Every bag from Hilton Dubai The Walk follows the same steps, whatever is inside. A suitcase of holiday clothes and a bag from a one-night stay are treated alike. Half empty or full to the top, we skip nothing and charge nothing extra.

• Sorted by hand: whites and light colours go in one pile, dark denim and black tops in another. Delicate fabrics are set aside for a cooler wash.
• Stains first: collars, cuffs and underarms are checked before washing, because dryer heat can set a stain for good.
• Washed alone: your clothes run in their own load, and the drum is sanitised after each cycle.
• Dried gently: low heat helps stop cotton shrinking and stretchy fabrics losing their shape.
• Folded and bagged: everything is folded flat and returned in a clean bag, ready to go back in the suitcase.

The result is the same whether the bag holds five pieces or fifty.

Anything you would wash at home belongs in the bag. For a hotel stay that usually means a mix of everyday pieces, sport clothes and swimwear.

• Daily wear: T-shirts, shorts, jeans, tops, socks and underwear. All of it is washed and folded.
• Sport and swim: gym kit and swimwear are fine. Please tell us if something is still damp.
• Casual evenings: simple dresses, polos and trousers that do not need pressing.

Keep suits, silk, formal dresses and traditional wear for Clean & Press instead, because they need hanging and steaming. Empty every pocket before you pack. Hotel towels and robes stay in your room, so please leave them there. If you are not sure about a piece, ask us in the chat before the driver comes, and we will say where it belongs.

You do not have to wait in the apartment for the driver to arrive. Choose a pickup time in the WhatsApp chat, and we meet you in the lobby. Contactless pickup and delivery is possible when the hotel agrees to hold the bag.

1. Pack the bag. Put your name and room number on a slip inside, so nothing gets mixed up.
2. Meet the driver. Come down to the lobby at your chosen time.
3. Check the items. The driver goes through your bag with you before leaving.
4. Concierge option. If the hotel allows it, the concierge or front desk can hold the bag for the driver. Ask the hotel first.

Delivery works the same way, back to the lobby or the concierge, once your order is paid.

Hilton Dubai The Walk has beach access, so many guests send swimwear, shorts and cover-ups. A few small habits help them come back right.

• Rinse if you can: fresh water before packing takes out the worst of the salt.
• Dry before packing: damp clothes left in a bag go sour quickly in Dubai's heat.
• Mention suncream: it can leave a mark on white and pale fabric, so we treat it first.

A cool wash keeps swim fabric stretchy. Everything comes back folded and ready for the next beach day.

The price depends on the bag, not on how many pieces are inside. A 6kg bag is AED 65, and a 12kg bag is AED 120. Flat-rate laundry bags make the cost clear from the start, and there are no hidden fees. A 6kg bag suits one or two people on a short break. A 12kg bag suits a family on a longer stay, or a group sharing a large apartment.

• Minimum order: AED 50, so one very small bag on its own may not reach it.
• No extra charges: pickup, delivery and express carry no extra fee.

Use the 12kg bag when you have two or three people's clothes at once. It saves booking twice.

Most wash and fold bags are back within 24 hours across Dubai, which makes this a next-day laundry service for most guests. We confirm the exact time for Hilton Dubai The Walk when you book.

• Standard: 24 hours from pickup, with free delivery to the hotel.
• Express: 5 hours if you book before 2 PM, where your address is covered. It carries no extra fee. Message us the hotel name to check.
• Late booking: anything booked after 2 PM goes into the next day's run.

If you are in Dubai for a month or more, a plan can work out cheaper than one-off bags. The Essential plan is AED 250 a month for four bags, one every week. The Family plan is AED 450 a month for eight bags, two every week. A single 6kg bag is AED 65.

You never pay in the lobby. After the driver checks your items, we text you a secure payment link. It takes debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Once it is paid, your clothes go out for delivery.

• No cash or cards at the desk: everything goes through the link, so there is nothing to carry down.
• Cover: if an item is lost or damaged, we cover up to 10 times its cleaning price.
• At your own risk: items that were already damaged, or have no care label, are cleaned at the owner's risk.

This is LPlaundry's own policy. The hotel plays no part in it, and the hotel's staff cannot take payment for us.

Each piece is handled alone, from the moment it arrives until it goes back on its hanger. Nothing is rushed through in a pile.

• Checked first: we read the label, empty the pockets and look for marks.
• Stains treated: a stain is worked on by hand before cleaning.
• Cleaned the right way: cottons get a cool wash, and delicate pieces get specialist care.
• Steamed by hand: pressing is done piece by piece, not through a machine line.
• Hung and covered: clothes come back on a hanger in breathable cover.

The price you see covers all of these steps.

Clean and press is the usual choice for guests with somewhere to be. Send the piece a day ahead where you can.

• Meetings: shirts and a suit, back on hangers the next day.
• Dinners and events: a dress or a kandura, pressed and ready.
• Flights: a coat or jacket cleaned before you pack.

If it is urgent, book before 2 PM and ask for express. We check your address is covered first.

It takes a few minutes. You get a message at each step, so you always know where your clothes are.

Traditional wear is cleaned and steamed one piece at a time. A kandura is AED 15. Abayas, ghutras, jalabiyas and kurtas each have a price in the table above. Every piece returns on a hanger, ready for a family visit, a wedding or an event, and the white stays white.

These are the pieces guests worry about most, so they get a slower, closer look. Each one is checked by hand when it arrives and again before it leaves.

• Suits: jacket and trousers are cleaned together so the colour stays matched.
• Jackets: pressed with the shoulders kept in shape.
• Ties: cleaned gently and pressed flat.
• Evening dresses: checked for trim and fabric, then cleaned the right way.
• Blouses and coats: steamed on a hanger and returned smooth.

Tell us the date of the event, and we plan the return around it. We do not offer mending or alterations.

Clean and press normally returns in 24 hours across most of Dubai. Express is 5 hours when you book before 2 PM and your address is covered. Express carries no extra fee.

Booking after 2 PM? We return your clothes the next day instead. If you tell us your deadline, we say honestly whether it can be met.

Tell us what caused a mark, and when it happened. A piece with no care label, or one that was already damaged, is cleaned at the owner's risk. We say so before we start, so you can decide whether to send it.

Loss or damage is covered up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item. Tell us in the chat as soon as you see a problem, and we deal with it directly.
