Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery in Al Qusais

Whether the bag is light or heavy, it follows the same route through our laundry, and a full bag costs the same as a half-empty one.

• Sorting: we separate whites and pale colours from darks like black leggings and navy shorts. Delicate lace, mesh and stretch pieces are washed alone.
• Spot treatment: oil, soil and deodorant marks get attention before the wash, since a hot dryer can lock a stain in.
• Washing: a mild hypoallergenic, biodegradable detergent that is rinsed away completely, so there is almost no soapy smell.
• Drying: low heat only, which protects fitted shirts and elastic waistbands.
• Folding: each item is folded individually, checked once more and packed.

1. Send a WhatsApp. Share a location pin with your building or street name in Al Qusais and your flat or villa number. If your building wants visitors announced at reception or the gate, tell them before your slot. You do not need to download an app.
2. Pack the bag. Only everyday clothes. Check the pockets first, because a single tissue can leave fluff on a dark load. Put your name and flat on the tag.
3. Pickup. The driver collects the bag at your door. Pickup is free.
4. Washing. We sort, wash gently, dry on low heat and fold by hand at our laundry.
5. Delivery. You get a WhatsApp message when the bag is on its way back to Al Qusais. Delivery is free too.

Got work shirts that should hang? Put those in a second bag for Clean & Press. Mention both bags in the chat and one driver takes them together.

A simple rule: if it goes in your washing machine at home, it goes in our bag. Anything marked "hand wash" or "do not wash" stays out. Typical things in an Al Qusais bag:

• Summer clothes: cotton tees, vests and light shorts for the hot, humid months.
• Work and school basics: polos, school uniform shirts and socks. Do up the buttons before you pack.
• Swimwear: rinse the chlorine out and dry them completely before packing.
• Sports clothes: joggers, cycling shorts, gym tees and sports socks.
• Children's clothes: play clothes, pyjamas and vests. Close the poppers.
• Winter layers: sweatshirts and light cardigans for cooler evenings.

The bag is meant for daily clothes. Other things are welcome too, but they are priced under their own service and travel on the same pickup from Al Qusais.

• Kanduras, abayas, suits and work shirts belong in Clean & Press, priced per piece and returned hanging.
• Silk, wool, sequins and beading do not like water, so dry cleaning looks after them.
• Towels are part of Bed & Bath and are counted by the piece.
• Underwired bras and hand-wash knits are best kept back. Send us a picture of the label if you are unsure.

Quality is decided at the sorting table, before the machines start. Here is what happens once your Al Qusais bag is open.

• By colour: new denim sheds dye for its first few washes, so it never goes in with pale cotton.
• By weight: thick hoodies and canvas shorts would rub thin tees, so they get their own load.
• One order per machine: your clothes wash alone, so nothing from another household gets in.
• Sanitised drums: every cycle ends with a sanitising step.
• Detergent: commercial-grade yet hypoallergenic and biodegradable, and rinsed out fully. Soap left in a damp shirt can irritate skin in a Dubai summer.
• Dryers: low heat, because hot air shrinks cotton and tires elastic. Pockets, collars and waistbands are pressed to confirm they are dry.
• Last look: the folder watches for loose buttons and leftover marks, and we message you about them.

We collect from homes across Dubai, and that includes every part of Al Qusais. Neither trip is charged.

• Near Stadium station: the streets around Al Nahda Street, Rashid Stadium and Al Mulla Plaza are on our route. Mention a landmark like these in your message and the driver finds you faster.
• Near Al Qusais station: Al Qusais station is on Al Nahda Road, close to Al Salam Community School and Al Qusais Police Station.
• Buildings with a desk or guard: if yours has one, tell them to expect our driver in your slot.

If your household sends washing every week, a monthly plan is the budget-friendly wash and fold. Your pickup lands on one fixed weekday, so there is no booking each week, and every plan bag costs less than a single one.

• Essential: AED 250 covers four bags a month, one collected each week. It suits one person or a couple.
• Family: AED 450 covers eight bags a month, two collected each week. That leaves room for school uniforms, sports kit and towels.
• No plan: pay AED 65 for a bag in any week you need one.

Choose a weekday and we collect your plan bags from your Al Qusais address on that day. Ask for a plan in the chat whenever you are ready.

Most orders from Al Qusais are back 24 hours after pickup, the same as across the rest of Dubai.

• Name the stain. Oil, ketchup or ink each need a different approach.
• Share what you tried. Bleach, sprays and rough scrubbing can make marks harder to lift.
• Shake out sand. Shamal winds blow desert sand onto things left outside. Shake it off, and never pack damp items, which turn musty quickly in this heat.

The price next to each item is the whole cost. The hanger, the cover and spot cleaning are included.

• Inspection: pockets emptied, label read, buttons and seams inspected.
• Spot treatment: stains are handled by hand ahead of the main wash, so warm water cannot fix them in.
• Cleaning: cotton and blends go in cool water to keep their size. Other fabrics get the specialist treatment their label asks for.
• Hang drying: in filtered air, with no tumble dryer, so sleeves and hems keep their length.
• Steaming: collar and cuffs first, then the rest.
• Final checks: three of them, then a cover goes on and the order is loaded for Al Qusais.

1. Tell us what is coming. Tell us roughly what you have, for example "four work shirts, one suit, a kandura". Add your Al Qusais address and how you like the creases.
2. Pack two bags. Put hanging clothes in one and folding washing in the other, so nothing is sorted the wrong way.
3. Pickup at your door. Collection is free. If your building needs visitor details at the desk or gate, send them in the chat beforehand.
4. One garment at a time. Each piece goes from wash to steam before we start the next.
5. Back on hangers. Normally the next day, covered, and ready to hang up.

A quick test: if it wrinkles on the commute, it belongs in this tab. Typical pieces include:

• Work shirts in poplin, oxford or easy-care cotton.
• Skirts and blouses in light cotton, viscose or crepe.
• Suits and chinos in wool mixes or cotton twill. Jackets are steamed over a form so they keep their line.
• Kanduras and thobes in white cotton or poly-cotton, steamed until the front falls straight.
• Ghutras come back flat and square, ready to fold.
• Abayas and jalabiyas in georgette or crepe get steam only, so black stays matt. Ask in the chat about a shayla.
• Kurta sets are tagged together.
• School shirts are a good idea before photo day.

• Clean already, just creased? Pressing takes out the creases without another wash.
• Delicate silk, lace, beaded or heavy woollen pieces go to dry cleaning, which treats them more gently than water.
• Gym kit, pyjamas, tees and swimwear belong in a folded Wash & Fold bag.

Unsure about one item? Send a photo of its label on WhatsApp. We will say which bag it needs before the driver heads out.

Find the small pressing symbol on the label. The dots inside it show the heat. Cotton and linen carry three dots, which allow up to about 200°C. Wool, silk and polyester blends carry two dots, around 150°C. Acrylic and similar synthetics usually show one dot, around 110°C. A cross through the symbol means steam only.

• No hot plate on dark crepe: it goes shiny when pressed hot, so a black abaya or dark suit trousers are only steamed.
• Collars and cuffs one at a time: these are what people look at first, so we go slowly.
• Creases your way: sharp, soft or flat, and shirts boxed up for a trip if you ask. Tell us once and it is written on your order.
• Breathable covers: Dubai summer humidity averages over 90%, and Al Qusais gets the same. Plastic traps moisture, so our covers keep dust off and let the cloth breathe.

Clean and press orders are collected free across Al Qusais, exactly like wash and fold. A full address saves the driver a wrong turn.

• Building, street and flat: send these with a location pin. If your building logs visitors, sort out a pass ahead of time.
• Landmarks: near Stadium station, Rashid Stadium or Al Mulla Plaza? Say so. The same goes for Al Qusais station and Al Salam Community School.
• Next door: Al Nahda and Al Twar get free pickup too, and each has a page of its own.

A standard clean and press order collected on Monday is back on Tuesday. Delicate pieces can need longer, and it depends on the piece. If your list has one, we tell you the time while you book.

Need a shirt this evening? Book express before 2 PM and, at an address we cover, it returns on a hanger five hours after collection. Express is not available everywhere, so send your location and wait for our yes before you plan around it.

• Yellow collars: in 38°C heat, sweat soaks into white collars and kandura necklines. New yellowing comes out more easily than old.
• Deodorant marks: chalky white on dark cloth, yellow on pale cloth. They need different treatments, so say which one you have.
• Oud and perfume oils: a drop can show as a dark ring on light cotton. Show us the ring and say which oil it is.
• Grease and sun cream: common on polo shirts. Leave it alone and tell us what it was.
• Order notes: a loose button, trousers with no crease, shirts for a trip packed flat. Put it in your WhatsApp and we will follow it.

Each price includes pickup from your address in Al Qusais, the cleaning and the trip back. Our bed linen wash and fold handles sheets and pillowcases: washed, dried right to the seams, folded square and priced one by one. A small pillowcase is not hurried, it just dries faster than a king duvet.

• Inspection: seams, corners and any mark mentioned when booking are checked.
• Room to tumble: a king duvet needs a large drum, or only the surface gets clean.
• Mild soap: biodegradable and hypoallergenic, which counts when you sleep with your face on the pillowcase.
• Dry in the centre: a duvet may feel dry on the outside while the middle is still wet, so we feel the core and keep drying until it is dry throughout.
• Packed dry: no damp corners go back to you.

A duvet cover is AED 31 extra, and it is washed on its own.

1. List what you are sending. For example "king duvet, three sets of sheets, bath towels". Add your Al Qusais address and a location pin.
2. We confirm. You get the pickup time and the return day.
3. Pack. Each duvet rolls into its own bag. Sheets and towels can share one.
4. Free collection. The driver collects at your door. If your building needs a visitor pass, arrange it beforehand.
5. Updates. We message you on WhatsApp until it returns.

The chat is open all night, so if you strip the beds late on a Friday, book straight away.

Duvet and comforter laundering of any size, single to king, costs AED 56. We check each type slightly differently.

• Duvet: a plain shell with loose filling, used inside a cover. We take the cover off first and charge for it separately.
• Comforter: quilted in squares or lines, often with a patterned top. The quilted pockets dry unevenly, so we run a hand over each seam before approving it.
• Blanket: a standard one is AED 26, and larger sizes cost more.
• Bedcover: AED 29. It sits on top of the bed and collects dust, and shamal sand finds its way indoors every time a door opens. Tell us about tassels, fringe or beading at booking.

Seam split or filling escaping? Send us a photo before pickup and we will agree whether washing is wise.

Through a Dubai summer, sheets and pillowcases are washed far more often than duvets. That is why they wear thin first.

• Sheets: AED 25, fitted or flat. Pull fitted sheets inside out first, as the corners often hide hair ties and socks.
• Pillowcases: AED 9. Face cream can mark cotton with oil. Show us, and please do not rub.
• Pillows: AED 19 each. Try this: fold the pillow in half and let go. If it stays bent, the filling is tired and no wash will fix that. We do not wash memory foam.
• Mattress protectors: AED 35. A waterproof back can split in strong heat, so let us see the label first.

Stripping several beds? Put each set in the chat, room by room if you like. It makes the check on return much easier.

Towels go stiff when old soap stays trapped in the loops. Our towel laundry service rinses twice and dries them all the way. A bath towel costs AED 7 and a bathrobe AED 19.

• Wet towels: leave one in a bag overnight and it smells sour by morning. Send it the day you use it.
• Bathrobes: the thick collar dries last, so we check it by hand before folding. Thread the belt through a sleeve so it stays with its robe.
• Bath mats: plain cotton ones are fine. Skip any with a crumbling rubber back.
• Sofa covers: a normal removable cover is AED 46. Stick a note on each cushion before unzipping.
• Tablecloths: AED 19. If it has wine, oil or sauce on it, say so.

Never pack a wet towel beside a duvet. With Dubai's humidity the damp spreads into the filling.

Please leave these out, because no washing machine can handle them safely:

• Electric blankets and heated throws, or anything else with a cable.
• Memory foam pillows and mattress toppers.
• Weighted blankets filled with glass or plastic pellets.

Duvet and comforter laundering is mostly about drying. Down, feather and polyester fillings hold water at the core well after the surface seems dry. Stored like that, a duvet starts to smell musty.
