Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery in Al Sufouh

Every bag from Al Sufouh gets the same five steps, whether it comes from a studio or a five-bedroom villa. A half-empty bag gets the same treatment as a full one, and the price does not change.

• Sorted by hand: light colours go together and dark colours go together. Lace, sheer tops and stretchy fabric are held back for a cooler cycle.

3. Hand it over. The driver collects it from your door, or from the front desk if your building has one. Pickup is free.
4. We wash it. A gentle cycle, low heat and a hand fold.
5. Back to you. A WhatsApp tells you when the bag is on its way. Delivery is free too.

The bag is for everyday washing that can be machine-washed and folded. If it goes in your own machine at home, it can go in ours.

• Daily wear: T-shirts, jeans, shorts, leggings, socks and underwear.
• Home clothes: pyjamas, loungewear, cotton dresses and school uniforms.
• Sports and beach kit: gym wear, swimsuits and rash vests. Shake the sand out first, and rinse off salt or chlorine if you can.
• Baby clothes: vests, sleepsuits and muslins. The detergent is hypoallergenic, so they can share the bag.
• Towels: a hand towel or a beach towel fits when there is room under 6kg. For a full set of bath towels, use the Bed & Bath tab.

• Silk, lace, beads and sequins: these do better with dry cleaning, which is gentler on them than water.
• Heavy wool coats and suits: send them as Clean & Press pieces instead.
• Leather and suede: these need a specialist, so book Bag care or Shoe care.
• Very wet or muddy items: a soaked swimsuit or filthy sports kit should be rinsed first, or the whole bag will smell.
• Loose valuables: keys, cards, cash and jewellery stay with you. Empty every pocket before you pack.
• Anything with a strong chemical smell: paint, fuel or oil should not go in a bag with your clothes. Tell us in the chat and we will advise.

Not sure whether something belongs in the bag? Ask in the chat before the driver arrives. A quick photo of the label is enough, and we will say where it should go.

When your bag reaches our laundry, it is emptied and sorted before it goes near a machine. Colours and fabrics are separated, and anything that looks delicate is set aside for a gentler cycle.

Your load then runs alone in one machine, and the drum is sanitised once it is finished. The detergent is commercial-grade, biodegradable and hypoallergenic, so it clears dirt but rinses out well. A long rinse means your clothes do not come back smelling of strong perfume.

Drying is on low heat. High heat is what shrinks cotton, wears out elastic and sets marks you hoped would wash out. Thick items such as towels and hoodies are dried right through to the seams, because a damp centre sours quickly in Dubai's humid summer. The same goes for jeans, which hold water in the waistband and pockets.

Each piece is then folded by hand and checked once more before the bag is closed.

We collect from both parts of Al Sufouh. Al Sufouh 1 begins near Madinat Jumeirah, and Al Sufouh 2 lies south of Palm Jumeirah, next to Dubai Internet City and Dubai Media City. Standard pickup covers every area of Dubai, so any address along that stretch is fine.

The homes here range from studio flats to villas, and some sit inside gated communities such as Acacia Avenues. If your community has a gate, put it in your message, along with the building name or villa number.

Send a pin from your phone as well. The pin matters more than the street name, because it takes the driver to the exact door.

Close by are Palm Jumeirah to the north and Emirates Hills and Al Barsha to the south. We collect in all of them too.

If your basket fills about once a week, a plan is the simple, budget-friendly wash and fold choice. The pickup day is fixed, so you never rebook, and each bag works out cheaper than a one-off order.

• Essential: AED 250 a month buys one bag every week, which suits a single person or a couple.
• Family: AED 450 a month for two bags a week. That covers school uniforms, swim kit and everyday basics.
• No plan: a single bag is AED 65 whenever you need it.

You choose the weekday, and your bag leaves your Al Sufouh home on that day every week. One WhatsApp message sets it up.

Bags from Al Sufouh are usually back within 24 hours, as in most of Dubai. That is our everyday next-day service, and it costs nothing extra. We message you on WhatsApp when the bag is on its way.

For something sooner, express takes 5 hours if you book before 2 PM and your address is covered. Ask in the chat and we will say yes or no at once. The minimum order is AED 50.

Stains are treated by hand before washing. Tell us what the mark is, whether it is coffee, oil, ink or sun cream, because the right treatment depends on the cause. Sun cream and sweat collect around collars and cuffs, so those spots get a close look every time.

If a faint mark is still there when the bag comes back, tell us and we will look again.

The price on each line is for the whole job on one item. Nothing is added at the door, and nothing is charged for the hanger.

• Cleaning: a cool wash or a dry-clean process, chosen from the care label and the fabric.
• Spot treatment: collars, cuffs and any marks you point out get attention before the wash.
• Steaming: every piece is steamed by hand, one at a time, so the shape holds.
• Hanger and cover: your clothes come back on hangers in breathable covers, which let any damp out.
• Checks: buttons, seams and pockets are looked at before and after the wash.

Pickup and delivery to your door in Al Sufouh cost nothing extra. The minimum order is AED 50. A few shirts and a kandura together are well over it, and a smaller order is still collected for a small fee.

If a piece is delicate, say so in your message. Silk, wool and anything with beadwork can take longer, so book those a little earlier. How long depends on the piece, and we tell you at pickup. A photo of the care label in the chat helps us choose the right process before the driver comes. For a big mixed order, list the items in your message by type, such as shirts, kanduras and dresses, so we can price it quickly.

• Clean at home but creased? Pressing removes the creases without washing the piece again.
• Gym kit, T-shirts, pyjamas? These are folded, so they belong in a Wash & Fold bag, not on hangers.
• Duvets, towels and sheets? Choose the Bed & Bath tab instead.

Every care label has a small press symbol, and the dots inside it show how hot the plate may get. One dot means cool, two dots mean medium, and three dots mean hot. A cross through the symbol means do not press at all.

We read that symbol on every piece. Polyester and silk sit at one dot, wool and polyester blends at two, and plain cotton and linen can take three. Steam does much of the work, so we rarely need a high setting.

If a label has been cut out or has faded, tell us the fabric and we will test a hidden corner first. That avoids a shiny patch on dark cloth or a scorch on something thin. When you are unsure what a symbol means, ask in the chat and we will explain it.

Hung clothes come back on hangers, so it helps to have a free rail or wardrobe door ready when the delivery arrives. We also collect from nearby Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Hills and Al Barsha.

Most clean and press orders from Al Sufouh come back in 24 hours, as in most of Dubai. Delicate fabrics such as silk, wool or beadwork can take longer. We tell you the time when we collect them.

Need a shirt for tonight? Express takes 5 hours if you book before 2 PM and your address is covered. Ask for it in your first message and we will tell you straight away whether we can do it. The minimum order is AED 50.

Collars and cuffs hold sweat, skin oil and sun cream, which show as a yellow line or a grey edge. We treat those spots by hand before the wash.

Pen ink, coffee drips and cooking oil on the front are the next most common. Tell us which one it is and where it landed. Some marks need a different treatment, and hot water can set them, so it helps to know.

Undo all the buttons before you pack the shirt. It makes the collar easier to reach and keeps the buttons from being strained.

Each price is for one piece, from pickup to delivery, and no extras are added at the door.

• Wash: a cycle chosen for the filling and the fabric, with biodegradable, hypoallergenic detergent.
• Dry: low heat, until the centre is dry as well as the cover. Thick items are the slowest, which is why duvets take 48 to 72 hours.
• Fold: only when the piece is fully dry, so it cannot turn musty in a cupboard.

A comforter cover, the zip-off kind, is AED 31. Duvet covers, duvets and comforters are priced on separate lines, so you only pay for the pieces you send.

The minimum order is AED 50. A duvet cover and a set of towels usually reach it, and a smaller order is still collected for a small fee.

Pieces are laundered one at a time, so a duvet never shares a drum with a heavy load. If a care label says dry clean only, we will tell you before it goes into the wash.

5. Back to you. We message when it is on the way. Delivery is free.

A duvet is the filled inner layer. A comforter is quilted, with stitching running right through, so it is slept under bare. A blanket is a single layer, such as fleece or wool.

• Duvet: AED 56, any size up to king.
• Blanket: AED 26 for a standard size. Larger ones cost more.
• Bedcover: AED 29 for the top layer on the bed.

Duvet and comforter laundering is priced per piece, with no weighing. Bulky pieces like these need a long, low dry, so allow 48 to 72 hours for them. Sheets and towels in the same order can come back sooner. A duvet that is too big for your own machine is exactly what our large drums are for.

These are the pieces that go round every week or two.

• Bed sheet: AED 25, flat or fitted.
• Pillowcase: AED 9 each.
• Pillow: AED 19, washed and dried until the filling is light again.
• Mattress protector: AED 35, washed apart so it gets a proper rinse.

In a warm climate, a weekly change keeps a bed fresher. A whole bed set, with sheet, pillowcases and cover, can go to us on pickup day, and it comes back folded together. Using bed linen wash and fold as a routine saves you the weekend chore.

Towels are the main reason people choose us for bed and bath. A bath towel is AED 7. It is rinsed twice, then dried right through so it comes back soft.

• Memory foam: it breaks apart in a machine, so keep it out.
• Anything marked dry clean only: send it to dry cleaning instead.
• Items soaked in oil or paint: tell us first, in the chat.
• Valuables: check the pockets on robes and covers before you pack.
• Feather pillows with torn covers: repair the cover first, or the filling will end up in the drum.

A duvet holds a lot of water, and its filling is thick. It needs a long, low-heat dry to go dry all the way through. If we rushed it, the middle would stay damp and start to smell.

That is why bulky item washing and bedding take 48 to 72 hours in Dubai, while sheets and towels are back in 24. Your duvet gets the time it needs, and it returns light and fully dry.
