Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery in The Springs

We put each Springs bag through five steps, and the order never changes. It doesn't matter if it's half full from a two-bedroom townhouse or packed tight from a bigger villa. We skip nothing, and nothing extra goes on the bill.

• Sorted by hand: white school polos and light linen go in one pile, dark swim shorts, football kit and jeans in another. Stretchy, lacy or sheer pieces get a gentle cold wash of their own.
• Checked for stains: we look for grass on trouser knees, sun cream on collars and sweat under the arms. In a humid Dubai summer, sweat soaks into cotton quickly, and dryer heat can turn it into a yellow mark that won't come out.
• Washed with care: the detergent is hypoallergenic and biodegradable, and a good rinse after it means clothes smell of nothing but clean cotton.
• Dried on low heat: this keeps a fitted T-shirt the right size and stops pyjama waistbands going loose.
• Folded by hand: each piece is folded on its own, checked again, then packed to go back to The Springs.

Wash and fold clothes come back folded flat, ready for drawers and shelves. For kanduras and work shirts that need a sharp crease, use Clean & Press instead.

1. Send us a WhatsApp. Share your location pin, then tell us your Springs number, from 1 to 15, and your villa number. The numbers matter because every sub-community is reached through its own gate. Does your gate ask for a visitor pass? Sort that out ahead of your slot. There's no app to download.
2. Pack the bag. Only everyday clothes. Check all the pockets: a crayon or lip balm left in a pair of shorts melts in the dryer and marks the whole load. Put your name and villa number on the bag.
3. Hand it over. The driver meets you at the villa door and takes the bag. You pay nothing for pickup.
4. We do the work. We sort, wash gently, dry on low heat and fold each piece.
5. Back home. A WhatsApp lets you know once your bag leaves us for The Springs. Delivery is free too.

Got shirts that belong on hangers? They go in their own bag for Clean & Press. Put both jobs in the same WhatsApp, and a single stop at your villa picks up the two bags.

A simple test: if you'd put it in your own washing machine, you can put it in our bag. A label marked hand wash only, or do not wash, means that piece stays behind. From a home in The Springs, the bag usually holds:

• Summer basics: T-shirts, vests, cotton shorts and light linen blends for high summer, when Dubai temperatures go above 43°C.
• Garden clothes: old shorts and T-shirts worn in the garden behind the townhouse. Shake off loose soil first.
• Pool kit: swimsuits, rash vests and swim shorts from your sub-community's pool. Give them a quick rinse and make sure they're bone dry before they go in.
• Sports clothes: running tops from a run round the lakes, football shirts, leggings and sports socks.
• Children's clothes: school polos, play clothes and sleepsuits, with the poppers done up.
• Winter layers: a hoodie or thin jumper for January, when Dubai afternoons drop to about 22 to 24°C.

This bag is only for everyday clothes. Most other things can still go from your Springs villa on the same visit, booked as a different service.

• Suits, abayas, work shirts and kanduras you want crisp: book these under Clean & Press. They're charged per garment and brought back hanging.
• Labels that say no water: send silk, woollen coats and beaded or sequinned pieces to dry cleaning.
• Bath and pool towels: these are priced per piece in the Bed & Bath tab, so keep them out of this bag.
• Delicate bras and hand-wash jumpers: hold these back, or check with us first by sending a label photo.
• Rugs, curtains and shoes: each has its own service in the row of cards higher up the page.

Most of the result is decided at the sorting table, before a machine starts. Here is how a Springs bag is handled once it's emptied out.

• Colours kept apart. One red football shirt can turn white vests pink, so whites always go in a wash with no colours.
• Heavy and light kept apart. Stiff denim and fleece can make thin cotton go bobbly, so they're washed separately.
• One machine per household. No other household's washing shares the machine with yours, so you'll never find a stranger's sock in your returned bag.
• Cleaned after every wash. We sanitise the drum after your cycle, before the next customer's load goes in.
• The detergent. It's commercial-grade, but also biodegradable and hypoallergenic. Soap left behind in cotton can make sensitive skin itchy, and in a Dubai summer you wear a T-shirt against hot skin for hours.
• Low heat. High heat shrinks cotton and ruins elastic, so we keep our dryers on a cool setting. We feel thick seams, cuffs and hoods by hand to make sure they're dry before folding.
• Folded by hand. If a button is hanging loose or a stain survived the wash, this is where we see it, and we message you about it.

Our drivers cover homes all over Dubai. For The Springs, that's Springs 1 through 15 plus the neighbouring communities, and we don't charge for either trip.

• Springs 1 to 15: the driver collects from your villa door. If you live near the Springs Souk by Springs 7, or the Town Centre between Springs 2 and 3, tell us, and the driver will use the right entrance.
• Gates and passes: security guards the community gates day and night. Where your entrance asks for a visitor pass, get it ready before we come, so the driver isn't kept waiting.
• Next door: The Meadows and The Lakes both border The Springs. The Meadows has its own Meadows laundry page, and pickup in The Lakes is free as well.

Does your laundry basket fill at a steady pace? For a Springs household like that, our monthly plans are the budget-friendly wash and fold pick. We come on the same day each week without you rebooking, and you pay less per bag than for single bags.

• Essential: AED 250 a month buys four bags, one each week. It suits a single person or two adults.
• Family: AED 450 a month buys eight bags, two each week, with space for school uniform, swimwear and pyjamas.
• Pay per bag: any week you need one, it's AED 65.

You pick the weekday, and your plan bags turn up at your Springs villa on that day every week. One WhatsApp message gets a plan started.

A bag collected in The Springs today usually comes back within 24 hours, the normal time for most of Dubai. If your street is ever outside that, we tell you the return day in the chat before you book.

• Name the stain. Grass on football socks, sun cream on a swimsuit strap, poster paint on a school polo: let us know the cause and which spot to look at.
• Tell us what you've tried. If you've used bleach, a stain stick or vinegar already, mention it, because it limits what we can safely do.
• Watch out for the shamal. This summer wind blows sand across Dubai, and clothes hung outside pick up grit. Shake them out before packing, and don't pack anything damp: wet clothes in a closed bag soon smell sour in the heat.

In any part of The Springs, the price shown for a garment is the full price. We don't add anything for treating a stain, the hanger or the cover.

• Checked before cleaning: before any water, we clear the pockets, find the care label and run over seams and buttons, writing down anything that's already loose.
• Stains treated first: we work on any mark by hand before washing, because warm water can fix it into the fabric.
• Cleaned as the label says: cool water for cottons and blends keeps them the size they were. If a label calls for specialist cleaning, that's what the piece gets.
• Dried in filtered air: no tumble dryer, so a long dress or kandura keeps its length.
• Small parts steamed first: the collar, cuffs and button strip, then the rest.
• Three checks: then each piece goes into a cover for the drive back to your street.

1. Send a short list. On WhatsApp, something like "five shirts, a suit, two kanduras" is enough. Include your Springs number, street and house number, plus any crease you'd like.
2. Use two bags. Hanging clothes go in one bag, folding clothes in the other. That way nothing ends up in the wrong service.
3. Free pickup. The driver takes the bag from your front door. If visitors need a pass at your gate, tell us in the message so the driver can get straight in.
4. One piece at a time. Each garment is taken all the way from cleaning to steaming before we pick up the next one.
5. Back on hangers. Expect it back in 24 hours, which is standard for most of Dubai, covered and ready for your wardrobe.

A simple test: if a drive down Sheikh Zayed Road leaves it creased, it's a clean and press item. From a home in The Springs, that usually means:

• Work shirts: oxford, poplin and non-iron cotton, short or long sleeves. The collar gets the most time.
• Blouses and skirts: viscose, crepe de chine and cotton lawn, fabrics that crease under a seatbelt.
• Suits and smart trousers: wool blends and chinos. We steam jackets on a dummy so the shoulders hold their shape.
• Kanduras and thobes: in white cotton or a poly-cotton mix, steamed so the front falls in one straight line from the neck down.
• Ghutras: pressed flat into a neat square, so you can fold it however you wear it.
• Abayas and jalabiyas: we only steam georgette and crepe, because heat and pressure leave black fabric shiny. Want a shayla done too? Ask us the price on WhatsApp.
• Kurta sets: one ticket covers the kurta and the sirwal.
• School shirts: send them before class photos or a school concert, when a soft collar would show.

• Washed at home and only creased? Pressing removes the creases with steam, without washing again.
• Beads, sequins, silk, lace or heavy wool? Book dry cleaning. Solvent is gentler on these than water.
• Swimsuits from the community pool, gym kit, pyjamas or T-shirts? They live folded in drawers, so a Wash & Fold bag is the right place for them.

Stuck on one garment? Snap its label and WhatsApp it over. We'll sort out the right service while the driver is still on our side of Dubai, not at your Springs gate.

On the care label there's a small iron symbol with dots inside it. Three dots means cotton or linen, at about 200°C. Two dots keep things to about 150°C, which is right for silk, wool and polyester mixes. A single dot, roughly 110°C, protects acrylic and certain synthetics. With a cross over the symbol, a piece only ever gets steam.

• Dark crepe never touches a hot plate: black abayas and charcoal suit trousers would turn glossy under a hot plate, so they get steam.
• Collars and cuffs get their own time: they're what people notice first, at the school gate or in a meeting, so we never rush them.
• Your creases: sharp, soft or none. If you're flying, we can fold shirts flat for a suitcase. Say it once; it goes on your ticket and stays there.
• Covers that breathe: Dubai's summer humidity averages over 90%, and townhouses by the Springs lakes feel it too. Plastic traps that damp in the fabric. A breathable cover still stops dust but lets air reach the cloth.

Pickup of hanging clothes in The Springs is free, the same as for folded laundry. Because each sub-community has a separate entrance, a few details up front save the driver a wrong turn.

• Springs number, street and house: send these with your pin. Gate asks for a visitor pass? Have it sorted before we're due.
• A landmark helps: live near the Town Centre between Springs 2 and 3? Tell us.
• Nearby: we also collect free in Emirates Hills and The Greens, which have pages of their own.

Standard clean and press from The Springs takes up to 24 hours from collection, which matches most of Dubai. Delicate fabric may need longer. It depends on the piece, and we'll tell you the time at pickup.

Shirt needed for this evening? Place an express order before 2 PM. If we cover your house for express, it comes back on its hanger five hours after collection. Express depends on your exact address, so send your Springs number and street on WhatsApp and wait until we say yes.

• Collar marks: summer heat and weekends in the garden leave a grey line of sweat and oil on white collars and kandura necks. Send it within a few days and more of it lifts.
• Deodorant: dark fabric gets white streaks and light fabric turns yellow. They're treated differently, so mention which one you have.
• Oud and perfume oil: these leave a darker patch on pale cotton. Point out the spot and name the perfume.
• Barbecue grease and sun cream: marks on a polo or linen shirt after an evening outside. Don't rub them; just tell us what they are.
• Special requests: want a button tightened, no crease, or shirts folded for a suitcase? Write it in your WhatsApp and it goes on the ticket.

One price per piece covers everything, from your door in The Springs and back again. For sheets and pillowcases that means our bed linen wash and fold: a wash, a dry that reaches every seam, and a neat fold. We count them one by one and never put them on a scale. One pillowcase is handled just as carefully as a king duvet, it simply finishes first.

• Checked by hand first: someone checks seams and corners, plus any mark you mentioned in your booking.
• Big drums: a king duvet must be able to spread out in the drum. Squashed in, it only gets wet on the surface while the filling stays dirty.
• Detergent: biodegradable and hypoallergenic. Your face rests on a pillowcase for eight hours a night, so that's important.
• Dry all the way through: a duvet goes back in the dryer until its middle feels as dry as its edges, and we test that by hand. Hanging a quilt in a sunny Springs garden dries the outside quickly, while the middle can stay damp.
• Packed only when everything is dry: so no damp corner goes back to your townhouse.

A duvet cover is charged on its own, at AED 31, since it comes off and goes through a separate wash.

1. Make a list. A message like "two queen duvets, the spare-room sheets and all the towels from the pool bag" is enough. Add your Springs number, street, house number and a pin.
2. Get a time. We reply with your pickup slot and your return day in the same message.
3. Bag it up. Roll up each duvet and tie it with a string or belt. Sheets and towels go together in another bag.
4. Free pickup. Collection is from your front door. Visitor pass needed at the gate? Arrange it ahead of time.
5. Follow your order. We send WhatsApp updates until everything is back at your door.

We answer WhatsApp messages at any hour, day or night. Stripping the beds late after a garden barbecue? You can book right then.

Duvets and comforters share one price, AED 56, at any size up to king. We just inspect them in different ways.

• Duvet: the filling sits loose inside a plain case, and you use it inside a cover. We unbutton and wash the cover separately, at its own price.
• Comforter: stitched through in squares or long lines, with a patterned top that's used without a cover. Some pockets dry faster than others, so we feel along every row of stitching before we finish.
• Blanket: AED 26 for a standard size. Larger ones cost more.
• Bedcover: AED 29. Lying on top of the bed, it catches dust, and in The Springs that means the fine sand the summer shamal pushes in through open doors. Tell us if it has fringes or beads.

Torn seam or filling poking out? Let us see it in a photo first, and together we'll work out whether it can take a wash.

On a Springs bed in summer, sheets and pillowcases get washed most, so they're the first to wear thin.

• Sheets: AED 25, flat or fitted. Pull fitted sheets inside out first: hair clips, earring backs and lost socks love to hide in the elastic corners.
• Pillowcases: AED 9. Sun cream and after-sun from the community pool leave greasy marks on cotton. Point them out instead of scrubbing them.
• Pillows: AED 19 each. Hold one over your arm: if both ends flop down, the filling is worn out for good. We don't wash memory foam.
• Mattress protectors: AED 35. Heat can crack a waterproof layer, so let us see a picture of its label first.

Towels go hard when old soap gets stuck in the loops. We rinse ours twice, then dry them fully. Bath towels cost AED 7 each and bathrobes AED 19.

• Pool towels: every Spring has its own pool, and a towel full of chlorine left in a beach bag overnight starts to smell musty. Send it the same day if you can.
• Bathrobes: we feel the heavy collar, which dries last, before any folding. Loop the belt through a sleeve so it stays with the robe.
• Bath mats: cotton mats are fine. A mat with a cracking rubber back should stay at home.
• Sofa covers: AED 46 for a regular removable cover. Write a number on a sticky note for each cushion before you take its cover off, so every cover finds its cushion again.
• Tablecloths: AED 19. After a dinner in the garden, let it dry, then tell us if the stain is wine, oil or gravy.

Never pack a damp towel next to a duvet. In the summer humidity in The Springs, the damp soon gets into the filling.

A few things should never go in a washing machine. Please don't pack these:

• Electric blankets and anything else with a heating wire.
• Memory foam of any kind, pillows or mattress toppers.
• Weighted blankets, the kind with glass or plastic beads inside.
• Labels with a crossed-out washtub. Unsure about a label? Photograph it and we'll reply before the van heads for The Springs.

Clothes have their own bookings. Everyday T-shirts, jeans and sports kit belong in a Wash & Fold bag. Shirts, kanduras or abayas that should come back hanging are Clean & Press. Pack a bag for each, and the driver collects the lot from your townhouse in one trip. Care advice for each bedding item is on our bedding and towel page.

With duvet and comforter laundering, the slow part is the drying. Whether it's down, feather or polyester, the filling stays wet inside after the cover feels dry to the touch. Store a duvet with damp in it, even in a cool cupboard, and it starts to smell stale.

• 48 to 72 hours: the time a duvet, comforter or other thick piece is away, from the moment it leaves your Springs home.
• A clear return date: it's confirmed on WhatsApp, in the chat where you booked.
