The 6kg bag is for the clothes you wear day to day: t-shirts, casual shirts you do not need pressed, trousers, jeans, shorts, socks and sportswear. It suits a student's weekly wash, a visiting lecturer on a short trip, or a family staying a week at VOGO Grand Hotel Academic City.

Six kilos is about a small suitcase of clothes. If you pack more, the 12kg bag has its own flat price. Nothing is priced per sock, so you never count pieces. This is a budget-friendly wash and fold for anyone who travels light.

When your bag reaches our plant, we sort it before anything goes in a machine. Whites go with whites, dark colours with dark colours, and bright colours get their own load. Towels and heavy jeans are kept away from thin tops.

This matters when you travel, because a new red top can run in its first wash and spoil a white shirt. If you tell the driver about something that may bleed, we wash it by itself. One bag, one price, whatever the mix of colours inside.

We use commercial-grade detergent that is also biodegradable. It is strong enough for sweat, sun cream and the dust of a day outside, and it is rinsed out well, so clothes do not feel stiff or smell of soap when they reach your room.

Each load goes in a machine that has been cleaned after the last one. Your clothes do not share a drum with a stranger's. Wash temperatures are chosen by fabric, so cotton and sportswear are treated differently.

Clothes are dried on a low heat, so cotton does not shrink and the elastic in sportswear lasts. When they are dry, they are folded by hand, not thrown into a pile.

The folded pile goes back in a clean bag, ready to drop into a drawer or a suitcase. If you check out the next morning, you can pack it as it is. Nothing needs unpacking at the door or shaking out.

Most bags are back within 24 hours of pickup. That suits a guest who gives a bag to the driver in the morning and wants everything by the next afternoon. We call it next-day laundry service, and it is the standard for every bag.

For urgent pieces, express laundry delivery is 5 hours if you book before 2 PM and your address is covered. We confirm this when you book. If you check out tomorrow, put your flight time or check-out time in the first message, so we plan the return around it. This works as same-day hotel laundry for the pieces that matter most.

For contactless pickup and delivery, the driver meets you at the lobby or the concierge desk of VOGO Grand Hotel Academic City, if the hotel allows it. We do not need your room number, and you do not wait in your room. This is a doorstep laundry pickup in the sense that the lobby is the door.

The driver checks the items with you, and then we send a secure payment link by text. The bag is released for delivery once it is paid. You never hand over cash or card details in the lobby.

A visiting lecturer or a family staying for a month may want a plan. The Essential plan is AED 250 a month for four bags, one a week. The Family plan is AED 450 a month for two bags each week.

For one stay and one bag, the flat bag price of AED 65 is simpler. Start with one bag and ask us about a plan if it suits. Plans are billed monthly and need no long contract.

Dubai's balcony rules ban airing laundry on balconies, so a wet shirt cannot hang outside your window. Hotel rooms also have little space, and a damp towel in a small bathroom takes a day or more to dry in humid weather.

Give the bag to us and your clothes come back dry and folded. That is easier than wringing out a shirt in the sink and hoping it is dry before your morning meeting. It is simply on-demand laundry for people who are only here a few days.

A shirt creases badly after a flight. We clean it, press it by steam and return it on a hanger, so it can go straight from the door to your meeting or your lecture hall.

Send a few at once if you have a full week of conference sessions or classes. Each shirt is priced on its own, and you pay only for the pieces you send. Blouses and trousers are done the same way. Pressing only is available for clean pieces that just need the creases out.

A suit is cleaned and pressed as one set, jacket and trousers. It comes back on a hanger with its shape kept, ready for a business dinner or a formal day. Tell the driver which day you need it, and we plan around your meeting. Express suit pressing is possible when you book before 2 PM.

Kanduras are steamed and pressed from top to bottom, then hung so the fabric stays smooth. A ghutra, a jalabiya and a kurta get the same care, each with its own price on the list.

Abayas have a basic price and a delicate price, depending on the fabric. If you are not sure which one yours is, tell the driver at handover and we will choose the right process when we check it. Everything is returned on hangers.

A dress for a wedding or a gala may be silk, lace or beaded. Tell the driver what it is made of when you hand it over, so we can choose the right way to clean it. It comes back on a hanger.

If a shirt is already clean and only creased from the suitcase, choose pressing only. We steam press it and skip the wash. This is a quick and lower-priced option for pieces you wore once or never wore at all.

It works for shirts, trousers, traditional wear and dresses. Write "pressing only" in your message and tell us how many pieces there are. We confirm the price for each piece before the driver arrives.

A tie or a coat is easy to forget until you need it. We clean and press both, and they come back ready to wear. A tie comes back flat, and a coat comes back on a hanger. Both have their own price on the list.

Pressed pieces come back on hangers, covered so they stay clean in the lift and the corridor. You can hang them straight into the wardrobe. If you are leaving that day, ask the driver to return them folded for the suitcase.

The driver looks at each piece with you at the lobby and notes anything that is already marked. If a piece has no care label, we clean it at your own risk. Loss or damage in our care is covered up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item.
