Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery in The Greens

Every bag from The Greens goes through the same steps. A full bag gets the same care as a half-empty one, and nothing is rushed.

• Pockets checked: tissues, coins, receipts and lip balm come out first. One forgotten pen can ruin the lot.
• Sorted by colour: whites and pale clothes are washed together. Dark leggings and navy gym tops go in a separate load. Fine lace and mesh are washed cooler and more gently.
• Stains seen to: sun cream, sweat and food marks are treated before washing. Dryer heat can set a mark for good.
• A careful wash: biodegradable, hypoallergenic detergent and a good rinse. Your clothes smell clean, not scented.
• Low-heat drying: cotton keeps its size and waistbands keep their stretch.
• Folded by hand: we fold every piece, give it a last look and pack it to go home to The Greens.

Folded clothes are meant for drawers. Shirts and kanduras that should hang go in Clean & Press.

1. Message us on WhatsApp. Send a location pin, your building and flat number, and your cluster, such as Al Ghozlan, Al Arta or Al Thayyal. There's no app to download.
2. Pack the bag. Everyday clothes only. Check every pocket, because a stray tissue sheds on everything. Write your name and flat number on the bag.
3. We collect it. From your flat door, or from reception if your building has one. Pickup is free.
4. We clean it. We sort your clothes, give them a gentle wash and a cool dry, then fold them by hand.
5. We bring it back. You get a WhatsApp when the van sets off for The Greens. Delivery is free too.

Got shirts that should go on hangers? Put them in a separate bag for Clean & Press and mention it in the chat. One driver collects both.

A simple test: if you'd put it in your own washing machine, it can go in our bag. Anything marked hand wash or do not wash stays at home. From a flat in The Greens, the bag usually holds:

• Gym clothes: T-shirts, shorts, leggings and socks from a session at the gym in your courtyard.
• Walking and running kit: tops and shorts from a walk or a run along the lake promenade.
• Swimwear: swimming costumes, trunks and kids' rash vests from the courtyard pool. Give them a rinse and a chance to dry first.
• Summer clothes: cotton dresses, linen tops and shorts. With July and August highs around 43°C in Dubai, you'll wash these a lot.
• Children's clothes: school uniform, pyjamas and clothes from the playground. Close the zips first.
• Light layers: a hoodie or thin jumper for cooler evenings, when January days reach about 22°C.

This bag is for everyday clothes only. We clean the things below as well, each at its own price. The same driver can pick them all up from your flat in The Greens in one visit.

• Work shirts, suits, kanduras and abayas: priced per piece in Clean & Press and returned on hangers.
• Silk, wool, sequins and beading: water can damage these, so they go to dry cleaning.
• Bath and pool towels: these go under Bed & Bath, with a price for each towel.
• Hand-wash knits and underwired bras: please leave these out. Not sure about something? Send a photo of the label on WhatsApp and we'll say.
• Trainers, rugs and curtains: look for their own service cards near the top of this page.

Good washing starts with good sorting. This is what every load from The Greens goes through.

• Colours: new jeans and bright new tops can run for their first few washes. We keep them well away from whites.
• Weight: heavy denim and metal zips can rub fine tops until they bobble. Heavy and light pieces are washed separately.
• Your own machine: your load gets a machine to itself. It never mixes with another household's clothes.
• Cleaned between loads: we sanitise the drum after your wash, before the next customer's load goes in.
• Detergent: commercial-grade, biodegradable and hypoallergenic. We rinse it out well, because leftover soap in a gym top itches on a humid Dubai day.
• Low-heat drying: high heat shrinks cotton and tires elastic, so we keep it low. Nothing is folded until we've checked by hand that seams, cuffs and waistbands are dry.
• One last check: found a loose button or a mark that wouldn't come out? We'll let you know on WhatsApp.

We collect from every building in The Greens, as part of our service across Dubai. Pickup and delivery are free.

• All ten clusters: Al Alka, Al Arta, Al Dhafrah, Al Ghaf, Al Ghozlan, Al Jaz, Al Nakheel, Al Samar, Al Sidir and Al Thayyal. Each has four low-rise buildings round a courtyard, so tell us your building as well as your cluster.
• Handover: at your flat door, or at reception if your building has one.
• Where it sits: The Greens is an Emaar community between Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road. The nearest metro is Dubai Internet City, about a 15-minute walk. See laundry in The Views, right beside it.
• The Lakes: about 1.6 km away, with the same free pickup: laundry in The Lakes.

Do you send a bag from The Greens most weeks? Then a monthly plan is your budget-friendly wash and fold option. We collect on the same weekday each week, so you never have to rebook. Each plan bag also works out cheaper than a single bag.

• Essential: four bags a month, collected weekly, for AED 250. A good fit for one person or a couple.
• Family: eight bags a month, two each week, for AED 450. Enough for a bigger household's uniforms, gym kit and swimwear.
• Pay as you go: pay AED 65 for each bag, whenever you need one.

Pick your weekday, and we'll come to your building in The Greens on that day every week. You can set it up on WhatsApp at any time.

Bags from The Greens are normally home within 24 hours of pickup, as they are across most of Dubai.

Need a same-day laundry service? Book before 2 PM and ask for express laundry delivery. If your building in The Greens is in the express area, you get the bag back within 5 hours of pickup. Express doesn't cover every building, so ask us in the chat first.

• Tell us the stain: sun cream on a neckline, coffee on a white top, ketchup on a child's T-shirt. Tell us the cause and point to the spot.
• Tell us what you tried: if you've already used bleach, hot water or a stain spray, say so. These can fix a mark in the fabric.
• Dry things first: a wet swimsuit or sweaty gym top shut in a bag in the summer heat will smell by morning. Let it dry indoors before you pack it.

For a shirt from your flat in The Greens, the listed price is the full cost. Stain work, a hanger and a cover come with it.

• Before anything else: pockets emptied, care label read, and any loose buttons written down.
• Stains treated by hand: before washing, since warm water can fix a mark.
• Cleaned the right way: cotton and blends get a cool wash so they don't shrink. Pieces that need specialist cleaning are sent that way.
• Air-dried on hangers: in filtered air rather than a tumble dryer, so sleeves keep their length.
• Steamed in order: we start with the collar and cuffs, then the side with the buttons, and finish with the back and sleeves.
• Checked three times, then put in a cover and brought back to The Greens.

1. Send us a list. Something short, like "one suit, two kanduras and five shirts", is enough. Add your cluster, building, flat number and how you like your creases.
2. Use two bags. Put hanging clothes in one and folded washing in the other. Then each goes to the right service.
3. Free pickup. From your flat door, or from reception if your building has one. Pickup costs nothing either way.
4. One piece at a time. We finish each garment before starting the next.
5. Back on hangers. They normally come home the next day, in a cover and ready for your wardrobe.

A quick test: does it crease when you sit down at your desk? Then it belongs in clean and press. From The Greens, that's often:

• Office shirts: poplin, twill and oxford cotton. We always start with the collar.
• Blouses and skirts: viscose, crepe and thin cotton crumple easily, so they're better on a hanger.
• Suits and chinos: wool and cotton blends. We steam jackets on a form shaped like shoulders, which keeps the lapels flat.
• Kanduras and thobes: mostly white cotton or poly-cotton. We steam them until the front falls straight with no creases.
• Ghutras: smoothed flat on a table. You fold them your own way.
• Abayas and jalabiyas: georgette and crepe get steam only, so black fabric doesn't turn shiny. Sending a shayla too? Ask on WhatsApp for the price.
• Kurta sets: we keep the top and trousers together on one ticket.
• School shirts: send them in before picture day for neat collars.

• Washed at home but still creased? Pressing smooths them out without washing them again.
• Silk, lace, beading, sequins or heavy wool? Book dry cleaning, which is gentler on them than water.
• T-shirts, socks, pyjamas, gym shorts? They live in drawers, so they go in a bag through Wash & Fold.

Not sure about a piece? WhatsApp us a picture of the label. We'll reply well before the driver gets to The Greens.

The heat symbol on your label shows one, two or three dots. We set the steamer to match, never hotter. Cotton and linen take three dots, about 200°C. Wool, silk and polyester mixes take two, about 150°C. Acrylic and other synthetics take one, about 110°C. A cross over the symbol means we use steam and nothing else.

• No hot plate on dark crepe: a hot plate can leave shiny patches, so black abayas and dark trousers only get steam.
• Extra time on collars and cuffs: they're what people see first.
• Your crease on file: sharp, soft, none, or folded flat for travel. We note it on your ticket, so you only need to say it once.
• Breathable covers: summer humidity in Dubai can average over 90%, and The Greens is no exception. Plastic traps that damp against a shirt. Our covers keep the dust off and let moisture out.

Hanging clothes are picked up free from every part of The Greens, just like bags of washing. There are ten clusters, each with four buildings round a courtyard, so a full address saves the driver time.

• Send three things: your cluster (for example Al Jaz, Al Samar or Al Nakheel), your building and flat number, and a location pin.
• Mention a landmark: The Greens Souk or the lake helps the driver find you.
• Close by: we also collect free in The Views and The Lakes.

Hanging clothes collected in The Greens are normally back the next day. That's our usual 24 hours for most of Dubai. Delicate fabrics may need longer, and the time depends on the piece. If anything on your list is one, we'll say so when you book.

Want a shirt back today? If your building is inside the express area, book before 2 PM and it's back on a hanger within 5 hours of pickup. Express doesn't reach every address. Send us your cluster and building, and we'll confirm before you book.

• Coffee and food: a drip on a shirt front after lunch at one of the cafes in The Greens Souk. Tell us what it was.
• Yellow collars: Dubai summers reach about 43°C. In that heat, sweat builds up inside white shirt collars and kandura necklines. Send them early and the marks lift more easily.
• Deodorant marks: white on dark fabric, yellow on light. Say which you see, because we treat them in different ways.
• Oud and perfume oil: both can mark pale cotton with a ring. Show us the spot, and name the oil if you can.
• Anything else: no crease, a suitcase fold, or a button that's coming loose. Just add it to the chat.

One price covers everything for each item: pickup from your flat in The Greens, the cleaning and delivery back. Your sheets and pillowcases get our bed linen wash and fold. We wash each piece, make sure even the seams are dry, then fold it flat. Small items get the same attention as big ones. A pillowcase simply dries faster.

• Checked by hand: we look over the corners, the seams and any stain you mentioned.
• Your own sanitised machine: your bedding never shares a wash with anyone else's. A duvet needs space to move. Packed in too tight, the outside gets wet and the filling stays dry.
• Detergent: biodegradable and hypoallergenic. That matters most for the pillowcase under your face every night.
• Checked in the middle: a duvet keeps drying until the middle feels as dry as the edges. A cover can feel dry well before the filling does, so we trust our hands, not the timer.
• Dry right through: nothing is packed while any damp is left. Then it heads back to The Greens.

The cover on a duvet is charged separately at AED 31. We remove it and wash it by itself.

1. Tell us what's coming. For example, "two king duvets, four sheets and the bath towels", plus your cluster, building, flat number and a pin.
2. We set the times: we give you a pickup time and tell you the day it comes back.
3. Pack it up. Roll each duvet tightly into a bag of its own. Sheets and towels can share a bag.
4. Free pickup. From your flat door, or from reception if your building has one. Nothing is charged for the van.
5. WhatsApp updates. Every update comes in that one WhatsApp chat, right up to delivery.

We answer the chat at any hour. Friends staying tomorrow and the spare bed has no sheets? Book late, that's fine.

Any duvet or comforter, single to king, is AED 56. Each one needs slightly different handling.

• Duvet: a soft shell full of loose filling that goes inside a cover. The cover comes off first and is priced separately.
• Comforter: quilted in squares or lines, usually printed, and slept under with no cover. Each stitched pocket dries at its own pace, so we check them row by row.
• Blanket: AED 26 for a standard size. Larger ones cost more.
• Bedcover: AED 29. It sits on top of the bed and collects dust. The shamal wind blows desert sand, and it gets into flats in The Greens as well. Tell us about any fringes, tassels or beading.

Torn seams or filling poking out? Show us on WhatsApp before booking, and we'll say whether it can be cleaned.

Over the summer, sheets and pillowcases in The Greens get changed much more often than duvets. So they're the first things to wear thin.

• Sheets: AED 25 each, flat or fitted. Turn fitted sheets inside out, as socks and hair ties hide in the corners.
• Pillowcases: AED 9. Face cream and sun cream leave greasy marks on cotton. Show us where, but don't scrub.
• Pillows: AED 19 each. Fold it in half and let go. A pillow that stays bent has flat filling, and no wash will plump it up again. Memory foam can't be washed.
• Mattress protectors: AED 35. Heat can damage a waterproof backing. Please send a picture of its label before you book it.

Changing every bed in the flat? List each room's set in the chat. Then you can tick it all off when it comes back.

Leftover soap makes towels hard. That's why we rinse every towel twice and dry it fully. Each towel costs AED 7, and a bathrobe AED 19.

• Pool towels: after a swim in your courtyard pool, send them the same day. A wet towel left overnight in a closed bag starts to smell.
• Gym towels: the small towel you take to the courtyard gym gets sweaty fast. Let it air out before packing.
• Bathrobes: the heavy collar dries slowest, so we check it once more before the robe is folded. Tuck the belt into a sleeve so it stays with the robe.
• Sofa covers: AED 46 for a standard zip-off cover. Before you unzip the covers, mark which cushion each one came from.
• Tablecloths: AED 19. After a meal at the BBQ area in your courtyard, let any spill dry. Then tell us what it was: oil, sauce or juice.

Pack wet towels apart from duvets. Dubai summers are humid, and damp soon soaks into filling.

A few things aren't safe in any washing machine. Please keep these at home in The Greens:

• Electric blankets and anything with a plug or heating wires.
• Memory foam pillows and mattress toppers.
• Weighted blankets filled with glass or plastic beads.
• Anything whose label shows a washtub with a cross through it. Unsure? Send the label on WhatsApp and we'll answer before any driver heads your way.

Clothes are booked separately. Everyday clothes such as jeans and gym kit go in a bag through Wash & Fold. Shirts and abayas for hangers go in Clean & Press. Give each service its own bag, and one driver takes the lot. Our home linen guide has care tips for every kind of bedding.

For duvet and comforter laundering, drying is the slow part. The cover dries fast, but down, feather or polyester filling holds water deep inside for hours. A duvet stored even slightly damp starts to smell musty, air-conditioned cupboard or not.

• 48 to 72 hours: that's how long thick bedding stays with us after pickup from your flat. We don't go by how the outside feels. We wait until the middle is dry too.
• Your return day: we give it to you in the chat when you book.
