Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at Banyan Tree Dubai

A wash and fold bag is for the clothes you wear every day. It holds up to 6kg, which is plenty for a few days away, so most guests on a short stay need only one.

• Fits: T-shirts, shorts, jeans, gym kit and swimwear, all in the same bag.
• Does not fit: suits, evening dresses, kanduras and abayas. These go to Clean & Press, where they are priced by the piece.
• One price: a full bag and a half-full bag cost the same.

Check your pockets before the driver arrives. It is easier to empty them first. Have a lot of washing after a long trip? Ask for the 12kg bag.

When your bag reaches our laundry, we open it and sort the clothes by colour and fabric. Whites and lights go together, and darks go in their own machine.

• Your own load: your clothes are not mixed with another customer's.
• Right temperature: everyday cottons get a standard wash, and anything that asks for a cooler wash gets one.
• Clean drums: each machine is sanitised between cycles.

This is why a wash and fold order from a hotel guest looks neat when it comes back, even if the bag was packed in a hurry.

After the wash, everything is dried on low heat. High heat is what shrinks cotton and fades colour, so we avoid it for clothes you want to keep looking good.

Then each piece is folded by hand and stacked, so the bag you open at the hotel looks like a shop shelf, not a pile.

• Folded flat: T-shirts, shorts and jeans, ready to go back into your case.
• Packed clean: the stack goes into a fresh bag for delivery.
• No pressing: a bag order comes back folded, not pressed. For a pressed shirt, use Clean & Press.

Guests staying on Bluewaters often have workout clothes and swimwear in the case. Both go in the same bag as your other washing.

• Swimwear: let it dry a little before you pack it, and tell the driver if it has been in a chlorine pool.
• Gym kit: put it in as it is. Sweat is washed out at normal temperature.

If you only have one set of kit for the week, book the pickup first thing in the morning so it can be back the next day.

A lot of guests want fresh clothes in their suitcase before a flight. That is easy to plan if you book the day before.

• Book early: send the request in the morning, and give the time you are free to hand over the bag.
• Ask about express: book before 2 PM, and where we cover your address the bag can return in 5 hours.
• Tell us your check-out time: we plan around it so your clothes are not delayed.

Most orders from Dubai hotels come back within 24 hours. That is why a same-day hotel laundry order placed in the morning, or a next-day laundry service order the evening before, usually fits around a flight.

You can write to us before the driver comes. Send a note in the chat about anything we should know.

• Stains: point them out and say what caused them. We treat them by hand before washing.
• Allergies: hypoallergenic detergent is used in every load, and you can tell us if you need more care.
• Fragile pieces: if something should not go in the bag, say so, and we will move it to Clean & Press.

A piece that is damaged already, or has no label, is cleaned at your own risk.

If you are on Bluewaters for a month or more, the plans are cheaper than paying for single bags. Paying monthly? The Essential plan is AED 250 and the Family plan AED 450. Just one bag? That is AED 65.

• Set day: your pickup happens on the same day each week.
• One bill: you pay monthly, not per order.

For a short hotel stay, the single bag is the better choice, and it needs no sign-up.

Pick a time in the chat, and the driver arrives at Banyan Tree Dubai then. Pickup and delivery are contactless if you prefer, with the hotel's agreement.

• Where: in the lobby or at the concierge, when the hotel is happy with that.
• Check: the driver looks through the items with you before they leave.
• Payment: a secure link is texted to you after that check. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay work. No cash is taken in the lobby.
• Return: once you have paid, the clean clothes go out for delivery.

Clean & Press is the service for clothes that need more than a quick wash. Each piece is looked at on its own, and the price is per item.

• Check: we read the care label and look for stains.
• Clean: a cool-water wash where the fabric allows, and air-filtered drying.
• Press: steamed and pressed by hand.
• Return: on a hanger, in a breathable bag, so it travels well to your room.

If a piece has no care label, tell the driver. It can still be cleaned, but at your own risk.

Shirts and blouses are the most common orders from business guests. They come back pressed, on hangers, with the collar and cuffs flat.

• Shirt: long or short sleeve, one price.
• Blouse: its own price, pressed by hand and hung.

For tomorrow morning, book the pickup by the afternoon. For tonight, ask about express in the chat.

A suit is easy to crush in a case, and a wedding or a conference is not the time to find out. Send the jacket and trousers together, or only the jacket.

• Two-piece suit: cleaned, pressed and returned on one hanger.
• Suit jacket: priced on its own, if only the jacket needs it.
• Trousers or jeans: pressed flat with a clean crease.
• Tie: cleaned gently and returned flat.

For express suit pressing, book before 2 PM. If your address is covered, a suit can come back in 5 hours, with no express fee. Say in the chat when you need it, and we confirm the time.

Kanduras, ghutras, jalabiyas and kurtas are all priced per piece. Abayas have a basic price and a delicate price.

• Kandura: steamed top to bottom, on a hanger.
• Ghutra: pressed flat.

Tell the driver which kind of abaya you have.

An evening dress has fine fabric and often a long skirt. We read the label and clean it as the label asks, then press it by hand.

• Evening dress: its own price, returned bagged on a hanger.
• Plain day dress: a lower price, for simpler dresses.
• Skirt: any length, one price.

If the dress has beads or sequins, tell the driver at handover so the team handles it with care.

Most Clean & Press orders are back within 24 hours. Delicate pieces can take longer, depending on the piece, and we say so before the driver leaves.

• Standard: usually the next day.
• Express: 5 hours, for bookings made before 2 PM at addresses we cover.

There is no extra fee for express. Ask in the chat before you plan around it.

Send a message by 2 PM, say what is needed and when, and the driver arrives at the hotel.

• We confirm that Bluewaters is covered that day.
• The driver checks the items, and you pay by link.

Every piece is checked three times: at handover, at our laundry, and before it is bagged. Your item is not mixed up with another customer's.

• Hangers: sturdy ones, so shoulders keep their shape.
• Breathable bags: clothes do not sweat on the ride back.
• Cover: a lost or damaged piece is paid for at up to 10 times its cleaning price.
