It does not matter if the bag is light or full, up to 6kg. You pay the same flat price either way, which is why guests with a weekend of sightseeing and guests with a full week away both find it simple.

You can also mix both services in one pickup, so a bag of everyday clothes and a few shirts on hangers leave the lobby together, and come back together too.

Every bag is checked with you at handover, so you know exactly what you gave the driver.

Your bag is sorted before it goes in. Whites go apart from darks, and anything that could run is washed with its own colours.

Then the bag is washed in a machine that has been sanitised, with our commercial-grade, hypoallergenic detergent. Only your order goes into that machine, so your clothes never share a wash with another guest.

If there is a stain you already know about, say so in the chat. We treat it by hand before the wash, and your note stays with the order.

We keep the wash simple on purpose: the same careful steps for every guest. Nobody has to guess what the machine did to a favourite T-shirt.

Swimwear and gym kit are washed gently so the stretch stays in the fabric. Heavier things like jeans get a full wash, which is why one flat price works for the whole bag.

We do not mix customers, ever. Your bag in, your bag out.

Everything is dried on a low heat, which is kinder to cotton and keeps swimwear and gym kit from losing their shape.

When it is dry, each piece is folded by hand and packed back into the bag, so it slips straight into a suitcase or a wardrobe.

We want the bag to feel like clean clothes from home, so there is no strong chemical smell left on anything.

Hand folding takes a little longer than a machine, but it is the reason a bag arrives looking tidy. T-shirts, shorts and jeans are folded and stacked, and the bag is closed so nothing is crushed on the drive back.

For a traveller, this matters. You can lift the folded clothes out of the bag and straight into your case, with no sorting at the hotel.

The driver checks the items with you when the bag is handed over. After the wash, a driver brings it back to the same place.

Not in the lobby when we call? Tell us in the chat where to hand over the bag, the lobby or the concierge desk, and we confirm before the driver sets off.

It works like a doorstep laundry pickup, with the lobby as your door.

If you need your clothes back the same evening, ask about express. Express laundry delivery returns an order within 5 hours when it is booked before 2 PM. That makes it a same-day laundry service for guests with a flight, a dinner or a meeting later on.

Express is not available at every address. So the first step is simple: message us on WhatsApp, give the hotel name and the time you need your things, and we confirm whether express works for you.

If it does not, you still get the regular turnaround of 24 hours across most of Dubai. Either way, tell us the deadline when you book, so we can plan around it.

Many guests want a same-day hotel laundry option on their last day, and express is the one to ask about.

Plan for it the day before if you can. Guests with an early flight often send everything at breakfast, so the bag is washed and on its way back by the afternoon, if their address is covered.

The 2 PM cut-off matters for express. After that, your order joins the standard run, which is a next-day laundry service, back within 24 hours.

You do not pay when the driver arrives. After the driver checks the items, we text you a secure payment link.

Debit cards, credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay all work. Nobody takes cash or card details at the lobby desk.

Once the link is paid, your clothes go out for delivery. The bag price is the full price, with pickup and return free and no hidden fees, so the number you see is the number you pay.

That makes it easy to put the cost on one card at the end of the trip.

You will see the full price in the chat before anything is washed, and the secure link carries the same number. If you have a question about the amount, ask us in the same thread.

Staying a few weeks, in the hotel or in an apartment in the Residence tower? A plan can save you booking each time. Essential is one bag every week for AED 250 a month, and Family is two bags every week for AED 450 a month.

If you only need us now and then, a single bag is still AED 65 with no plan and no contract.

Plans are billed monthly, and each bag is the same 6kg size. Collection happens on a set day, which you agree with us when you sign up, and the driver comes to the same lobby each week.

Both plans use our usual wash, so nothing changes about the care your clothes get.

Items already damaged, or with no care label, are cleaned at the owner's risk, so mention anything like that up front. Our cover for a lost or damaged piece goes up to 10 times what cleaning it cost.

Clean and press is for the clothes you want to look sharp. Each piece is checked, washed or cleaned on the process that suits its fabric, then steam pressed by hand and hung.

The price table lists the common pieces: shirts, blouses, trousers, skirts, suits, simple dresses, kanduras, abayas and coats. You pay for each piece, so you only pay for what you send.

If something you have is not in the table, ask in the chat and we will tell you before we collect.

For guests, the biggest use is the shirt for tomorrow's meeting and the outfit for tonight. A piece goes out in the morning, and it is back on a hanger the same day if express covers your address, or within 24 hours otherwise.

Because each item has a price, you can build the order yourself. Four shirts, one suit and a dress is easy to add up.

Pack the suit, and let us fix the flight. A two-piece suit comes back pressed, and shirts come back crisp, ready for the meeting room.

Business guests tend to send the same set every few days: a few shirts, trousers, and a jacket now and then. Put it in one order and tell us the day you need each piece, and we line up the pickups.

Everything comes back on hangers, so it can go straight into the wardrobe in your room.

Traditional pieces are steamed, not squashed. A kandura is pressed full length so the front and the collar sit properly. An everyday abaya is steamed so it stays matt, without shine.

The same order can include a ghutra, a jalabiya or a kurta. Each is its own price in the table, so a family travelling together can send everything at once.

Tell us in the chat if a piece is delicate or heavily embroidered. We check it by hand and handle it on the gentler process.

Pieces return on hangers, ready for the event or the family dinner.

A group travelling together can send everything in one order, from the kandura to the abaya and the kurtas. We list each piece when the driver checks them, so you can see the count before you pay.

All the pieces are returned together.

Going to a wedding or a gala? Send the dress or the suit a day early, so there is room if anything needs a second look. Evening dresses return on hangers in breathable bags.

Ask for the order to be back before your event, and we plan the pickup around it.

If the event is at the hotel, in the Windsor Ballroom for example, the pickup and the return both happen in the lobby, so there is no need to leave the building. Tell us the time you plan to dress and we work back from it.

Every piece goes through the same steps, so you can trust the result.

First it is checked by hand. We look for stains and read the care label. If a piece has no label, it is cleaned at the owner's risk.

Then it is washed in cool water or cleaned on the process that suits the fabric, and dried in filtered air. Colours stay true and shapes stay put.

Finally it is steamed and pressed by hand, checked a third time, hung and covered in a breathable bag.

Standard is 24 hours. Delicate pieces can take longer, and we tell you how long when you book.

Why so many steps? Because pressed clothes only look good if they are cleaned properly first. A shirt with a faint mark on the collar looks worse after pressing, not better.

That is why the hand check comes first, and the last check comes after the press. If we spot something we cannot fix, we tell you.

The cool-water wash and the filtered-air drying are chosen to be kind to the colour and the shape of the fabric.

Everything in this tab comes back on a hanger and in a breathable bag. That protects the press you paid for.

The bag lets the fabric breathe, so a pressed shirt does not get squashed in a sealed bag on the way back to your room.

Hang the pieces in the wardrobe as soon as they arrive.

Folded clothes can be fine for the bag, but good pieces need to hang. A jacket folded in a bag for an hour can pick up lines that were not there before.

We cover each piece in a breathable bag, then hang it on the rail for delivery. At the hotel, take the covers off when you hang them up, and the clothes are ready to wear.

Ties and blouses follow the same rule.

Clean and press is normally back within 24 hours across most of Dubai. Delicate pieces can take longer.

If you need it sooner, express is 5 hours when booked before 2 PM, where your address is covered. Always ask first, so you can plan.

Delicate pieces, such as silk or beaded evening wear, take longer because they are handled more slowly. How long depends on the piece, and we tell you at booking which of yours fall into that group.

For a deadline, give us the date and time you need it, and we plan the pickup around it.

Pay with the secure link we text you after the driver checks your items. Debit cards, credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay all work, and nothing is paid at the lobby desk. Your order goes out for delivery as soon as the link is paid.

If we lose or damage a piece, we cover it up to 10 times what we charged to clean it. A piece that is already damaged, or has no care label, is cleaned at the owner's risk.
