Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery in JLT
LPlaundry offers free doorstep laundry pickup from every cluster in Jumeirah Lake Towers, from A to Z. One 6kg bag of daily wear costs AED 65 to wash, dry and fold. Work shirts are AED 18 each and come back on hangers. A kandura is AED 15. Your clothes are back within 24 hours in most of Dubai, and we'll confirm the time for your JLT tower on WhatsApp.
How a JLT pickup works
-
1 On WhatsApp, no app
Send your cluster letter
Send us your JLT cluster letter, tower, flat number and a pickup time on WhatsApp. It's on-demand laundry booked by message, with no app and no sign-up.
-
2 Door or reception desk
Free pickup from your door
Pickup in Jumeirah Lake Towers is free. For contactless pickup and delivery, leave the bag by your door, or at the reception desk if your tower has one.
-
3 Every piece looked at
Checked first, washed on its own
Someone on our team checks each piece by hand before washing. Then your load goes into a drum no other home shares, with biodegradable, hypoallergenic detergent.
-
4 Express: 5 hours
Back to your tower, free
Free, tracked delivery back to your JLT tower. It's back within 24 hours in most of Dubai, or 5 hours with express booked by 2 PM, where covered.
JLT wash and fold at a flat rate
Everyday clothes from any JLT cluster go in our flat-rate laundry bags. A bag of up to 6kg costs AED 65, and we don't count the pieces. Our driver picks it up free from your apartment door, or from your tower's reception if it has staff. At our place it's sorted, washed on a gentle cycle, tumble-dried on low and folded by hand. This is a next-day laundry service: bags from Jumeirah Lake Towers are normally back within 24 hours, as in most of Dubai.

A bag from JLT costs the same as a bag from anywhere else in Dubai. Distance never changes the price. Need a kandura or work shirt with a sharp crease? Send it with Clean & Press.
Five steps for every JLT bag
Every bag from JLT goes through the same five steps, from a studio in Cluster A to a three-bedroom flat in Cluster Z. A half-empty bag gets the full treatment, and a packed one costs no more.
- Sorted by hand: whites and pale colours in one pile, dark denim and black in another. Lace, sheer tops and very stretchy fabric wait for a cooler, gentler wash.
- Checked for marks: we look at necklines, underarms and cuffs before washing. Dubai's summer humidity averages over 90%, so sweat soaks in fast, and a hot dryer can fix a yellow mark for good.
- Washed gently: with biodegradable, hypoallergenic detergent and a long rinse, so clothes don't come back with a strong perfume smell.
- Dried on low: a cool tumble keeps a slim-fit T-shirt the right size and the elastic in joggers firm.
- Folded: one piece at a time, checked again, then bagged for the trip back to Jumeirah Lake Towers.
This service folds your clothes; it doesn't press them. That's fine for drawers and shelves. A shirt for the office, or a kandura that needs a crease, should go to Clean & Press.
Booking a JLT pickup, step by step
- Message us on WhatsApp. Send your location pin with your cluster letter and tower name. Each cluster has its own car park, so this helps the driver go to the right one. Then choose a time slot. You don't need an app.
- Fill the bag. Everyday clothes only. Empty the pockets of earbuds, coins, receipts and your Nol card. Write your name and apartment number on the tag.
- Hand it over. The driver takes it from your door. If your tower has staff at reception, you can leave it with them. Pickup is free.
- We wash it. A gentle cycle, a low-heat dry and a hand fold.
- Back to JLT. You get a WhatsApp when your bag is on its way back. Delivery is free too.
Sending Clean & Press shirts as well? Put them in a second bag and mention both in the same message. One visit to your JLT tower collects the lot.
What can go in a JLT wash bag
Check the care label, often sewn into a side seam, and find the small washtub symbol. If it has dots inside, any number of them, it can go in the bag. If there's a hand in the water or a cross over the tub, keep it out. Clothes from a JLT wardrobe that suit the bag:
- Summer clothes: T-shirts, vests, polo shirts and light linen mixes for July and August, when Dubai's highs go past 43°C.
- Trousers: jeans, chinos and tracksuit bottoms. Close zips and buttons so they don't catch.
- Sports kit: running clothes from a jog round the JLT lakes, padel shirts, gym socks and sports bras.
- Underwear and nightwear: pants, bras, nighties and pyjamas. Roll socks into pairs.
- Children's clothes: school shirts, sports-day kit and baby rompers, with the snaps done up.
- Cooler-weather layers: a hoodie or light sweatshirt for January in JLT, when afternoons reach about 22 to 24°C.
What to leave out of a JLT bag
Some things shouldn't go in with the T-shirts. You can usually still send them on the same pickup from your JLT tower; they're just booked as a different service.
- Suits, office shirts, abayas and kanduras you want crisp: these go to Clean & Press, where each item has its own price and comes back hung up.
- Labels with a cross over the tub: water would damage these. Silk blouses, wool coats and anything with beads or sequins go to dry cleaning.
- Hand-wash knits and fine lingerie: keep them back, or send us a photo of the label on WhatsApp first.
- Wet things: a swimsuit packed wet smells stale after a few hours in a bag. Let it dry first.
- Things you don't wear: rugs, curtains and footwear have their own services. You'll find them in the service cards higher up the page.
How we sort and dry a load from Jumeirah Lake Towers
Good results start at the sorting table, before any machine is switched on. This is what happens when we open a JLT bag.
- Colour. New dark jeans can turn a white vest light blue in one wash, so lights and darks are always washed apart.
- Weight. Heavy denim and fleece joggers rub against thin jersey and make it bobble, so they go in a separate load.
- Your own machine. Your clothes are washed alone, never with a stranger's, so everything that comes back to your JLT flat is yours.
- Clean drums. We sanitise the drum after each cycle, so the next load starts clean.
- Detergent. It's commercial-grade, but biodegradable and hypoallergenic. In a sticky Dubai summer your clothes sit on warm skin all day, and leftover soap can make sensitive skin itch.
- Low heat. High heat shrinks cotton and loosens waistbands, so we keep the dryer cool. Hoods, cuffs and thick seams are checked by hand for damp before folding.
- Folding by hand. This is when we spot a loose button or a mark that didn't come out, and we'll message you about it.
Pickup in JLT and the areas next door
We collect from homes all over Dubai. In JLT that means all 26 clusters, A to Z, on every side of the lakes, plus the areas around them. Pickup and delivery are both free.
- JLT clusters A to Z: if your tower is near DMCC or Sobha Realty Metro station, or faces JLT Lake, meet the driver at your door. If your building has staff at reception, they can hold the bag for us.
- Dubai Marina, across the road: the skybridges at DMCC station cross Sheikh Zayed Road to the Marina. It has its own Dubai Marina page.
- Villas nearby: Emirates Hills is close to JLT. See our Emirates Hills page.
- Serviced and short-stay apartments: give us the apartment number, and check with the desk beforehand that they'll hold a bag for our driver.
Not sure if we cover your tower? Send a location pin, or see every area we serve.
Weekly bags on a JLT monthly plan
If your JLT laundry basket fills about one bag a week, a plan is the simple, budget-friendly wash and fold option. You get one fixed pickup day each week, no rebooking, and a lower price per bag than a one-off order.
- Essential: AED 250 a month for one bag a week. It suits one person or two flatmates.
- Family: AED 450 a month for two bags a week, eight in a month. That leaves room for school uniforms, swimwear and pyjamas.
- No plan: one bag costs AED 65 in any week you need it.
Plan pickups happen on the weekday you choose, so your bag leaves your JLT tower on the same day every week. One WhatsApp message sets it up.
JLT return times, 5-hour express and stains
A bag picked up in JLT today should be back within 24 hours. That's our usual return time in Dubai. If your building is ever an exception, we'll tell you the return day before you book.
Want it the same day? For a same-day laundry service, ask for express laundry delivery before 2 PM. If your JLT address is in the express zone, everything comes back 5 hours later. Message us first to check your zone.
- Tell us about the stain. Coffee from a lakeside café, chilli oil or a pen mark on a shirt pocket: name the mark and show us where it is.
- Mention anything you've put on it. Bleach, washing-up liquid or stain spray all limit what we can safely do next.
- Dry swimwear indoors. Dubai's balcony rules don't allow washing on the railings, so use an indoor rack. Damp clothes left in a closed bag go sour fast in JLT's summer humidity.
Clean and press in JLT, ready for office days
Clean and press is our JLT laundry service for clothes you hang up: work shirts, wool-mix trousers, kanduras, abayas and day dresses. Each piece is cleaned the way its label allows, steamed by hand and put on a hanger. Shirts are AED 18 each and kanduras AED 15. Pickup from any cluster, A to Z, is free, and your clothes come back on hangers within 24 hours, the same as most of Dubai.

- Priced per item, not by weight
- Each piece steamed by hand, one by one

What each JLT garment price includes
The price on the JLT list is all you pay for that garment. There's no extra charge for treating a stain, or for the hanger and cover.
- Checked before cleaning: we empty the pockets, read the label and check seams and buttons. Anything loose is noted before the garment gets wet.
- Stains treated by hand: we work on marks before the main clean, because warm water can set them into the fabric.
- Following the label: cotton and mixed fabrics are washed in cool water so they keep their size. If the label asks for specialist care, that's what it gets.
- Hung to dry: in filtered air, not a tumble dryer, so a kandura keeps its length and collars stay flat.
- Steamed one by one: collar, cuffs and button strip first, then the rest.
- Checked three times: only then does it go into a breathable cover.
Booking clean and press from your JLT tower
- Send a list. "Four shirts, two pairs of trousers, one abaya" is enough. Add your cluster letter, tower name and how you like your trouser creases.
- Bag hanging clothes on their own. Shirts and kanduras in one bag, folding clothes in another, so nothing gets mixed up.
- Free pickup. The driver takes both bags from your door, or from reception if your building has a desk.
- Done piece by piece. We finish one garment, from wash to steam, before starting the next.
- Home on hangers. Orders in JLT are normally back in 24 hours, as in most of Dubai, in breathable covers and ready for the working week.
JLT clothes that suit clean and press
A simple test: if it creases on the walk from DMCC Metro station to your desk, send it for clean and press. From a JLT wardrobe, that usually means:
- Office shirts: poplin, twill and easy-care cotton, long or short sleeve. The collar takes most of our time.
- Blouses and skirts: crepe, viscose and lawn cotton, which wrinkle easily.
- Suits and work trousers: wool mixes and chinos. Jackets go on a steam form so the shoulders keep their shape.
- Kanduras and thobes: white cotton and polyester mixes, steamed until the front hangs straight all the way down.
- Ghutras: laid out flat and square, ready to fold the way you wear it.
- Abayas and jalabiyas: crepe and georgette are only steamed, so black fabric doesn't go shiny. Want a shayla done too? Ask its price on WhatsApp first.
- Kurta and sirwal sets: kept on one ticket so the pair stays together.
- School shirts: good to send before an assembly or class photo, when a soft collar shows.
Clothes that suit another service
- Washed at home and just creased? Pressing removes the creases without washing it again.
- Silk, lace, sequins, beads or a heavy wool coat? Book dry cleaning. Solvent is much gentler on these than water.
- Gym kit, T-shirts, swimwear, pyjamas? These are folded, not hung, so put them in the Wash & Fold bag.
Not sure about something? Send us a photo of the care label on WhatsApp and we'll decide together before the driver comes to your JLT cluster.
What the dots on the press symbol mean
The small plate-shaped symbol on a care label has dots. Three dots, for cotton and linen, allow up to about 200°C. Two dots, for wool, silk and polyester mixes, mean about 150°C. One dot, for acrylic and some synthetics, means about 110°C. If the symbol is crossed out, we use steam only.
- No hot plate on dark crepe: pressure makes it shiny, so black abayas and navy suit trousers are only steamed.
- Collars and cuffs done separately: they're the first thing a client sees across a meeting table in a JLT office, so we never rush them.
- Your choice of crease: sharp, soft or none, or shirts folded flat for a suitcase. Tell us when you book and we'll write it on the ticket.
- Breathable covers: Dubai's summer humidity averages above 90%, and you feel it in a lakeside JLT flat too. Plastic would trap that damp in the fabric. Our covers keep dust off and let moisture out.
Pickup points across the 26 JLT clusters
Pickup of hanging orders in JLT is free, like all our pickups. If nobody will be home, they need a safe place to wait.
- Clusters A to Z: JLT has 26 clusters of three towers, and each cluster has its own car park. So "JLT" on its own isn't enough: tell us the cluster letter and tower name. If your tower desk takes deliveries, it can hold your hangers.
- Near a lake or a station: tell us if you're closest to Lake Almas West, Lake Almas East, JLT Lake, or the DMCC or Sobha Realty Metro station. It helps the driver start on the right side of the water.
- Next door: Dubai Marina and Emirates Hills get the same free pickup, and both have their own pages.
Turnaround in JLT, plus 5-hour express
Clean and press orders from JLT are normally back in 24 hours, the standard across most of Dubai. Delicate fabrics can take longer, depending on the piece. If anything on your list needs more time, we'll tell you when you book.
Going out to dinner tonight and your good shirt is still in the basket? Book express before 2 PM. If express covers your tower, you'll have it back 5 hours after pickup. Express depends on location, so send us your cluster letter and tower on WhatsApp first, and wait for our yes.
Common marks on JLT work shirts
- Grey line on the collar: walking between your tower and the Metro in July leaves sweat and skin oil on a white collar. Send it within the week and it comes out much more easily.
- Deodorant marks: white marks on dark shirts and yellow ones on light shirts need different treatments, so tell us which it is.
- Oud and perfume oils: oil-based scents can leave a darker patch on pale cotton. Point it out and tell us the scent, so we can pick the right treatment.
- Small extras: a loose button, shirts folded for a flight, or no crease at all? Tell us on WhatsApp and we'll add a note to the ticket.
Jumeirah Lake Towers bedding, priced item by item
Bed and bath is for things a small washer-dryer in a JLT flat can't manage in one go: a king duvet, a quilted comforter, sheets, pillows, mattress protectors, bathrobes and a pile of bath towels. Each piece has its own price: a sheet is AED 25, a towel AED 7 and a duvet AED 56. Pickup and delivery to your cluster are free. Bulky item washing takes longer. Duvets, comforters and blankets need 48 to 72 hours, and we'll tell you the return day when you book.

What each bedding price covers in JLT
For a JLT order, every price covers the whole job. Sheets and pillowcases get our bed linen wash and fold: washed, dried until every corner is fully dry, and folded square. They're still counted piece by piece, not weighed. One pillowcase is looked after as carefully as a king duvet. It's simply done sooner.
- Checked first: someone looks over the corners, the stitching and any stain you told us about before washing.
- Room to move: our large machines let a king duvet open out as it turns, so the water reaches right into the filling as well as the cover.
- Soft on skin: our detergent is hypoallergenic and biodegradable, which matters for bedding you sleep in.
- Dry right through: we feel the middle of a duvet by hand and keep tumbling until it's as dry as the edges. You can't hang it over a JLT balcony rail anyway, because Dubai's balcony rules don't allow laundry to be aired there.
- Packed last: nothing is bagged until the whole order is dry, so no damp piece goes home with the rest.
Duvet covers are AED 31 each, because we wash them separately from the duvet.
Booking a bedding pickup from your JLT tower
- Tell us what's coming. "One king duvet, six pillowcases, all the towels" is enough. Add your cluster letter, tower name and a location pin.
- We confirm. Someone from our team replies with the pickup slot and the return day in one message.
- Pack it. Roll each duvet tightly and tie it round the middle. Sheets and towels share a second bag.
- We collect. Free, from your door in JLT, or from the front desk if your tower has one.
- Follow it. We keep you updated on WhatsApp until it's back at your flat.
Someone answers the chat at any hour, so it's fine to book late on a Friday after your guests have left.
Duvet, comforter or blanket: what's what
A duvet and a comforter both cost AED 56, single to king. What changes is how we inspect them.
- Duvet: loose filling in a plain case, used inside a cover. We take the cover off and charge it on its own line.
- Comforter: stitched through in squares, usually with a pattern, and used without a cover. Some squares hold water longer than others, so we check it row by row by hand before signing it off.
- Blanket: AED 26 for a standard size; bigger ones cost more.
- Bedcover: AED 29. It sits on top, so it collects the most dust, and in a JLT bedroom that includes the fine sand that blows in on windy days. Has it got tassels or beads? Let us know.
If a seam has split or filling is coming out, send a photo before pickup and we'll decide together if it can be washed.
Everyday bedding: sheets to mattress protectors
In a hot JLT summer, sheets and pillowcases get changed most often, so they wear out before the rest of the bed.
- Sheets: AED 25, fitted or flat. Run your hand round each fitted corner before packing. That's where hair clips and earrings hide.
- Pillowcases: AED 9. Overnight hair oils and face creams leave greasy patches. Tell us where they are on WhatsApp instead of scrubbing them.
- Pillows: AED 19 each. Fold one in half: if it doesn't spring back, the filling is worn out and washing won't fix it. Keep memory foam pillows at home.
- Mattress protectors: AED 35. A waterproof backing can't go in a hot dryer, so send us a photo of the care label.
JLT towel laundry service, bathrobes and sofa covers
A scratchy towel usually still has soap in it. That's why ours get a second rinse, then go in the dryer until they're fully dry. A bath towel is AED 7 and a robe AED 19.
- Gym towels: if one has been in your sports bag since a run round the JLT lakes, send it soon. A damp towel zipped in a bag goes sour quickly in the heat.
- Robes: the thick collar takes longest to dry, so we check it last. Send the belt as well.
- Bath mats: cotton ones are fine, but not one with a rubber back that's starting to crumble.
- Sofa covers: AED 46 for a regular zip-off cover. Take a photo of the sofa before you remove them, so each cover goes back on the right cushion.
- Tablecloths: AED 19. Let any spill dry, then tell us what it was.
Keep wet towels away from duvets. Damp soaks into filling quickly, especially in a humid JLT summer.
What to keep out of the JLT bedding bag
Some bedding can't go in our machines, or yours:
- Electric blankets or anything with wires inside.
- Memory foam toppers and pillows.
- Weighted blankets filled with beads.
- Anything with a crossed-out tub on the label. Not sure? Send a photo on WhatsApp and we'll answer before the driver leaves.
Your clothes need their own bags: everyday wear for Wash & Fold, and shirts, kanduras or abayas you want hung for Clean & Press. One driver visit to your JLT tower can take every bag. For more on caring for each bedding item, see our bed and bath guide.
Why a JLT duvet takes 48 to 72 hours
In duvet and comforter laundering, the drying takes far longer than the washing. The filling, feather or polyester, keeps water deep inside long after the cover feels dry. A duvet put away damp, even in a cool, air-conditioned JLT flat, soon smells musty.
- Allow two to three days: duvets, quilts and comforters are away for 48 to 72 hours from pickup.
- The day it's back: we confirm it in the same WhatsApp chat you used to book your JLT pickup.
Letting a JLT flat to short-stay guests? Guest changeover linen is handled by our Airbnb laundry service. This tab is for bedding you use yourself.
Bedding pickup in every JLT cluster, and nearby
Our drivers cover every JLT cluster, A to Z, and pickup and delivery are both free.
- JLT towers: we collect the bags from your door, or from the security desk if your building holds parcels. Near Almas Tower, or closest to DMCC or Sobha Realty Metro station? Tell us, so the driver tries the right entrance first.
- Nearby: Dubai Marina is just across Sheikh Zayed Road, and Emirates Hills and Jumeirah Park are close by. Each has its own page.
- A bit further out? Send us a location pin and we'll check before you book.
Where you live doesn't change the price. A king duvet from a high floor in JLT costs the same as one from a villa anywhere in Dubai.

Jumeirah Lake Towers laundry: quick answers
What happens when I book a laundry service in JLT?
Our driver collects your bag from your JLT tower and brings it back clean. To book, send one WhatsApp message with your cluster letter, tower name and the time you'd like. No app needed. Everyday clothes are washed and folded. Office shirts, abayas and kanduras are steamed by hand and come back to your lobby on hangers.
- Washing is priced by the bag, hung clothes by the piece
- Each load gets its own machine, which is sanitised afterwards
- Clothes already clean but creased? See the Pressing page
Where's the nearest laundry to my JLT cluster?
The nearest one is our van, at your cluster. If you search laundry service near me in JLT, you'll see shops you'd have to walk to with a heavy bag, often in the summer heat. Our driver makes that trip for you. We cover every cluster from A to Z, and we don't charge for pickup or delivery.
- There are 26 clusters, so a location pin helps the driver find you
- If your tower has a front desk, the bag can wait there
- No sign-up needed; a WhatsApp chat is enough
Can JLT laundry come back the same day?
Yes, if you book express before 2 PM. Otherwise it's next day. Express brings your bag back five hours after pickup, if your JLT tower is inside the express area. Without express, you get our next-day laundry service: back within 24 hours of collection in most of Dubai. So for same-day laundry, book early.
- Send your cluster and tower first, and we'll confirm express covers it
- Bulky bedding like a duvet takes 48 to 72 hours
- Some delicate items take longer; we'll tell you once we've checked them
How is JLT laundry priced, and is there a minimum order?
Washing is priced by the bag, and pressed clothes by the piece. A 6kg bag has one fixed price however full it is, and a 12kg bag suits sheets. The minimum order is AED 50, though we still collect a smaller order for a small fee. Pickup and delivery are free, even for a top-floor JLT flat.
- If you send washing every week, a monthly plan is the affordable laundry service: four bags on Essential, eight on Family
- Shirts, kanduras and abayas each have their own Clean & Press price
- All the AED prices are further up this JLT page, in the prices section
Which JLT clusters do your drivers cover, Q and J included?
All 26 JLT clusters, from A to Z, including Q and J. Each cluster has three towers and its own car park. So the letter alone doesn't tell the driver which building is yours. Send the tower name with the letter, add a location pin, and write your flat number on the bag tag.
- JLT Park is just behind Cluster Q
- Same price and return time in every cluster
- The pin shows the driver your entrance
Can I get office shirts and kanduras pressed in JLT?
Yes, with Clean & Press, where each garment has its own price. Every piece is cleaned to suit its fabric, then steamed by hand. It comes back to your JLT tower on a hanger, under a cover that lets it breathe. Keep these out of your washing bag, so your work shirt doesn't arrive squashed.
- White kanduras are washed apart from colours
- Back on hangers, or folded if you prefer
- Trouser creases in or left out, your choice
Is there dry cleaning pickup in JLT?
Yes. Dry cleaning is a separate service with its own price list. Silk, sequins, heavy embroidery and anything labelled not to wash in water go there, never in a washing machine. Bag those on their own and say so in the chat. One driver collects both bags from your JLT lobby in the same trip.
- Crossed-out tub on the care label? Then it can't be washed in water
- Beaded or embellished abayas go to dry cleaning
- Two bags, one pickup
How should I pack sweaty running kit after a lap of JLT Park?
Let it dry first, then pack it loosely. Sweaty polyester shut in a bag in Dubai's summer heat soon smells sour. The smell can also spread to the cotton next to it. Hang your kit over a chair for an hour, turn it inside out, and then pack it for your JLT pickup.
- Leggings and running tops go in the wash and fold bag
- Book a pickup soon after your run, not days later
- Always dry before it goes in the bag
Is it OK to dry clothes on a JLT balcony?
No. Dubai's balcony rules count washing on a balcony as a violation. If it can be seen from outside the tower, you could be fined. Drying indoors in a JLT flat is slow in summer too. Humid air keeps towels damp for hours, until they start to smell. Send them to us and they come back fully dry and folded.
- Summer humidity slows down any indoor airer
- Thick towels dried all the way through, edges too
- Folded, ready to put away
Will my JLT washing share a machine with anyone else's?
No. Each customer's load is washed in its own machine. After your clothes come out, the drum is sanitised before the next customer's load goes in. Our detergent is commercial-grade, biodegradable and hypoallergenic. It's gentle on sensitive skin and leaves no strong smell. Tell us about any allergy when you book your JLT pickup, and we'll note it.
- Smells clean, not perfumed
- A sanitised drum for every customer
- Free pickup from every JLT cluster
