Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at TIME Grand Plaza Hotel

The bag is priced by size, not by what is inside. A bag of up to 6kg costs AED 65. A large bag of up to 12kg costs AED 120. Light or heavy, you pay the same, so there is no counting of items and no surprise at the door.

• Pack: shirts, trousers, underwear, socks, gym kit and swimwear all go in together, so use the space.
• Hand over: the driver meets you at the lobby or concierge of TIME Grand Plaza Hotel, if the hotel allows it, and checks the items with you.
• Get it back: clean, dry and folded, usually within 24 hours of pickup.

Flat-rate laundry bags are the simplest way to wash a trip's worth of clothes, for a guest who wants clean clothes and nothing else to think about.

Each bag goes through the same steps, and your clothes are never washed together with anyone else's.

• Sorting: whites and pale colours are kept apart from darks. Fine pieces such as lace, mesh and stretch fabrics are washed on their own, so nothing snags.
• Stains: marks from food, sun cream and sweat are treated by hand before the wash, because the heat of a dryer can set them in.
• Washing: we use a mild, hypoallergenic and biodegradable detergent, and it is rinsed out completely.
• Drying: clothes are dried on a low heat, which is kinder to cotton and to elastic.
• Folding: every piece is folded by hand and returned in a clean bag.

Nothing is skipped because the bag is a flat price.

Some things are better as separate items, because they need pressing or a gentler process than a normal wash.

• Suits, jackets and ties belong in Clean & Press, which returns them pressed on hangers.
• Silk, lace, beaded or heavily embroidered pieces should be pointed out to the driver, so we can take extra care of them.
• Hotel towels and robes stay in your room. They are not part of your order and we do not collect them.

A little thought when you pack makes the wash better, and it keeps your clothes safe.

• Empty every pocket. Coins, key cards and tubes of sun cream are easy to forget.
• Put gym kit and damp swimwear in their own plastic bag until the driver arrives, so they do not make everything else damp.
• Tell the driver about any stain and what caused it. It helps us choose the right treatment.
• Keep anything you may need tonight, such as pyjamas, out of the bag.

Pack as much as will fit and close the bag. The price stays the same.

Standard orders come back within 24 hours of pickup. That makes us a next-day laundry service for most guests, and often quicker.

• Urgent: book before 2 PM and an urgent piece can be back in 5 hours, if your address is covered. Ask us in the chat before you send anything.
• Pickup time: choose a slot that suits your day, including evenings and weekends, and tell us if your plans change.

This is same-day hotel laundry for guests who need a fast turn, and the chat tells you straight away what is possible for your date and time.

You never pay at the lobby, and nobody takes cash or cards from you there.

• The driver checks your items at pickup.
• A secure payment link is then texted to you.
• You pay by debit card, credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
• Once it is paid, your clothes go out for delivery.

If an item is lost or damaged, we cover up to 10 times its cleaning price. Items that are already damaged, or have no care label, are cleaned at your own risk, so please point them out to the driver at pickup.

If you stay often, or for a long trip, a monthly plan costs less per bag than single bags. Pickup lands on one fixed weekday, so you do not need to book each time, and the plan fits well with a long project or a spell of work in Al Qusais.

• Essential: AED 250 covers four bags a month, one collected each week.
• Family: AED 450 covers eight bags a month, two collected each week.
• No plan: pay AED 65 for a bag in any week you need one.

Each item is washed or cleaned as its fabric needs, then steamed and pressed by hand before it goes on a hanger. You get a finished piece, not a folded one.

• Shirts and blouses: collars, cuffs and sleeves are pressed flat and crisp.
• Trousers and skirts: returned with a clean crease and no marks from the suitcase.
• Suits and jackets: pressed to hold their shape and returned on a hanger.
• Traditional wear: kanduras, abayas, ghutras and jalabiyas are all priced separately, item by item.

Pickup and delivery are free.

Guests often come to Dubai with something in the diary, and a crisp outfit is part of it. Clean & Press is made for that.

• Send the suit and the shirt together in one order.
• Add a tie, a blouse or an evening dress to the same list.
• Tell us the day and the time you need them back.

We confirm the timing in the chat before the driver arrives, so you know what to expect. If it is for a wedding or gala, book a day ahead so the piece is not rushed.

Kanduras, ghutras, jalabiyas, kurtas and abayas each have their own price on the list. A kandura is never charged at the shirt price.

• Kandura: cleaned and pressed as one piece and returned on a hanger.
• Abaya: basic and delicate abayas are priced differently, so say which you have.
• Ghutra: pressed so that it keeps its shape.

Point out any embroidery, lace or beadwork at pickup, and tell us if a white piece has a mark you want us to look at.

Silk, lace and beaded pieces get extra care. Show the driver what is delicate when they arrive, and tell us if a care label is missing. We handle it separately from sturdier clothes.

Standard Clean & Press comes back within 24 hours of pickup. That works as a next-day service for most guests, and sometimes sooner.

• Urgent: book before 2 PM and an urgent piece can be back in 5 hours, if your address is covered.
• Express suit pressing: a suit for tonight's dinner or tomorrow's meeting is the kind of order we plan the day around.
• Flights: tell us your departure time and we work back from it.
