Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at Pullman Dubai JLT

Nearly anything washable that you have worn on your trip can go in one bag, and the price stays the same whatever is inside.

• Everyday wear. T-shirts, shorts, trousers, jeans and gym kit all wash together once they are sorted by colour.
• Empty the pockets. Room key cards, receipts, headphones and coins should come out before you hand the bag over.
• Keep apart what must hang. Shirts and suits that you need pressed belong on the Clean & Press list, not in the bag.
• Pack it loosely. A bag up to 6kg costs the same whether it is half full or nearly closed, but the driver needs to be able to tie it shut.

If you are unsure about a piece, say so in the WhatsApp chat before the driver arrives and we will tell you where it belongs.

Sorting takes longer than washing, and it is where most laundry mistakes are avoided.

• Colours kept apart. Whites, darks and bright pieces get separate loads, so a new red top never turns your shirts pink.
• Care labels read. We follow the temperature on the label, and choose a cooler cycle for stretch fabrics and anything thin.
• A gentle detergent. It is biodegradable and hypoallergenic, and still strong enough for sweat, sunscreen and travel grime.
• Rinsed properly. Nothing stays in the fabric to bother your skin when you put it back on.

You do not need to sort anything yourself before the driver arrives.

Tell us about any stain when you book, because it changes how we treat it.

• Treated first. We deal with each mark by hand before the wash, not after it, which gives the stain its best chance of lifting.
• Say what made it. Coffee, wine, oil, deodorant and sunscreen each need a different approach, so a short note in the chat helps.
• Honest results. Old or set-in stains may not come out completely, and we tell you rather than promise.
• Sweat and odours. A normal wash deals with these, and we do not mask them with heavy perfume.

Your bag comes back dry, folded and ready to go straight into a suitcase.

• Dried through. Seams and waistbands are checked by hand, so nothing is damp when you pack it.
• Low heat. The dryers run gently, so cotton shrinks no more than it has to.
• Folded flat. Piles are neat and square, and they sit well in a carry-on or a drawer in your room.
• Kept clean on the way back. The bag is closed at the laundry, so your clothes are not mixed with anyone else's.

• Book before 2 PM. Express laundry delivery can bring an urgent bag back in 5 hours, if your address is covered.
• Check first. Message us on WhatsApp, so we can tell you whether the hotel is inside the express area.

• After 2 PM. Your order goes out in the normal 24 hours, which is still back by the next afternoon or evening.

Plan ahead if you have a flight, because pickup, washing and return all take time.

The hotel has spa and fitness on the 34th floor and a rooftop pool on the 35th, so damp kit builds up quickly during a longer stay.

• Bag it at once. Do not leave wet kit in a drawer overnight, because it smells by the morning.
• Swimwear. Rinse off the pool water if you can. Tell us if the fabric is delicate and we choose a cooler cycle.
• Towels stay. Hotel towels and robes stay in the room, so only your own clothes go in the bag.
• Back folded. Your kit returns dry and folded with the rest of your laundry.

A long business stay or a relocation fills a bag every week, and a plan saves you booking each time.

• Essential (AED 250): one collection a week, so four in the month.
• Family (AED 450): two collections a week, so eight in the month.
• One bag at a time. A single 6kg bag costs AED 65, with no plan to sign up for.

• Lobby or concierge. If the hotel allows it, the driver meets you there. Tell us where you will be standing.
• Items checked together. The driver goes through the bag with you before it leaves.
• Payment by link. We text a secure link after the check. There is no cash or card payment in the lobby.
• Cover. Loss or damage cover is up to 10 times the cleaning price of the item. Items already damaged, or with no care label, are cleaned at your own risk.

Each garment on your list is looked after on its own, not in a load with other clothes.

• Checked first. We look at collars, cuffs and underarms for marks before anything is cleaned.
• Cleaned to the label. Washable pieces are washed. Others get the right process, and we tell you which.
• Pressed with steam. Collar and cuffs first, then the body, in the order a good presser works.
• Hung and covered. Back on a hanger in a breathable bag, ready to go straight into the wardrobe in your room.

One shirt is AED 18, and a week of meetings needs several.

• Send them in the evening. They can be back the next day, or in 5 hours if you book before 2 PM and your address is covered.
• Collars and cuffs. These are pressed flat with steam so they sit properly under a jacket.
• On hangers. Each shirt returns hanging, so you do not have to unfold anything.

A two-piece suit is cleaned and pressed as one item. A jacket or a tie can also be sent alone.

• Suit. Jacket and trousers are cleaned together, so the colour stays matched afterwards.
• Jacket only. It is priced on its own if you only need that piece.
• Tie. Priced separately, and returned flat and pressed.
• Express suit pressing. Book before 2 PM and ask about a 5 hour return, where your address is covered.

Tell us when the event or meeting is, and we plan the order around it.

A kandura is AED 15, and a ghutra has its own price. Both are returned ready to wear.

• Kandura. Cleaned, then pressed full length with steam and hung, so the collar and cuffs stay sharp.
• Ghutra. Cleaned and pressed on its own, so it keeps its shape. Send it with the kandura if you want the set ready together.
• Times. Tell us if you need them for Friday prayers or a wedding.

An abaya is priced as basic or delicate, and a jalabiya has its own price.

• Basic abaya. A plain abaya is cleaned and pressed as normal, then hung.
• Delicate abaya. Choose this for thin fabric, beading or fine detail, and we handle it with more care.
• Jalabiya. Cleaned and pressed per item, then returned on a hanger.
• Tell us. Anything that needs special care goes in the chat before the driver arrives.

A dinner, a wedding or a gala asks for a dress that is not crushed from the suitcase.

• Dress. Evening dresses and everyday dresses are priced separately, so check which one you are sending.
• Blouse. Cleaned and pressed, then returned on a hanger.
• Fabric. Tell us the fabric and any beading when you book, so we choose the right care.

A winter coat suits a guest arriving from somewhere cold. A kurta is priced as men's or women's.

• Coat. One price, whatever the length.
• Kurta. Choose men's or women's when you book.

We follow the care label on every piece, whether it is cotton, wool or a blend.

• Cover. Loss or damage cover is up to 10 times the cleaning price of the item.
• At your own risk. Items that are already damaged, or have no care label, are cleaned at your own risk.
• Booked in advance. Tell us the date of your event and we plan the order around it.
• Returned hung. Pieces come back on hangers in a breathable bag.
