At Hilton Dubai Jumeirah, most guests fill the bag with the clothes they wear every day. That means T-shirts, shorts, jeans, underwear, socks, pyjamas, gym kit and swimwear.

The bag holds up to 6kg, which is about a week of clothes for one person. If you have more, use the 12kg bag.

Keep suits, silk and anything delicate out of the bag. Send those as Clean & Press, so they get the right care.

First we look through the bag, piece by piece. Marks get treated before anything is washed. Lights and darks then go in separate loads, so colours do not run.

Washing is cool and gentle, with a hypoallergenic detergent. The drums are cleaned between loads, so nothing of anyone else's ends up in your wash.

Standard orders work as a next-day laundry service, with a same-day hotel laundry option through express. If you leave soon, tell us when you book.

After the wash we dry your clothes at a low heat. This protects the fabric and keeps shorts, tees and swimwear from shrinking.

Each piece is folded by hand and packed in a clean bag. Clothes come back ready to go in your suitcase or into the wardrobe.

Hand your bag to our driver in the reception area of Hilton Dubai Jumeirah, or at the concierge desk if the hotel agrees. There is nothing to carry to a shop.

The bag returns to the same spot. It is doorstep laundry pickup, where the door is the hotel entrance. Collection and return are free, and contactless pickup and delivery is available on request.

Your card never goes near the driver. A payment link reaches your phone after he has checked your items. Open it and use a debit card, credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We send the clothes back once it is paid.

Nobody asks for cash, and nothing is paid in the lobby.

Mistakes are rare. If a piece goes missing or comes back damaged, we pay up to ten times its cleaning price.

A piece that arrived damaged, or with no care label, is cleaned at your own risk. We tell you before we start if we notice either.

Carrying something precious? Mention it when you book and we give it extra attention.

Long stay, or regular trips? Monthly plans can beat single bags on price. The Essential plan is AED 250 each month, and the Family plan is AED 450 each month.

A single bag is AED 65, which suits most hotel stays. Plans make sense only if you stay for a long time.

Need it before a flight? Order by 2 PM and urgent items are back within 5 hours, if we serve your address. Express has no extra charge.

Everything else is ready in 24 hours. Give us your flight or check-out time when you book, and we plan around it.

WhatsApp is the quickest way to order. We answer at any hour, so it works as on-demand laundry and a same-day laundry service for urgent pieces.

A creased shirt after a long flight does not look ready for a meeting. Clean & Press washes it, presses it and hangs it up.

A shirt is AED 18 each. If it is already clean and only creased, pressing only is enough. Hand it over in the morning, and with express it can be back the same evening if you order before 2 PM.

A kandura is AED 15. An abaya is priced as basic or delicate, so tell us which it is. Both come back on hangers.

A winter coat is cleaned and pressed for chilly conference rooms or the flight home. Its price is in the table, and it returns on a hanger.

Ghutras, jalabiyas and kurtas have a price each. We handle them gently and press them flat.

Not sure a piece can be cleaned? Ask when you book. The care label comes first.

The care label and any stains are checked first. Then we pick the process that suits the fabric, clean the piece, and press it by hand with steam.

Each piece gets a last look before it is hung. It returns on a hanger, ready to wear.

Clean but creased? Choose pressing only. We steam press it without washing it.

You pay on your phone. Once the driver has checked your items, a link comes by text and takes debit cards, credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Nothing is paid in the lobby.
