Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery in Bluewaters

One flat price covers everything that happens to a wash and fold bag from Bluewaters. There are no extra charges for pickup, delivery or sorting.

• Collection: the driver picks up the bag at your door, or at the front desk if your building has one.
• Pocket check: tissues, coins and keys come out before washing. One forgotten tissue can cover a whole load in fluff.
• Sorting: whites and pale colours are kept apart from darks and denim.
• Stain care: marks like sun cream, coffee or make-up are treated by hand first.
• Wash and dry: your clothes go into their own sanitised machine with hypoallergenic, biodegradable detergent, then dry on low heat.

If anything in the bag needs special care, like a top whose colour runs or a swimsuit you love, write it in the booking notes. We read them before your bag goes into the machine.

Booking takes a couple of minutes, and there's no app to download.

• Message us: send a WhatsApp or use the online form. Give your building number, your flat or townhouse number, and your name.
• Pick a slot: late morning (10 till 2), afternoon (2 till 6) or evening (6 till 10), any day of the week.
• Pack the bag: fill it with everyday clothes, up to 6kg or 12kg, depending on the bag you chose.
• Hand it over: meet the driver at your door, or leave it at the front desk if your building has one.
• Get it back: your folded clothes come back within 24 hours across most of Dubai.

If you'll be out during your slot, leave the bag at the front desk, if your building has one, and mention it in your message. We'll collect it from there.

Your wash and fold bag from Bluewaters is for everyday clothes that come back folded. Good things to put in:

• T-shirts, vests and polo shirts
• Shorts, jeans, leggings and casual trousers
• Gym kit, sports socks and running tops
• Swimwear and rash vests, rinsed and dried first
• Underwear, socks and pyjamas
• Kids’ school and play clothes
• Casual dresses and skirts

A 6kg bag holds a good mix of these. If your household sends more, the 12kg bag gives you twice the room for the same kind of clothes. Jeans and hoodies fill a bag faster than you'd think, so pack the heavy things first and put light pieces on top.

Bath towels and bedsheets are priced by the piece in Bed & Bath.

Not sure if something belongs in the bag? If you're happy for it to come back folded rather than on a hanger, it's fine here. If not, Clean & Press is the better choice.

Some things shouldn't go in a wash and fold bag. Keeping them out protects them and the rest of your load.

• Shirts, suits and dresses you hang: send them to Clean & Press.
• Silk, lace and beaded pieces: these need a gentler process, with the timing confirmed at pickup.
• Duvets, pillows and blankets: they go in Bed & Bath, and bulky pieces take 48 to 72 hours.
• Shoes and handbags: they have their own cleaning services.
• Anything marked “do not wash”: check the care symbol first.
• Wet clothes: let swimwear and gym kit dry before packing, or the bag can start to smell.

Once your bag leaves Bluewaters, it's opened and checked by hand. Here is what happens next.

• Sorted by colour: whites and light colours go in one load. Darks, denim and bright colours go in another, so nothing runs.
• Sorted by fabric: sportswear, cotton and fine mesh are kept apart where needed, and lightweight fabrics get a gentler cycle.
• Your own machine: your laundry is never mixed with anyone else's, and the machine is sanitised after every cycle.
• Commercial-grade detergent: it lifts sweat and sun cream, and it is biodegradable and hypoallergenic.
• Rinsed well: less detergent is left in the fabric, which helps sensitive skin.
• Dried on low heat: high heat shrinks cotton and wears out the elastic in swimwear and gym kit. Low heat takes a little longer but keeps clothes in shape.
• Folded by hand: each item gets one last look as it's folded.

Then the bag is packed and brought back to your building on the island.

If you'd like something handled differently, such as a white top kept away from the rest, say so in your booking notes from Bluewaters.

We collect from every home on Bluewaters Island. That includes all ten Bluewaters Residences buildings, the penthouses, the 17 townhouses and the Banyan Tree Residences apartments. Pickup and delivery are free wherever you live on the island.

• Apartments: the driver meets you at your door, or at the front desk if your building has one. Put your building and flat number in the booking.
• Townhouses: we collect from your front door.
• Penthouses: the same as any apartment. Just tell us the building.

The island is linked to the mainland by a road bridge from Sheikh Zayed Road, which leads down to an underground car park, and by a footbridge from The Beach at JBR. We also collect next door in JBR, Dubai Marina, Dubai Harbour, Palm Jumeirah and Jumeirah Lake Towers, at the same prices.

If you send laundry from Bluewaters every week, a plan saves you booking each time. It's our budget-friendly wash and fold option, and each plan bag works out cheaper than a one-off bag.

• Essential: AED 250 a month for four bags, one a week. Enough for one person or a couple.
• Family: AED 450 a month for eight bags, two a week. Handy when there are school clothes and sports kit too.
• One-off bag: AED 65 a bag, booked whenever you need it.

We collect on the same day each week, so you only need to have the bag ready. To start a plan or ask about one, message us on WhatsApp.

You can still book extra one-off bags on top of a plan whenever you need them, for example after a holiday or when guests have stayed.

• Bulky bedding: duvets and blankets take 48 to 72 hours.
• Delicates: no fixed time. We look at them at pickup and confirm the timing with you then.

Got a stain? Tell us what it is when you book. Sun cream, sweat and coffee each need a different treatment, and we work on marks by hand before the wash. The sooner we see a stain, the better the chance of getting it out.

If you need clothes back for a flight or an event, tell us the date and time when you book.

Clean & Press is priced per garment, not by weight. For each piece collected from Bluewaters, the price includes:

• Free pickup from your building and free delivery back
• A check of pockets, buttons and the care label
• Hand treatment of marks on collars, cuffs and underarms
• Cleaning on the process that suits the fabric
• Steam pressing, so it's ready to wear
• Return on a hanger, in a breathable cover

Suits, dresses, abayas and kurtas all have their own line in the price table. If you're not sure which line fits a garment, send a photo on WhatsApp and we'll tell you before your Bluewaters pickup.

Every garment is looked at on its own, so a silk blouse and a cotton shirt never get the same treatment. If you know something about a piece, like a loose button or an old repair, add it to your notes. That helps us choose the right process from the start.

Send us a WhatsApp or use the online form. Tell us roughly how many pieces you have and what they are, for example five shirts, two kanduras and an abaya. That's your pressing list.

Choose a pickup slot and add any notes about stains or fragile fabrics. The driver collects the clothes at your door, or at the front desk if your building has one. There's no need to fold them neatly; we sort everything at our end.

Each piece is then cleaned, pressed and hung, and it comes back to Bluewaters on a hanger. Delicates have no fixed time, and we confirm it when we pick them up.

Clean & Press is for anything you'd hang in the wardrobe rather than fold in a drawer. From a Bluewaters home, that includes:

• Work shirts and blouses: cleaned and pressed, with sharp collars and cuffs.
• Trousers and chinos: with a crease down the front if you like one.
• Suits and blazers: jacket and trousers cleaned together, so the colour stays even.
• Kanduras and thobes: steamed full length and returned on a hanger.
• Abayas and jalabiyas: everyday and embroidered styles, each at its own price.
• Kurtas: men's and women's, in cotton, linen or silk.
• Dresses and skirts: plain day dresses and skirts of any length.
• Winter coats: for travel, or a trip somewhere cooler.

Send everything in one pickup and it all comes back together, hung and ready to wear.

Abayas with beading, lace or embroidery are cleaned at the delicate price, with more time and care. For any decorated piece, tell us when you book from Bluewaters, so it is handled apart from plain items.

Not everything needs Clean & Press. If a shirt is already clean and just creased, choose Pressing, with no wash at all. Everyday T-shirts, shorts and gym kit are better value in a wash and fold bag. Duvets, sheets and towels go in Bed & Bath. Shoes, handbags and rugs each have their own service. Curtains do too, and we take them down and re-hang them for you. If you're not sure, send a photo from Bluewaters on WhatsApp and we'll point you to the right one.

Every piece from Bluewaters is checked against its care label before cleaning. The symbols tell us how the fabric can be cleaned and how hot the press can be.

• A tub with a number: the highest water temperature the garment can take.
• A hand in the tub: hand wash only, so it gets a gentler process.
• A circle: professional cleaning. A letter inside tells us which method suits it.
• An iron with dots: one dot means a cool press, three dots means hot.
• A square with a circle inside: it can go in a tumble dryer, and the dots show how much heat.
• A crossed-out symbol: that treatment must be avoided.

If the label has worn off or been cut out, tell us what the fabric is when you book. We will then choose the gentlest process that suits it, and if we have any doubt about a piece, we will message you before cleaning it.

Keep the label on rather than cutting it off. It makes the garment much easier to clean safely next time.

Bluewaters Residences has ten buildings, plus penthouses and 17 townhouses, and we collect from all of them for free.

• Apartments and penthouses: hand your clothes to the driver at your door, or leave them at the front desk if your building has one. Put your name and flat number on the bag.
• Townhouses: the driver collects from your front door.
• Banyan Tree Residences: the same as any apartment. Tell us the building and the flat.

Pressed clothes come back on hangers, so they arrive without fresh creases. If you won't be in when we deliver, tell us where to leave them.

Need shirts back by a certain day, such as before a work trip? Tell us when you book, so we know the date you need them.

Across most of Dubai, clean and press orders are back within 24 hours. Book before 2 PM and express can return them in 5 hours, where your address is covered. Message us to check whether your Bluewaters building is. Delicates such as silk, beading or embroidery have no fixed time. We look at them when we collect and confirm the timing with you then. Need a shirt for tomorrow morning? Say so when you book.

Some marks need special care, so it helps to point them out when you book from Bluewaters.

• Sun cream: it leaves yellow or orange patches on white shirts and kanduras.
• Sweat: it can turn collars and underarms yellow over time.
• Ink: usually from a pen left in a pocket.
• Make-up: foundation and lipstick on collars and necklines.
• Oil and grease: from cooking, a bike chain or a car door.
• Food and drink: coffee, tea, sauces and red wine.

Tell us what made the mark and roughly how old it is. Fresh marks are easier to treat than ones that have already been through a hot dryer at home.

Don't rub a fresh stain hard. Dab it with cold water and leave the rest to us.

Our bed linen wash and fold service for Bluewaters is priced by the item, so you only pay for what you send. Each price includes:

• Pickup and delivery: free, from your door or from the front desk if your building has one.
• A check first: we look for stains, loose threads and anything left inside a pillowcase.
• Stain care: marks from make-up, food or sun cream are treated by hand.
• Washing: in your own sanitised machine, with hypoallergenic detergent that suits sensitive skin.
• Drying: right through, so there's no damp left in thick seams or filling.
• Folding: sheets and covers are folded neatly so they're easy to put away.

Covers are priced on their own. A comforter cover is AED 31, and duvet covers, pillowcases and sheets each have their own line in the table. Send a full set and your whole bed comes back ready to make up again.

Bedding from a guest room counts too. If you have sheets for several beds, list how many of each size when you book from Bluewaters, so we know what to expect.

Message us on WhatsApp or use the form, and list what you're sending: for example, two duvets, four pillows and a set of sheets. It helps to give the sizes, from single to king.

Pick a slot. The driver collects from your door, or from the front desk if your building has one. Bedding is bulky, so pack it in large bags. Pillows can share one bag.

Sheets and towels come back washed and folded. Duvets and other bulky pieces take 48 to 72 hours before they come back to your Bluewaters home.

These are the biggest pieces we collect from Bluewaters, and they take 48 to 72 hours.

• Duvets: AED 56 each, from single to king. Washed in a large machine and dried slowly until the filling is dry all the way through.
• Blankets: AED 26 for a standard size. Larger and heavier blankets cost more.
• Comforters: quilted comforters take the same 48 to 72 hours as duvets and come back folded.
• Bedcovers: AED 29 for the top cover that lies over the bed.

A duvet is worth washing two or three times a year, or more often if anyone at home has allergies. Check the care label before you book. Some feather duvets need a particular process, and we confirm the details when we collect.

Store a clean duvet in a breathable bag, not plastic, so it stays fresh until you need it again.

These are the pieces you change most often, and each one has its own price for Bluewaters homes.

• Bedsheets: AED 25 each, washed, dried and folded.
• Pillowcases: AED 9 each. Send them with the sheets for a matching set.
• Pillows: AED 19 each, washed and dried slowly so the filling is dry inside.
• Mattress protectors: AED 35 each. They catch sweat and dust, so they are worth washing every month or two.

If you'd like your bed changed in one go, send the sheets, pillowcases and protector in the same pickup.

Pillows are worth washing every few months, because they hold sweat and skin oils. If a pillow is still lumpy after washing, the filling may have broken down, and it could be time for a new one.

With a beach and pools close to home on Bluewaters, towels can pile up quickly. Our towel laundry service washes them properly and dries them right through.

• Towels: AED 7 each. Bath and beach towels are washed with care, and sand and salt are rinsed out.
• Bathrobes: AED 19 each, washed and dried so the towelling stays soft.
• Sofa covers: AED 46 for a regular-size cover.
• Tablecloths: AED 19 each, handy after a dinner at home.

Shake out the sand before you pack the towels. Let wet towels dry first, because a damp towel left in a bag can start to smell within hours in the Dubai heat. Tell us about any sun cream marks, as those need treating before the wash.

Bathrobes from the pool can go in the same pickup as your towels. If you want towels back by a set day, for example before guests arrive, tell us when you book from Bluewaters.

Bed & Bath is for bedding, towels and home linen. A few things belong elsewhere:

• Everyday clothes: put them in a wash and fold bag, priced by the bag.
• Silk or satin sheets: tell us first, as they may need a gentler process.
• Curtains: we have a curtain service, and we take them down and re-hang them for you.
• Rugs and carpets: these have their own service.
• Soft toys: they have a gentle cleaning service of their own.
• Shirts and dresses: these go to Clean & Press, on hangers.

A thick duvet holds a lot of water. If it goes back on the bed slightly damp, the filling can clump and start to smell. That is why duvet and comforter laundering takes longer than sheets or clothes.

We dry bulky bedding slowly and check that it is dry in the middle, not just on the outside. That takes time, so we allow 48 to 72 hours. If you need a duvet back on a particular day, tell us when you book your Bluewaters pickup.

Feather and down fillings take longest, because they hold moisture deep inside. Synthetic fibre dries a little faster, but we still check it before it is packed.

We collect bedding and towels from every home on Bluewaters, including the ten Bluewaters Residences buildings, the penthouses and the townhouses. The driver meets you at your door, or at the front desk if your building has one. Large items can be handed over in a few bags.

We also collect across the water and next door, in JBR, Dubai Marina, Dubai Harbour and Palm Jumeirah, at the same prices. If a friend or relative nearby needs a pickup too, they can book in the same way.

Bed & Bath pickup is free both ways, and there is no charge for the collection or the delivery.
