Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at Hampton Dubai Airport

Wash and fold is the simple option. You hand over a bag, and we wash, dry and fold everything in it. Nothing comes back on a hanger, and nothing is pressed. It is the quickest way to keep a week of suitcase clothes going without hunting for a laundrette.

• One bag, one price. Up to 6kg is a flat rate, so the number of pieces does not change what you pay.
• Good for travel. Socks, T-shirts, underwear, gym kit and nightwear all fit well.
• Folded and ready. Everything goes back into your case or the hotel wardrobe without more work.
• Nothing to sort. Hand the whole bag over as it is.

Your bag leaves the hotel with our driver and goes to our laundry. Here is what happens next.

• It is emptied and checked. We check pockets and look for marks that need attention first.
• It is sorted. Whites, colours and darks are separated, and thin pieces get a gentler cycle.
• It is washed in cool water. We use a commercial-grade detergent that is biodegradable and hypoallergenic, in machines that are sanitised after every cycle.
• It is dried and folded. Each piece is folded by hand and packed in a clean bag.
• It comes back to you. The driver returns the bag to the hotel, usually within 24 hours.

You do not need to sort anything yourself before the driver arrives. Just tell us if one piece is brand new or very delicate.

Mixed loads cause trouble, and travel bags are always mixed. A white shirt next to a new dark T-shirt is a bad idea, and a pair of jeans can tint a pale top if they wash together.

• We separate whites, mid colours and darks into their own loads.
• New dark items can bleed, so tell us if something is brand new.
• Stretchy or thin pieces go in a gentler cycle with the same mild detergent.
• Each load is one customer only, so your clothes never share a machine with someone else's.

Everything is dried on low heat, which is kinder to cotton and helps stop T-shirts and jeans from shrinking. High heat is faster, but it can leave fabric stiff and tight, so we do not use it.

• Dry right through. Nothing is packed damp, because damp clothes smell by the time you unpack them.
• Folded by hand. Shirts and T-shirts come back flat and neat.
• Packed clean. Your bag returns sealed and clean to the hotel.

A 6kg bag is roughly a week of clothes for one person: about seven T-shirts, a few pairs of trousers, underwear and socks. A heavier load, such as a full suitcase after a two-week trip, may need the bigger bag. Towels and robes stay in your room, so they are not part of the count.

Pickup and delivery are free, and the minimum order is AED 50. If one bag is slightly over, we tell you before we start, so the price never changes afterwards.

Standard wash and fold is back within 24 hours. That suits most stays: leave a bag after breakfast and have it back the next day. If your plans are tighter, we have options.

If you stay near the airport often, or live in Al Qusais, monthly plans can cost less than single bags. They work on a set pickup day, so your clean bag is waiting each week.

• Essential, AED 250 a month. You get 4 bags a month, one a week.
• Family, AED 450 a month. You get 8 bags a month, two a week.
• Single bag, AED 65. Best for one stay or a short trip.

Ask us on WhatsApp which one suits you. If you only visit Dubai now and then, a single bag is usually enough.

Most things can go in the bag, but a few belong in the other tab. Moving them there protects the piece and gives you a better finish.

• Suits, jackets and silk. Send these for Clean & Press instead.
• Kanduras and abayas. These are priced and pressed one by one.
• Items with no care label or existing damage. We can clean them, but at your own risk.

Tell us if a piece is delicate, and we will advise before washing. We would rather ask than guess.

Clean and press is our guest dry cleaning service. It is meant for clothes you cannot just throw in a wash bag, or that must look neat when you wear them. Everything is handled one piece at a time, so the result is better than a bag wash.

• Everyday office wear. Shirts, trousers, skirts and blouses.
• Formal pieces. Suits, jackets, ties and evening dresses.
• Traditional wear. Kanduras, ghutras, abayas, jalabiyas and kurtas.

You see the price of each piece before you send it, so there is nothing to guess.

Pressing is done by hand with steam, not by a machine that flattens everything the same way. That matters for collars, cuffs and the front of a jacket, where a flat press looks wrong.

• Cleaned first. A cool-water wash or a dry-clean process, matched to the label.
• Steamed by hand. We work through collars, sleeves and seams one at a time.
• Hung straight away. Pieces go on hangers so they stay smooth on the way back to the hotel.

A suit can come out of a suitcase looking like it slept in there. If you have a meeting tomorrow, send it today and let us deal with the creases.

• Express suit pressing is 5 hours if you book before 2 PM and your address is covered.
• Delicate cloth such as wool blends or silk lining may need longer, and we tell you how long before we start.

It comes back in a breathable cover, so it arrives clean and ready to hang.

Each piece goes back on a hanger inside a breathable bag. That keeps the press in place and lets the fabric breathe in a warm hotel room. Hang it on the wardrobe rail when it arrives and take the bag off before wearing.

Traditional wear is priced one piece at a time, so you know the cost before you send it. A kandura is AED 15, and a basic abaya is AED 18. Each piece is cleaned with the right process for its fabric, then steamed by hand.

• Kanduras and thobes are cleaned and pressed for a clean white finish.
• Abayas are basic or delicate. Tell us if yours has stones or fine fabric.
• Ghutras, jalabiyas and kurtas are each priced separately.

Staying a few days for a family event or a wedding? Send the whole set a day ahead and it returns together, on hangers, ready for the day.

We look at every piece for marks before cleaning. Coffee, dinner sauce and sunscreen on collars are the common ones for travellers, and each gets treated by hand first.

• Tell us the cause. It helps us pick the right treatment.
• Old marks. Some set in and may not fully lift. We say so honestly, so you know before you collect.

Standard clean and press is back in 24 hours. Delicate pieces take longer, because they need slower drying and more careful handling. How long depends on the piece, and we tell you at pickup.

If you want a piece handled a certain way, tell us in the chat before the driver comes. We read each care label and do what it says, and we pass on anything unusual.

• Cover for loss or damage is up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item.
• No care label, or already damaged? We can still clean it, but it is at your own risk.
• Payment is by a secure link texted after the driver checks your items.
