you have tried: hot water, bleach and stain sprays can set some marks, so let us know.
• Dry damp clothes first: a damp gym top left zipped in a bag overnight sours in the heat, so dry it before packing.

For a shirt from Mirdif, the listed price is the whole price. Stain work, the hanger and the cover are included.

• Checked on arrival: we empty the pockets, read the care label and note any loose buttons.
• Stains by hand: warm water can fix some marks in, so we treat them by hand before cleaning.
• Cleaned to suit the fabric: cotton and cotton blends get a cool wash so they keep their size. Anything needing specialist cleaning gets it.
• Dried on hangers: clothes dry in filtered air instead of tumbling, so sleeves keep their length.
• Steaming order: the collar and cuffs are steamed before the front, and the back and sleeves come last.
• Final inspection: three checks, then a cover for the drive to Mirdif.

1. Make a short list. Something like "four shirts, a suit and two kanduras". Add your villa or building, your number and the crease you like.
2. Pack two bags. One for items to hang, one for washing to fold, so the two never get mixed.
3. Free collection. We pick up at your door, or at reception where the building has one.
4. One piece at a time. We finish each garment before starting the next.

Does it look rumpled after a day at work? Then it belongs in clean and press. From a Mirdif home that could be:

• Work shirts: poplin, twill and oxford cotton. The collar always comes first.
• Blouses and skirts: in crepe, viscose or fine cotton they crease easily and are happier on a hanger.
• Suits and chinos: mostly wool or cotton blends. We steam jackets on a form, which keeps the lapels flat.
• Kanduras and thobes: usually white cotton or poly-cotton, steamed until the front panel lies smooth.
• Ghutras: pressed flat by hand, ready for you to fold as you wish.
• Abayas and jalabiyas: georgette and crepe are only steamed, so black fabric does not go shiny. A shayla has no listed price, so message us on WhatsApp to ask.
• Kurta sets: top and trousers share one ticket.
• School shirts: a good idea before picture day, for a crisp collar.

• Already clean, just creased? Pressing removes the creases without another wash.
• Silk, lace, sequins, beading or thick wool? Water is hard on these, so dry cleaning is safer.
• T-shirts, sports shorts, socks or nightwear? These live in a drawer, so a Wash & Fold bag fits better.

On a care label, the iron symbol carries one, two or three dots, and we never go hotter than the dots allow. With three dots, as on cotton and linen, the limit is about 200°C. Two dots, as on wool, silk and polyester blends, allow about 150°C. One dot, found on synthetics such as acrylic, allows about 110°C. If the symbol is crossed out, we use steam alone.

• Dark crepe: steam only. A hot plate can polish it to a shine, so black abayas and dark trousers never touch one.
• Extra time on collars and cuffs: they are what people notice first.
• We remember your creases: sharp, soft, none or a travel fold, noted on your ticket for next time.
• Covers that breathe: summer humidity in Dubai is often over 90%, and plastic would trap it. The covers keep dust off the clothes and let damp air escape while they travel back to Mirdif.

Hanging clothes are collected free anywhere in Mirdif, the same as a bag of washing.

• What to send: the villa or building name, the house or flat number and a pin.

Shirts and other hanging clothes from Mirdif normally come back the next day. That is our standard 24 hours across most of Dubai. Delicate fabrics can take longer, depending on the piece. If anything on your list needs more time, we tell you how long at pickup.

Need a shirt today? Book by 2 PM. When your address is in the express area, the shirt returns on its hanger five hours after we collect it. Not every address qualifies, so send your building name and we will confirm.

Booking a pickup in Mirdif? Point out any of these.

• Food and drink: curry or tea on a work shirt, and what it was.
• Yellow collars: Dubai summer highs reach about 43°C, and the heat leaves sweat stains inside white collars and around kandura necklines. The sooner we have them, the better they come out.
• Deodorant: white marks on dark cloth, yellow on light. Each needs different treatment, so tell us which.
• Oud and perfume oils: these can leave a ring on pale cotton. Show us the spot and tell us the oil.
• Anything else: a travel fold, no crease, a loose button. Put it in the chat.

The price per item includes collection from your Mirdif home, the cleaning and the drive back. Sheets and pillowcases are handled as bed linen wash and fold. They are washed, checked for damp seams and folded flat. Pillowcases get the attention a king duvet gets, and just dry sooner.

• Hand checks: we look at the corners, the seams and any stain you flagged.
• Your own sanitised machine: bedding is never mixed with anyone else's. A duvet needs room to move in the drum, or the outside gets wet while the middle stays dry.
• Mild detergent: biodegradable and hypoallergenic, which matters most on pillowcases because your face rests on them every night.
• Dried right through: a duvet comes out only when its middle is as dry as its edges. Covers dry first, so we judge by touch and not by the timer.
• Bagged dry: nothing is packed damp before it heads to Mirdif.

Duvet covers are priced separately at AED 31. We take each cover off and wash it apart from the duvet.

1. Tell us what is coming. For example "a king duvet, three sheets and the bath towels". Add your villa or building in Mirdif, the number and a location pin.
2. We send times: a pickup slot and the date it returns.
3. Pack it. Roll each duvet tightly in a bag of its own. Sheets and towels may go together.
4. Free collection. Collected at your door, or at reception if the building has one.
5. Updates on WhatsApp. We message you until it is delivered.

WhatsApp is open at any hour. Visitors due tomorrow and no clean sheets on the spare bed? A late booking is fine.

Any duvet or comforter, from single to king, is AED 56. They are not all handled the same way.

• Duvet: the filled inner that goes inside a cover. The cover is priced and washed separately.
• Comforter: stitched through in a pattern and used without a cover. Because its pockets dry unevenly, each one is checked by hand.
• Blanket: AED 26 for a regular size. Large ones cost more.
• Bedcover: AED 29. A bedcover sits on top of the bed and collects dust, and fine sand blown in by the shamal gets into Mirdif homes as well. Tell us if yours has fringe, tassels or beading.

A torn seam or filling coming out? Send a photo first and we will say whether it can be washed.

Sheets and pillowcases get changed much more often than duvets, especially in summer, so they are the first things to wear thin.

• Sheets: AED 25 each, flat or fitted. Turn fitted sheets inside out before bagging; a lost sock often hides in a corner.
• Pillowcases: AED 9. Hair oil and night cream soak into cotton and leave greasy patches. Point them out and leave them unrubbed.
• Pillows: AED 19 each. Squash a pillow flat and see if it springs back. If it stays flat, the filling is worn out and a wash will not help. Memory foam should never go in water.
• Mattress protectors: AED 35. Heat can harm a waterproof backing, so send the label on WhatsApp first.

Towels are AED 7 each and bathrobes AED 19. Towels go stiff if soap stays in them, so each gets two rinses and a full dry.

• Pool towels: send them soon after swimming, because a wet towel bagged overnight starts to smell.
• Gym towels: they take on sweat quickly, so hang them to air before bagging.
• Bathrobes: the thick collar dries last, so we check it once more before folding. Tuck the belt through a sleeve to keep it with the robe.
• Sofa covers: AED 46 each for a standard cover with a zip. Note which cushion each cover came from before removing them. If a pet sleeps on the sofa, brush off the hair first.
• Tablecloths: AED 19. For a spill, let it dry and tell us whether it was juice, oil or sauce.

Keep damp towels away from your duvet. In a humid Dubai summer, damp spreads into the filling quickly.

No washing machine can handle these safely, so please keep them at home in Mirdif:

• Electric blankets and anything with wiring or a plug.
• Weighted blankets filled with glass or plastic beads.
• Memory foam pillows and mattress toppers.

In duvet and comforter laundering, drying is the slow part. A cover dries fairly soon, but the filling is different. Down, feather and polyester fillings hold water deep inside for hours. A duvet stored while slightly damp will smell musty, even in an air-conditioned room.

• 48 to 72 hours: that is how long thick bedding stays with us. Dry on the surface is not enough, and the centre must be dry too.
