The bag is for everyday clothes. Put in anything you would wash at home, and we handle the rest.

A single bag holds up to 6kg. If you are travelling with children or staying a couple of weeks, the 12kg bag is better value than two small ones. Suits, silk and anything marked dry clean only belong in Clean & Press instead. Keep those out of the bag so they get the care they need.

When your bag arrives at our laundry, it is emptied and sorted before anything touches a machine. We separate lights from darks, and heavy items like jeans from thin tops.

This protects a white shirt from a new pair of swim shorts that might bleed colour. It also stops zips and heavy fabrics from rubbing delicate pieces during the wash. Gym kit and swimwear are kept apart from your good casual clothes.

If you want something washed alone, write it on the order or tell us in the chat. We will note it.

Each load goes into a clean drum with a commercial-grade detergent made for big machines. The detergent is hypoallergenic and biodegradable, so it is mild on sensitive skin and on the water.

The drums are sanitised after every cycle. Your clothes are then dried on a low heat, which helps keep T-shirts and swimwear from shrinking or losing their shape.

Clothes are folded by hand and returned in your bag. If a piece should not be tumble dried, tell us when you book and we will treat it differently.

Holiday clothes pick up sun cream, oil, food and drink marks. We treat marks by hand before the wash, so the stain is dealt with first.

Tell us what caused the mark. Oil from sun cream needs a different treatment from a red wine spill at dinner, and a note on your order helps us get it right.

We take care with every item. If something is lost or damaged while it is with us, we pay up to ten times what we charged to clean that item.

There are two exceptions. A piece that was already damaged when it reached us, or one with no care label, is cleaned at the owner's risk. The driver checks your items at pickup, so this is the moment to point out anything you are worried about.

If you think something is wrong with your order, message us in the same WhatsApp chat as soon as you open the bag. Include a photo, and we will look into it.

Express wash and fold returns your bag in 5 hours. You need to book before 2 PM, and your address has to be covered by express.

Not every address is covered, so message us on WhatsApp with the name Habtoor Grand Resort before you plan around it. We will confirm for you. If express does not reach the resort, standard turnaround is usually 24 hours, which suits most stays.

If you need it by a certain time, say so when you book and we will tell you what is possible.

For a stay of a few days, a single bag at AED 65 is usually enough. If you are in Dubai for longer, a monthly plan can work out better.

Plans are collected on a set day each week, so you always know when your bag leaves and returns. Ask us about plans in the chat when you book.

Our driver comes to the lobby or the concierge desk, if the hotel allows it, and looks through the bag with you. Contactless pickup and delivery, free, and nobody asks for cash.

Next, a secure payment link arrives by text. It accepts debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. There is nothing to pay in the lobby.

As soon as payment goes through, the bag is sent back to you. Follow it in the WhatsApp chat.

A shirt that spent a flight in a suitcase rarely looks good for a morning meeting. Send it to us and it comes back clean, pressed and on a hanger.

You can send one shirt or ten. Each is priced on its own, and we check them before and after cleaning. If you are here for a few days, send the shirts you need for the second half of the trip on day one, so they are ready when you are.

Send a two-piece suit, a single jacket or a tie. Each has its own price, so you only pay for what you need. We clean them one at a time and return them on hangers, ready to wear.

Traditional wear needs careful handling. A kandura is AED 15, and an abaya has a basic price and a delicate price, depending on the fabric. Ghutras, jalabiyas and kurtas are priced too.

Each piece is cleaned in a cool wash and pressed by hand, so it keeps its shape. It comes back on a hanger, not folded in a bag. If you have a wedding or a family event during your stay at Habtoor Grand Resort, send the outfit a day or two before, and it will be ready in good time.

Tell us if a piece has embroidery or beading, and we will handle it carefully.

Evening dresses, silk blouses and other delicate fabrics are cleaned with extra care. These can take longer than 24 hours, depending on the piece, and we tell you the time at pickup. Allow more time if the event is important.

Clean & Press is not the same as the wash bag. Each item is looked at on its own, and we read the care label to choose the right method.

Pieces are washed in cool water and dried with filtered air, which is gentle on fabric. We then press them by hand with steam, and the steam protects the clothes from heat damage.

Every piece is checked before and after cleaning, so you receive it in the state you expect. Pieces with no care label are cleaned at the owner's risk, and so are items already damaged when we collect them.

Your clothes come back on hangers inside breathable bags. That means no creases from folding, and you can hang everything straight into the wardrobe in your room.

Breathable bags let the fabric rest, which is better than plastic wrap for a suit or a dress that has to stay fresh for a day or two before the event.

Express suit pressing returns a piece in 5 hours. Book before 2 PM, and check first that express reaches your address.

Message us on WhatsApp and say you are at Habtoor Grand Resort. We confirm whether it is covered.

Give your pieces to the driver at the lobby or concierge desk, if the hotel allows it. Each one is looked over with you first. After that, your phone gets a text with a secure link for payment.

Open it and pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Please do not hand over cash or a card in the lobby. We send your hangers out for delivery once the payment is in.
