Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort

Every bag from Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort goes through the same five steps, whether it holds a weekend of clothes or two weeks of washing. A small bag skips nothing, and a full one costs the same flat price.

• Sorted by hand: whites and light colours go together, and dark clothes go in a separate pile so colours cannot run.
• Checked: we look for stains and heavy marks, and treat them before the wash starts.
• Washed: your bag goes into its own machine with our gentle detergent, and nothing else is in the drum with it.
• Dried on low heat: low heat is kinder to cotton, gym kit and swimwear than a hot dryer.
• Folded and bagged: everything is folded and packed, ready to go straight back into the suitcase.

1. Send your pin. Add your name and the time you want us, and tell us you are a guest at Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort.
2. Pack the bag. Take room cards, coins and keys out of the pockets, and keep to everyday clothes.
3. Meet the driver. We hand over in the lobby, or at the concierge desk if the hotel allows it, and the driver checks each item with you.
4. Pay the link. A secure payment link arrives by text. Once it is paid, your bag is on its way back to you.

Booking takes about a minute, and the pickup time can change in the same chat.

Check the care label first. If it shows a washtub, the piece is fine for the bag. If the tub has a hand in it or a cross through it, send that piece another way. Most holiday clothes suit the bag well:

• T-shirts, shorts and jeans: the everyday things that pile up in a suitcase after a few days away.
• Gym kit: padel, tennis and gym clothes wash well in the bag and come back folded.
• Swimwear: send it soon after use, because salt and chlorine are hard on the fabric if left.
• Casual shirts: fine in the bag if you are happy to have them folded rather than hung.

Some pieces need a different service. They can still leave on the same pickup, so you only book once.

• Shirts, suits, abayas and kanduras you want crisp: send them as Clean & Press. They are priced per piece and returned on hangers.
• Anything with a dry-clean-only label: choose Clean & Press, and tell us if it is delicate.
• Wet clothes: let swimwear drip dry first, because damp fabric can turn sour inside a sealed bag.
• The hotel's own towels and robes: they belong to the hotel, so leave them in the room.

How your clothes come back depends on the sorting as much as the wash. This is what happens when we open your bag.

• Colours first. New dark clothes can bleed on to light ones, so lights and darks never share a load.
• Then by weight. Heavy jeans and light tops are washed apart, so the denim does not wear the thinner cotton down.
• Hand treatment. Marks from sun cream, food and sweat are treated before the machine starts.
• A load to yourself. Your clothes are never washed with another customer's.
• Gentle detergent. We use a hypoallergenic, biodegradable detergent, rinsed out fully.
• Low heat. Gentle drying helps keep cotton and fitted clothes from shrinking, and we fold everything once it is fully dry.

Free pickup and delivery covers all of Dubai. Near Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort these are the usual places:

• At the resort: meet our driver in the lobby. The concierge desk can work too, but only if the hotel allows it.
• Along JBR: beachfront hotels and apartments, and the shops of The Walk.
• Dubai Marina: the towers around the canal.

A plan helps when you stay a long time or fill a bag each week. Pick a day once, and the driver comes every week after that.

• Essential covers one bag a week, at AED 250 each month.
• Family covers two bags a week, at AED 450 each month.
• Single bag: no plan needed, just AED 65. This suits a short stay at Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort.

A bag collected from Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort is normally back within 24 hours, as in most of Dubai. That makes us a next-day laundry service for most orders. If your address takes longer, we say so before you book.

Need clothes before a flight? Book express laundry delivery before 2 PM. If your address is covered, the order comes back 5 hours later, with no extra fee.

For stains, tell us the cause when we collect. Sun cream and sweat come out best when they are treated early.

Each garment has one price. That price already includes stain treatment, the hanger and the cover, so you pay nothing extra at the end.

• Looked over: pockets emptied and the care label read before cleaning starts.
• Marks treated: sun cream, perfume, food and sweat are dealt with by hand first.
• Cleaned, then steamed: the process follows the label, and the steaming is done by hand.
• Hung and covered: each piece comes back on a hanger inside a breathable cover.

1. Send your list. A note like "two shirts, one suit, a kandura" is enough. Say you are at Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort.
2. Keep hanging pieces apart. Do not put them in your wash and fold bag, so nothing gets creased.

• Already clean but creased? Pressing smooths clean clothes without washing them again.
• Silk, beading, sequins or lace? Send these for dry cleaning, so the fabric gets the right process.
• Just a bag of casual clothes? Choose Wash & Fold, which is cheaper for everyday washing.

Dots on the pressing symbol of a care label show the highest heat that fabric can take. A single dot is the coolest setting, for acrylic and some synthetics. Two dots are medium, for silk, wool and polyester blends. Three dots are hot, for cotton and linen. A crossed-out symbol means no heat.

You do not have to remember any of it. We read each label first and set the steam to suit.

• No label: tell us the fabric. The piece is cleaned at your own risk.
• Unsure about a piece? Send a photo of the label before pickup.
• Mixed fabrics: we follow the most delicate one.

We collect and deliver for free. Your order comes back on hangers, so think about where it can wait if you are out when it arrives.

• Lobby: if the hotel allows it, we can leave your hanging order at the lobby or concierge desk. Tell us the name to ask for.
• Check-out day: book your pickup early and tell us when you leave Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort, so your order is back before you go.
• Moving on: if you are heading to another hotel, give us that address instead.

Most clean and press orders reach your room again within 24 hours. A beach-wedding dress or a silk shirt may need more time, and we tell you how much when we collect it. Need a shirt for tonight? Book express before 2 PM. Where your address is covered, it comes back in 5 hours, with no extra fee. For an urgent suit or kandura, ask us first on WhatsApp and we confirm the time.

• Collar marks: sweat and skin oil build up fast in warm weather. The sooner the shirt reaches us, the more we can remove.
• Sun cream: it can leave a yellow mark on a white shirt after a day at the beach. Tell us when you hand it over.
• Perfume and deodorant: these can mark silk and light colours. Point them out and we treat them first.
• Food and drink: a dinner spill is best treated within a day or two. Tell us what it was.
