Most things you wear on a trip can go in. Think T-shirts, underwear, socks, jeans, shorts, pyjamas, gym kit and swimwear. Fill the bag up to 6kg and the price stays the same, however many pieces that turns out to be.

Leave out anything marked dry clean only. Suits, silk and traditional wear should go through Clean & Press instead, where each piece has its own price.

We split your wash by colour first. Lights and whites go together and darks go together, so nothing runs onto your shirts.

Your bag is never mixed with another customer's clothes. It goes into a machine that was cleaned after the last cycle, and it comes out as its own load.

That matters on a trip, when one new red top can ruin a week of white shirts.

Clothes are dried on low heat, so cotton does not shrink and stretch fabrics keep their shape. When they are dry, each piece is folded and the bag is packed neatly.

You get it back folded and ready for the suitcase. If you check out the day it arrives, there is nothing to sort before you pack.

Pasta sauce, coffee, sunscreen and sweat marks happen on any trip. We look over every piece and treat visible spots by hand before the wash, using commercial-grade detergent that is still biodegradable.

If you know what caused a mark, write it in the chat or tell the driver. Oil needs different care from wine or ink, and a quick note helps us choose.

Some marks do not come out completely, especially old ones. We will always do our best before it goes back to you.

The driver comes to ibis Styles Dragon Mart Dubai on Al Awir Road, next to Dragon Mart. Hand the bag over at the lobby or concierge, if the hotel allows it.

The driver checks the items with you, then we text a secure payment link. After you have paid, your wash goes out for delivery and comes back to the hotel lobby.

You never pay in the lobby, so there is no cash or card to carry down. If the driver has trouble finding the entrance, send a location pin on WhatsApp.

A 6kg bag suits a few days of clothes for one person. A 12kg bag, AED 120, suits a longer trip or two people sharing a room.

If you are not sure which to pick, send us a message and we will help. You pay for the bag size, not for each shirt, so fill the bag before you hand it over.

A bag of about 6kg is roughly a week of shirts, trousers and underwear for one traveller.

Working nearby, or here on a long contract? The Essential plan is AED 250 a month for one bag a week. The Family plan is AED 450 a month for two bags a week.

A single bag is AED 65, and you can change or stop your plan any time in the chat. Plans suit people who will be at ibis Styles Dragon Mart for weeks, not nights.

Standard wash and fold is back within 24 hours, which makes it a next-day laundry service for most stays. Book at breakfast, and your clean bag comes back the next day.

For urgent pieces, express is 5 hours if you book before 2 PM and your address is covered. There is no express fee to add. Send us a message first if you have a flight or meeting to meet, and we confirm what is possible.

Pack a clean shirt for every day, or send the ones you wore. Each shirt is washed in cool water, dried in filtered air and pressed by steam. It comes back on a hanger, not folded in a bag.

Book before 2 PM and ask for express if the meeting is today. We confirm the timing in the chat before the driver is booked, and the shirt comes back to the lobby of ibis Styles Dragon Mart.

A two-piece suit is cleaned and pressed as a set. Send the jacket alone if you only need that for the evening.

Traditional wear is priced on its own list. A kandura is AED 15, and an abaya, a ghutra and a jalabiya each have a price too. They are cleaned with care, steam pressed and returned on a hanger.

An evening dress and a blouse are priced per piece. Silk and fine fabrics are checked first, so tell us the material when you message us.

Need something back fast? Express is 5 hours if you book before 2 PM and your address is covered. Message us the hotel name, and we confirm it before the driver is booked.

There is no express fee to add. You pay by secure link after the driver checks your items.

For a flight, allow a good margin. Hotel check-out is at 12 PM, so an early booking works best.

Each piece is looked over when it arrives, again after cleaning and once more before it is packed. Marks are treated by hand first.

If anything looks wrong at the final check, we look at it again before it goes out for delivery to ibis Styles Dragon Mart.

Pressed clothes come back on hangers in breathable bags. That keeps them crisp until you wear them.

The hanger also makes it easy to hang a suit or dress straight into the hotel wardrobe, or to carry it to the car without folding.

Delicate pieces need a little more time. Standard clean and press is 24 hours. Delicate items take longer, and we tell you the time at pickup. Tell us in the chat if a piece is fragile, so we can plan for it.

Items that are already damaged, or have no care label, are cleaned at the owner's risk.
