Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery in Dubai Marina

Every bag from Dubai Marina goes through the same five steps, in the same order, whether it comes from a studio or a three-bedroom flat. A light bag doesn't skip a step, and a full one doesn't cost more.

• Sorting by hand: whites and pale colours go in one pile, dark jeans and navy hoodies in another. Lace and stretchy leggings are kept aside for a cooler, gentler wash.
• Checking for marks: we look at underarms, collars and cuffs first. Sweat marks set quickly in the summer heat, and once a hot dryer sets a yellow line, it rarely comes out.
• Washing: our detergent is biodegradable and hypoallergenic. We rinse it out fully, so your clothes don't smell of perfume.
• Drying on low heat: gentle heat stops tops shrinking and keeps the elastic in gym shorts stretchy.
• Folding: each piece is folded neatly, checked once more and packed for the trip back to the Marina.

We don't press anything in this service. Folded clothes go straight into a drawer. Work shirts with crisp collars, or kanduras that need a sharp finish, go in Clean & Press.

1. Message us. Send your location pin, your tower name and a time that suits you, so the driver goes to the right lobby in Dubai Marina. You don't need an app or a login, and we reply day and night.
2. Fill the bag. Everyday clothes only. Check the pockets for coins, lip balm and cards, then label the bag with your name and unit number.
3. Hand it over. Give it to the driver at your door, or leave it at the lobby desk if your tower has one. Pickup is free.
4. We clean it. Sorted, washed gently, dried on low heat and folded piece by piece.
5. It comes back. We send a WhatsApp when your bag is on its way home. Delivery is free too.

Check the care label inside. If the label shows a washtub, dots or no dots, it's fine for the bag. If the tub has a hand in it, or a cross through it, leave it out. Things from a Dubai Marina wardrobe that suit the bag:

• Summer cottons: T-shirts, vests, polos and light linen-mix shirts for July and August, when Dubai afternoons go above 43°C.
• Casual trousers: jeans, chinos and joggers. Do up zips and buttons first so nothing snags.
• Sports kit: running vests and shorts, football tops and sports socks.
• Underwear and nightwear: boxers, briefs and cotton pyjamas. Roll socks in pairs so they stay together.

Some things shouldn't go in an everyday wash. Most of them can still leave Dubai Marina on the same pickup, just under a different service.

• Shirts, suits, abayas and kanduras you want crisp: send them as Clean & Press. They're priced per piece and come back on hangers.
• A label with a crossed-out washtub: water would ruin it. Beaded or sequinned dresses, silk, and wool coats go to our dry cleaning team.
• Lace underwear and hand-wash knits: keep them at home, or message us first.
• Anything damp: a wet swimsuit from the beach or the pool turns musty in a closed bag within hours in humid weather. Let it dry fully first.
• Things that aren't clothes: each of our other services has its own page, linked above the tabs.

How your clothes come back depends less on the machine and more on the sorting before the wash. Here's what happens when we open your Dubai Marina bag.

• Colours first. One pair of new dark jeans can turn a white vest grey-blue, so lights and darks are never washed together.
• Then weight. Heavy denim and thick joggers are kept away from thin jersey, so soft tops don't bobble.
• Your own machine. Your clothes are washed on their own, never mixed with anyone else's, so everything that comes back is yours.
• Cleaned after every load. We clean and sanitise the drum between loads, so each household starts fresh.
• Strong but gentle detergent. It's commercial-grade, but biodegradable and hypoallergenic. Clothes worn on a hot Marina day sit against damp skin for hours, and leftover soap can upset sensitive skin.
• Low-heat drying. Too much heat shrinks cotton and loosens elastic, so we keep the dryer low. Before folding, we feel waistbands, hoods and seams to make sure they're dry.
• Folded by hand. If a button is hanging loose or a stain stayed put, we'll message you about it.

We collect all over Dubai. In Dubai Marina that means both sides of the 3km canal and the areas next door, with free pickup and delivery.

• Towers along the canal: on Marina Walk or near the Marina Towers tram stop, the driver meets you at your door. If your Marina tower has a security desk, the bag can wait there.

• Essential: AED 250 a month for four bags, one collected each week. Good for one person or a couple.
• Family: AED 450 a month for eight bags, two collected each week. There's room for school uniforms, swimming kit and everyone's pyjamas.
• No plan: book a single bag in any week for AED 65.

A Dubai Marina bag picked up today is usually back 24 hours later, the same as most of Dubai. If your address takes longer, we'll tell you the return day before you book.

• Tell us what the stain is. Sun cream on a strap, garlic sauce from a shawarma, chalk on a school polo: say what it is and where it is.
• Let us know if you've already put anything on it. Lemon juice, a stain pen or bleach all change what we can safely use.
• Dry swimwear indoors. Dubai's balcony rules ban hanging washing outside, so use a clothes airer inside. Damp fabric sealed in a bag goes sour quickly in Marina humidity.

In Dubai Marina, the price next to a garment is all you pay. Stain treatment, the hanger and the cover are included.

• Checked first: we empty the pockets, read the care label, and check buttons, seams and collar points for anything loose.
• Stains treated before washing: we treat marks by hand while the fabric is dry, because washing can set them for good.
• Cleaned as the label says: cotton and easy-care mixes go in cool water, which stops them shrinking. Anything that needs specialist cleaning gets it.
• Hung to dry in filtered air: a tumble dryer creases collars and can shrink sleeves, so these clothes never go in one.
• Steamed by hand: collar, cuffs, button strip and pleats, finishing one garment before starting the next.
• Checked three times: then hung up and covered with a breathable bag.

1. Send us your list. Something like "four work shirts, two abayas, one suit" is enough. Tell us if you want a trouser crease or not.
2. Bag hanging clothes separately. Keep them apart from your wash and fold bag so the two don't get mixed up.
3. Free pickup. At your door in Dubai Marina, or from the lobby desk if your tower has one.
4. One garment at a time. Each piece is cleaned, dried and steamed on its own.
5. Back on hangers. As in most of Dubai, Marina orders come back within 24 hours, covered and ready for the wardrobe.

• Already clean, just creased? Pressing steams clean clothes smooth without washing them again.
• Silk, beading, sequins, lace or a thick wool coat? Send these for dry cleaning. Solvent is gentler on those fabrics than water.
• T-shirts, sportswear or pyjamas? They don't need hangers, so they go in a Wash & Fold bag.

The pressing symbol on a care label has dots that show how much heat the fabric can take. One dot is the coolest setting, around 110°C, used for acrylic and some synthetics. With two dots it's about 150°C, which suits silk, wool and polyester mixes. Three dots, about 200°C, are for cotton and linen. If the symbol is crossed out, it means steam only or no heat at all.

• Steam, not a hot plate: heavy pressure can leave a shine on dark crepe, so abayas and dark suit trousers are only steamed.
• Collars and cuffs by hand: they're what people notice first, so we do them one at a time.
• Creases are your choice: trousers with a crease or without, or shirts folded flat for a suitcase. Say which when you book and it goes on the ticket.
• Breathable covers: Dubai Marina is on the water and the summer air is humid. Plastic would trap damp against the fabric. A breathable cover keeps dust off and still lets the fabric breathe.

We collect clean and press orders in Dubai Marina for free, like everything else. They come back on hangers, so think about where they can wait if you're out.

• Towers along the canal: if your security desk or concierge accepts deliveries, we can leave your hanging order with them. Add your tower name and flat number to the booking.
• Near the tram: if your building is near the Dubai Marina Mall or Marina Towers stop, add that to your pin and the driver will head for the right door.

Need a shirt for tonight? Book express by 2 PM. If your Marina address is in the express area, it comes back pressed 5 hours later. Express covers some streets and not others, so send us a quick WhatsApp to check your tower first.

• Yellow collar marks: in the humid Marina summer, the collar of a white kandura or shirt picks up sweat and skin oil quickly. The sooner you send it, the more we can remove.
• Sun cream: after a day on the beach at JBR, sun cream can leave a yellow mark on a white shirt. Tell us it's sun cream, because we treat it differently from food.
• Oud and perfume oils: these leave a darker patch on light cotton. Tell us where it is and which oil it was.
• Anything else: a loose button, no crease, or a shirt folded for travel. Write it in the chat and we'll add it to the order.

In Dubai Marina, the price of each item covers the whole job. Our bed linen wash and fold covers sheets and pillowcases. They're washed, fully dried and folded flat, and you pay per piece, not by weight. A pillowcase gets the same care as a king duvet; it just dries faster.

• Checked before washing: we check seams, corners and stitching by hand, plus any stains you told us about.
• Room in the drum: our machines are large, so a king duvet can open out as it turns and the rinse reaches the filling, not just the edges.
• Gentle detergent: hypoallergenic and biodegradable, which counts for something your face touches all night.
• Dried right through: a duvet stays in the dryer until the centre is dry too, not just the outside. You can't dry one on a Marina balcony anyway, because Dubai's balcony rules ban hanging laundry outside.
• Folded and bagged last: nothing goes in the bag until the whole order is dry, so there's no musty smell later.

A duvet cover is priced separately at AED 31, because we take it off and wash it on its own.

1. Send a rough list. A WhatsApp like "two duvets, four pillows and the bath towels" is enough. Add your tower name and location pin.
2. We reply. We reply with your pickup time and the day everything comes back.
3. Get it ready. Roll up each duvet and tie it. Put towels and sheets in a separate bag.
4. Pickup. At your door in Dubai Marina, or left at reception if your tower has one. It's free.
5. Track it. We send WhatsApp updates until your order is back home.

The chat is open day and night, so you can message us even if you strip the beds late, after guests have left.

On our price list, a duvet and a comforter cost the same, AED 56, from single to king. The difference is in how we check them.

• Duvet: a plain case of loose filling that goes inside a cover. The cover comes off and is washed on its own.
• Comforter: stitched into squares, with a printed or patterned top, and used without a cover. The squares dry at different speeds, so we feel each row by hand before it's done.
• Blanket: AED 26 for a standard size. Bigger blankets have their own price.
• Bedcover: AED 29. As the top layer, it collects the most dust in a Dubai Marina bedroom, including fine sand blown in on windy days. Tell us about any tassels or beads.

Torn seam or filling coming out? Send a photo before pickup and we'll agree how to wash it safely.

In a Dubai Marina summer, pillows and protectors are swapped more than anything else on the bed, so they wear out first.

• Pillows: AED 19 each. Washing and slow drying bring most fillings back to life. A pillow that stays flat and lumpy after a good shake has had its day, and washing won't bring it back. We don't take memory foam.
• Sheets: AED 25, flat or fitted. Feel along the elastic of fitted sheets for hair clips and earring backs before packing.
• Pillowcases: AED 9. Night cream, hair oil and make-up mark them quickly. Tell us in the chat, and don't rub soap in first.
• Mattress protectors: AED 35. A plastic backing can crack in heat, so send us a photo of the label.

Detergent left in the loops makes towels stiff, so every towel gets an extra rinse before it's dried. A bath towel is AED 7 and a robe is AED 19.

• Beach towels: shake them out well outside first, to get the sand from JBR beach off.
• Robes: the thick collar stays damp the longest, so we check it last before folding. Send the belt too.
• Bath mats: cotton ones are fine. Keep back any with a rubber backing that's breaking up.
• Sofa covers: AED 46 for a standard zip-off cover. Take a photo of the sofa before you unzip, so each cover goes back on the right cushion.
• Tablecloths: AED 19. If something was spilled on it, let it dry and tell us what it was.

Pack wet towels apart from duvets. In the Marina's humid air, damp spreads into a filling quickly.

Some things shouldn't go in any washing machine, including ours:

• Electric or heated blankets, which have wires inside.
• Memory foam pillows and mattress toppers.
• Blankets weighted with beads.
• Anything whose label shows the washtub crossed out. Not sure? Send a photo on WhatsApp and we'll reply before pickup.

In duvet and comforter laundering, washing is the quick part. Feathers and polyester filling hold water in the middle for hours after the outside feels dry. A duvet put away damp in an air-conditioned Marina wardrobe soon smells sour.

• Usual time: Duvets, comforters and other big items take 48 to 72 hours after pickup.
• Your return day: we agree it in the same WhatsApp chat where you book your Dubai Marina pickup.
