Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at Taj JLT

You message us on WhatsApp with the hotel name and a time that suits you. A driver comes to the Taj JLT lobby, or the concierge desk if the hotel allows it, and looks through your bag with you. We note anything you want us to know, such as a delicate top or a stain.

After that, we text you a secure payment link. You can pay by debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Once it is paid, your clothes go out for delivery. We take no cash and no cards in the lobby.

Everything is washed, dried and folded, then returned to the same lobby. If you will be out, tell us a time and we will arrange it. Most standard orders are back within 24 hours of pickup, which suits a stay of two or three nights.

Anything you would normally wash at home goes in the 6kg bag. That means T-shirts, underwear, socks, jeans, shorts, gym clothes, pyjamas and swimwear. The bag price stays the same whether it holds many light pieces or a few heavy ones, as long as it stays within the weight.

Please keep suits, silk, wool coats and anything marked dry clean only out of the bag. Those belong in the Clean and Press tab, where each piece has its own price and a proper process.

Hotel towels and robes stay in your room. If you are not sure whether something belongs in the bag, send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will tell you.

Before washing, we sort by colour and fabric. Whites do not go in with dark jeans, and gym kit is kept apart from fine cotton shirts. That is why we ask you to keep the bag to a single order and not mix other people's laundry in.

Tell us if you have anything that bleeds colour, such as a new dark T-shirt or a red scarf. We will wash it on its own or with similar colours.

If an item has no care label, let us know what it is made of. Items already damaged, or with no care label, are cleaned at the owner's risk, so a quick message saves a lot of worry later.

Clothes are dried on a gentle heat and folded when they come out of the dryer. We fold T-shirts and jeans flat so they pack neatly, and we fold shirts in a way that keeps the collar sitting well.

Everything is returned in a clean bag. Nothing is pressed in the Wash and Fold service, so cotton shirts may have a few soft creases. If you want a sharper finish, add those shirts to a Clean and Press order instead.

Folded laundry is quick to unpack and easy to take home, which is handy when your flight leaves the same evening.

Hotel stays bring their own kind of dirt. Sunscreen marks on collars, coffee drips from the breakfast room and sweat from a morning run all get a look before the wash.

If you can, tell the driver what caused a stain and how long ago it happened. Fresh marks usually lift well. Old or set stains are harder, and we will tell you honestly when a mark may not come out completely.

Our wash is built for ordinary stains and heavy sweat, using a commercial-grade detergent that is rinsed out well. For delicate pieces, send them in the Clean and Press tab, where they are handled separately.

Taj JLT guests often use the health club or the rooftop pool, and wet or sweaty kit does not improve in a suitcase. Put swimwear, sports tops and gym shorts into the bag as soon as you can.

They are washed with a mild, hypoallergenic detergent and the drum is sanitised between cycles. That keeps skin-contact clothes fresh without a heavy scent.

Please empty every pocket and shake out sand before you hand the bag over.

If you are staying for weeks, or you live nearby after a move, a monthly plan can be better than single bags. The Essential plan is AED 250 a month and the Family plan is AED 450 a month.

A single 6kg bag stays at AED 65, so you can see which suits you. Ask us on WhatsApp how many bags a plan covers before you sign up.

Plans are booked on WhatsApp, and pickups happen on a day that suits you.

You choose the pickup time when you book. Evenings tend to suit hotel guests who are out at meetings or sightseeing all day. If your plans change, message us and we will move the time.

We return your laundry to the same place we collected it from, usually the lobby or concierge desk at Taj JLT. If the hotel does not allow lobby handovers, we will tell you what other options there are.

For urgent pieces, express laundry delivery can bring clothes back in 5 hours if you book before 2 PM and your address is covered. Message us first to confirm timing and area.

We are not part of the hotel or its group, so please book with us directly. Contactless pickup and delivery is possible on request.

Unlike wash and fold, Clean and Press is priced by the piece, so you can see exactly what each item costs before you book. A shirt has one price, a suit has another, and a kandura or an abaya has its own.

The prices in the table are the same whether you are staying at Taj JLT or live nearby. Pickup and delivery do not add anything, and there are no surprises when your order comes back.

Once the driver has counted your items, you get a secure payment link. We only release the clothes for delivery after it has been paid.

Send a shirt the evening before and it comes back on a hanger. We clean it, press it and keep the collar firm.

If you travel with several, send them all at once. Each shirt is priced separately.

Traditional wear is common among guests visiting family or attending an event. Kanduras, ghutras, abayas, jalabiyas and kurtas all have their own prices in the table above, so nothing is guessed.

Kanduras are cleaned and steamed full length, then returned on a hanger. Abayas come as basic or delicate. A plain one is cheaper than a heavily decorated one, so tell us what yours is like when you book.

If you want to send a shayla or another piece that is not listed, ask us on WhatsApp for a price first. We will not guess one on the doorstep.

Need a shirt or dress back the same day? Book before 2 PM and we can often return it in 5 hours, if your address is covered.

Please message us before you count on it, so we can confirm timing and area. Tell us what you need and when you will leave the hotel, and we will say what is possible.

A suit travels badly in a bag. Send it to us and it is cleaned, pressed and returned on a hanger, with the jacket and trousers priced as one two-piece suit. If only the jacket needs attention, you can send just that.

Evening dresses and wedding guest outfits are handled by hand. Tell us about any marks, such as make-up or a spilled drink, and when you need the dress back. That helps us plan the cleaning around your day.

Ties, blouses and coats each have their own price in the list. If you are going to a ball or a gala at the hotel, send things early and ask us about express.

Every piece is checked by hand when it arrives. We read the care label, look for stains and choose the right cleaning method. After cleaning, the piece is steam pressed and checked again.

Pieces come back on hangers, with a cover where that helps. Silk and satin are handled with extra care, and we will tell you if a fabric is not suitable for cleaning.

Returns go back to the same place. We stay independent of the hotel, so book with us directly on WhatsApp or online.

We take care of every piece, but accidents can happen. If an item is lost or damaged while it is with us, our cover goes up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item.
