Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at Zabeel House The Greens

Every bag from Zabeel House The Greens gets the same steps, whether it holds two T-shirts or a full week of travel clothes. A small order is never rushed, and a big one gets the same care.

• Pockets checked: keycards, receipts, coins and tissues come out first, so nothing goes through the wash by mistake.
• Sorted by colour: whites and light clothes are washed together. Dark clothes and jeans go in a separate load, so colours stay true.
• Marks treated: sweat, sun cream and food stains are treated by hand before the wash. Heat can set a stain, so we never skip this step.
• A careful wash: a mild, hypoallergenic detergent and a full rinse. Clothes come back smelling clean, not heavily scented.
• Low-heat drying: cotton keeps its size and stretch fabric keeps its shape.
• Folded by hand: every piece is folded, checked once more and packed to go back to the hotel.

Clothes that should hang, such as work shirts, are better in Clean & Press.

The 6kg bag holds a few days of normal travel clothes. That is roughly a week of T-shirts, a couple of pairs of jeans and your gym kit. For a longer stay, a family or a team, ask for the 12kg bag at AED 120.

• Tops and bottoms: T-shirts, jeans and shorts all go in together.
• Gym and pool kit: sports clothes and swimwear are fine in the same bag.
• One bag, one price: a 6kg bag costs AED 65 whatever is inside, so you do not count pieces. These flat-rate laundry bags keep the cost easy to work out.

Not sure it will all fit? Message us before the driver arrives, and we will tell you whether to use one large bag or two.

Not everything belongs in a wash bag. Some pieces look better pressed and hung, and a few need dry cleaning rather than water. A quick check of the label tells you which way to go.

• Shirts and blouses for work: send them to Clean & Press and they come back on hangers.
• Suits, jackets and evening dresses: these need cleaning by hand and a careful press, not a machine wash.
• Kanduras and abayas: these are cleaned and pressed on their own, never in the bag.
• Silk, sequins and heavy beading: choose dry cleaning, which is gentler than water.

Our driver meets you at the hotel. Tell us when you want the bag collected and where you will hand it over. This is contactless pickup and delivery in the sense that nobody handles cash.

• Lobby or concierge: if the hotel allows it, the driver collects the bag at the front of Zabeel House The Greens.
• Your details: give us your name, your room and a phone number.
• Driver checks the items: then you get a payment link by text.

We are independent of the hotel and Jumeirah. We never need to come to your room.

Most bags are back within 24 hours. Hand over your bag in the evening, and it is a next-day laundry service that returns your clothes before you check out. If you need them faster, we have an express option.

• Standard: back within 24 hours of pickup.
• Express: our same-day laundry service, back in 5 hours if you book before 2 PM and your address is covered. There is no express fee.
• Leaving soon: if you fly tomorrow, book before 2 PM today and tell us your flight time.

Clean & Press for delicate pieces can take longer, depending on the piece. We tell you the timing when you book. Delivery goes out once you have paid the link, so pay it as soon as it arrives to keep your return time.

You do not pay cash, and you do not hand your card to anyone in the lobby. Payment is by a secure link only, sent after the driver has checked your items.

• Driver checks the items: they count and check each piece with you at pickup.
• We text you a link: pay by debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
• Delivery after payment: your clothes go out for delivery as soon as the link is paid.

The price on this page is the price you pay. Express has no extra fee, and there are no hidden charges. If a total looks different from what we told you, message us before you pay and we will check it with you.

Staying in Dubai for a month or more, or booking for a team? A plan is a budget-friendly wash and fold option, and you set a weekly pickup once instead of booking each time.

• Essential: four bags a month, one a week, for AED 250.
• Family: eight bags a month, two a week, for AED 450.
• Single bag: pay AED 65 when you need one, with no commitment.

Plan prices are paid once a month. Set the plan up on WhatsApp, and tell us the hotel and the day that suits you.

We check every piece before it leaves us. If something is lost or damaged while it is with us, we cover it up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item. This applies to wash and fold orders in the same way as to pressed pieces.

• Care labels: we read them first and follow them.
• No care label: the piece is cleaned at your own risk.
• Already damaged: items that were damaged before pickup are also cleaned at your own risk.

Please tell us about any weak or delicate piece when you book. If you notice a problem when your order comes back, message us straight away with a photo so we can look into it.

Every piece from Zabeel House The Greens is checked when it arrives. We read the care label, look for marks and decide how to clean it. Then it is pressed by hand and hung, never rushed through a machine press.

• Checked first: we note stains and anything that needs extra care.
• Cleaned the right way: a cool wash or dry cleaning, depending on the label.
• Pressed by hand: steam and a careful press, one piece at a time.
• Checked again: we look at it once more before it goes on a hanger.

It comes back to the hotel covered and ready to wear.

A shirt that spent ten hours in a suitcase looks like it. Send it to us, and it comes back flat and crisp on a hanger for AED 18. The price is the same for any sleeve length.

• Blouses and trousers: these go through the same process.
• Tomorrow morning: book before 2 PM for express.

Send the shirts you need first, and tell us the time of your meeting.

Guests staying for a wedding or a family event often bring traditional dress. We clean it and press it by hand, then return it on a hanger.

• Kandura: cleaned and pressed full length for AED 15. The collar and cuffs get extra care.
• Abaya: a plain abaya has one price, and a delicate abaya with beading or fine fabric has another. Tell us which yours is.
• Ghutra and jalabiya: cleaned and pressed on their own, not mixed in with the rest of the order.
• Men's kurta: cleaned or pressed, then hung.

Send us the list on WhatsApp before pickup, and we will confirm the price of each piece.

Some pieces do not fit Clean & Press. If something is only clean but creased, pressing alone is the better choice. For silk, lace, sequins or heavy beading, pick dry cleaning. T-shirts, jeans and gym kit are better in Wash & Fold.

Hotel guests often need something fast, such as a suit for a dinner or a dress for a wedding reception. Express laundry delivery is built for that, and it works for pressed pieces too.

• Book before 2 PM: express pieces can be back in 5 hours. This is express suit pressing for the same evening.
• Where it applies: express works if your address is covered. We check this when you message us.
• No express fee: you pay the normal price for each piece.

Tell us the time of your event, and we plan the pickup around it. If you book after 2 PM, we will tell you the earliest time we can return your pieces. For delicate items, allow longer.

Shirts, suits and dresses come back on hangers in breathable covers, not plastic. This keeps them fresh in a wardrobe or a garment bag, and you can go straight to your meeting. Flat items such as a ghutra are folded flat.

If a piece has no care label, or was already damaged before pickup, we can still clean it. We do it at your own risk, and we tell you before we start. This is part of our cover terms, and the driver notes it at pickup.

When your clothes come back, check each piece before you pack it. This takes a minute, and it is easier at the hotel than at the airport.

• Count the pieces: match them to what you handed over.
• Look at the marks: if a stain is still there, tell us and we will look at it again.
• Cover: if a piece is lost or damaged, we cover up to 10 times its cleaning price.
