When the driver brings your bag to us, it is opened and sorted before anything goes in a machine. Your clothes are never mixed with another customer's washing, because each order runs in its own machine.

• Sorted: whites and light colours together, darks together, and thin fabrics kept for a cooler cycle.
• Washed: with a mild, biodegradable detergent and the right amount for the size of the load.
• Dried: on low heat, so cotton does not shrink and elastic is not cooked.
• Folded: by hand and packed so it travels back to your suite flat.

The whole process is the same on a quiet week or a busy one.

Six kilos is more than most people think. It usually holds about a week of clothes for one person: several T-shirts, a few pairs of shorts or trousers, underwear, socks and gym kit.

If you are not sure, pack it and tell us in the chat. When the bag is clearly too heavy, we suggest the larger bag rather than leave anything out. Heavy items such as jeans take up the most room, so a couple of pairs can use up a big part of the limit.

You do not need to count pieces or weigh your own bag. We tell you before washing if it needs the larger size.

A quick look at the care label decides how each piece is treated. Most everyday cotton goes straight into the main wash. Anything with a warning for heat or friction is kept for a cooler, gentler cycle.

Travel bags often hold a mix: a new shirt that may bleed, a silky top, a pair of black trousers that fade easily. Each of those is kept apart from your whites.

If an item has no care label, we wash it at your own risk and tell you first. Please point out anything special in the chat before the pickup, such as a piece you bought on holiday and have never washed.

Dryers are set to low heat, because high heat is what shrinks cotton and bakes in creases. Clothes come out warm, are checked, and go straight to the folding table.

Every piece is folded by hand. T-shirts and shorts are folded flat, socks are paired and underwear is kept together, so you can open the bag and put things straight into a drawer or a suitcase.

Wash and fold is not a pressing service. If you want a crisp shirt for a meeting, move that shirt to Clean & Press and it comes back on a hanger instead.

Dubai heat is hard on clothes. Summer highs go past 43 degrees, and sweat dries into collars and underarms quickly. Sunscreen leaves yellow marks on white cotton, and a swimsuit carries chlorine from the pool.

Tell us about any of these in the chat. We pre-treat collars, underarms and sunscreen marks before the main wash, and swimwear is washed gently with your other clothes.

Wet items should not sit in a closed bag for days, so if you have been swimming, rinse your swimsuit and let it dry a little before you pack it. If you have time between pickup and your swim, just tell us what to expect.

If you are travelling, laundry is the one chore nobody wants to do in a hotel suite. Dubai's balcony rules do not allow airing laundry outside, so a wet wash has nowhere to hang.

Many guests send a bag on the second or third day, so they can pack less. Others wait until the end of the week and come home with clean clothes.

A bag sent in the morning can be back by the next day, in most of Dubai. If you are leaving soon, tell us your flight or checkout time in the chat. We plan the pickup around it, and tell you honestly if the timing is too tight.

Staying a month or more? A monthly plan can save time. The Essential plan is AED 250 a month for one 6kg bag every week. The Family plan is AED 450 a month for eight bags.

A single bag is AED 65, so a plan makes sense if you expect to send bags often. Plans are booked on WhatsApp, and you pick a set day for each pickup.

If your stay is only a few nights, the single bag is almost always the better choice.

A few small habits make the order smoother.

• Empty all pockets, including coins, keycards and tissues.
• Keep delicate pieces on top and tell us about them in the chat.
• Do not pack anything you want pressed or hung. Those items go under Clean & Press.
• Tell us about stains and what caused them.

When your driver arrives, we check the items with you. Then we text you a secure payment link. Your clothes go out for delivery once it is paid. There is no cash or card payment in the lobby.

Clean & Press is a two-step service. First the item is cleaned in a gentle, cool-water process chosen for its fabric. Then it is steamed and pressed by hand and put on a hanger.

It is priced per piece, which makes it easy to see the cost before you book. A single shirt is a single price, a two-piece suit is a single price, and a kandura is its own price.

Everything gets three checks: when we receive it, before it is cleaned, and again before it goes into a bag for delivery.

Business trips mean shirts. A shirt sent in the morning for a meeting the next day is the most common order we take from hotel guests.

Collars and cuffs are checked for marks, treated, and then cleaned. The shirt is pressed with sleeves and front placket flat, then hung. Blouses are handled the same way, with a gentler setting for thin fabric.

Trousers, skirts and everyday dresses are all in the price table, so you can see the cost of each piece. A guest with a full week of meetings can send several shirts in one order.

Packing a suit into a case leaves it creased, and a flight leaves it worse. Send us both pieces and we clean and press them, so the jacket keeps its shape and the trousers have a clean line.

A jacket on its own, a tie, or an evening dress for a wedding or gala can all go in the same order. Beads, sequins and lace need extra care, so mention them in the chat before pickup.

If you need a suit quickly, ask for express. Book before 2 PM and urgent pieces can be back in 5 hours, if your address is covered. We tell you the time before the driver arrives.

We do not offer alterations or mending.

If a shirt is already clean and only needs a press, our pressing only service is cheaper. For a bag of everyday clothes, use Wash & Fold instead. Delicate pieces may need dry cleaning.

Traditional clothes need patience. A kandura is cleaned, then steamed along its full length and hung, so it keeps its shape. A ghutra is pressed flat and returned ready to wear.

Abayas have two options, basic and delicate, depending on the fabric and trim. A jalabiya and a kurta are cleaned and pressed as single pieces too.

If a piece has embroidery, stone work or a fine lining, tell us when you book. We read the care label and decide how to clean it. Items with no label, or ones already damaged, are cleaned at your own risk, and we say so first.

We always read the care label first. It tells us the temperature, whether the fabric can take a machine wash, and whether it needs special handling.

If you know what caused a stain, tell us. Red wine, oil, ink and coffee need different treatment. We treat the mark before cleaning, and we tell you if it may not come out fully.

Our loss and damage cover is up to 10 times the cleaning price of the item. If something is lost or damaged in our care, message us and we sort it out with you.

Your driver checks the items with you at the hotel. After that, we text a secure payment link. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay work. We do not take cash or cards in the lobby, and clothes go out for delivery once the order is paid.

Items come back on hangers or in breathable bags, so they stay fresh until you open them. Standard turnaround is 24 hours, and express is 5 hours before 2 PM, where covered.

If you need something specific, tell us in the chat. Maybe a shirt must be ready before a 9 AM meeting, or a dress is for a wedding on Saturday. We cannot promise what the timing does not allow, but we say so before the pickup, not after.
