If you know a piece bleeds, or you bought it only yesterday, tell us in the chat. We wash it alone and note it on your order, so the driver and the team both know. The care label often says if a colour will run, so a glance at it before you pack helps.

After the wash, your clothes are dried on a low heat. That keeps cotton from shrinking and stops sportswear from losing its stretch, which matters if you train in the hotel gym.

Then each piece is folded by hand. T-shirts, shorts and trousers come back flat in one bag, ready to go into a suitcase or a wardrobe without more work from you.

If you want shirts pressed and hung instead, send them through Clean & Press. They come back on hangers, ready to wear.

The hotel has a gym and a rooftop pool, and both leave damp clothes behind. Workout kit, shorts and swimwear all go in the bag at the same flat price, so you do not need a second order for them.

• It dries on low heat, which helps it keep its stretch.

If you can, rinse swimwear in the room before you bag it. Pool water is easier to clear when it has not dried on.

Fill the bag with whatever you wear day to day, up to 6kg. A week of casual clothes for one person is often enough to fill it, though it depends on the fabrics. If you are unsure, ask us in the chat before the driver arrives.

Items with no care label, or items already damaged, are washed at the owner's risk, so please tell us if your bag holds any. Then we can agree the best way to treat them.

The standard turnaround is 24 hours, so laundry sent in the morning is usually back the next day. That makes it a next-day laundry service for most guests, and a bag is often back before check-out.

Send a tie with the suit if it has a mark. It is cleaned on its own.

Traditional wear is cleaned and pressed one piece at a time, never in a bag. A kandura has its own price, and so do abayas, ghutras, jalabiyas and kurtas. Abayas have a plain and a delicate price, so tell us which yours is.

The steps are simple, and every piece follows them.

• Message us with the hotel and what you are sending. A photo of any mark helps.
• The driver collects at the lobby or concierge desk, if the hotel allows it.
• The check: the driver goes through each piece with you, then we text a secure link to pay.
• The clean: each piece is cleaned on its own and steamed by hand.
• The return: pressed pieces come back on hangers within 24 hours. Delicates take longer, and we tell you the time at pickup.

This is guest dry cleaning without a trip to the shops. You never carry anything across the lobby more than once, and we bring it all back to the same place.

Pressing only is for pieces that are already clean, such as a shirt worn once or a suit jacket that only needs a refresh. It has its own price and comes back on a hanger. Tell us in the chat if you are not sure which service you need, and we will suggest the right one.

Clean & Press usually takes 24 hours. Delicates take longer, depending on the piece. For something urgent, book before 2 PM and ask for express. It can be back in 5 hours, if your address is covered.

Give us your meeting or flight time and we tell you what is possible. If express cannot work for your address, we say so straight away and suggest the next best time. A piece for a morning meeting is best sent the evening before.
