Your load is never mixed with another guest's clothes. What goes into the machine is what comes back to you.

After the wash, your clothes are dried on low heat. Low heat is kinder to cotton, so T-shirts keep their size, and swimwear keeps its stretch for the next day at the beach.

Each piece is then folded by hand and goes back into your bag. Shirts are laid flat, socks are paired and nothing is stuffed in. When you open the bag in your room, you can put everything straight into a drawer.

We collect and return your bag for free. We do not charge for the driver, the trip back or a second visit.

A guest flying out on a late flight can book early and have everything back before the taxi arrives. Tell us the flight time and we plan around it.

A 6kg bag has one flat price, and a larger 12kg bag has its own, both shown in the table above. You pay for the bag and nothing else, whatever mix of clothes is inside.

The minimum order is AED 50. Once the driver has been through your items, we text you a secure link. You can use a debit card, a credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We do not take cash or cards in the lobby, so there is nothing to carry downstairs.

Staying a while, or living close by? A plan can cost less than single bags. Essential collects one bag every week and costs AED 250 each month. Family collects two bags every week and costs AED 450 each month.

A one-off bag is AED 65. Plans are billed monthly, and you can book either one on WhatsApp. Tell us the day of the week that suits you, and we collect on that day.

Before washing, we read the care label on every piece. A garment that is already damaged, or that has no care label, is cleaned on the understanding that the risk is the owner's. We say so before we start.

Should anything go missing or get damaged in our care, our cover is up to ten times what cleaning that item costs.

Suits that need to look their best for a conference or a wedding are best sent a day ahead. For a suit needed tonight, ask about express suit pressing when you book.

Silk ties and fine blouses need a lighter touch. We clean them on a gentle process and steam them by hand, so the fabric does not shine.

Both come back on hangers, and a blouse is covered so it stays smooth until you open the wardrobe. A silk tie is shaped before it goes back, so it hangs flat.

Traditional wear gets its own care. A kandura is AED 15. An everyday abaya is AED 18. We also clean ghutras, jalabiyas and kurtas, and each one has a price in the table above.

A kandura is steamed full length so the collar and sleeves hang straight. An abaya is steamed lightly, so the fabric keeps its matt look. A shayla has no listed price, so ask us in the chat and we will confirm it.
