Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery in The Views

Each bag from The Views is cleaned the same careful way, however much is in it. We take our time with every load.

• Pockets emptied: we take out tissues, keys, coins and hair ties before anything else. One forgotten pen can ink a full load.
• Split by colour: whites and light colours go in one load. Dark leggings and black sports tops go in another. Delicate lace and mesh are washed cooler.
• Marks treated first: sun cream, sweat and food stains get seen to before the wash. Heat from a dryer can fix a stain in place.
• Washed with care: we use biodegradable, hypoallergenic detergent and rinse well. Clothes come back smelling clean, with no heavy perfume.
• Dried on low heat: cotton keeps its shape and waistbands don't sag.
• Folded by hand: each piece is folded, checked once more and packed for the trip back to The Views.

Folded clothes go in drawers. Anything you'd rather hang, like shirts and kanduras, is for Clean & Press.

1. Send us a WhatsApp. Include a location pin, your tower name and your flat number. Tower names such as Tanaro, Mosela or Golf Towers help the driver. Booking is all done by WhatsApp, with no app.
2. Pack your clothes. The bag is for everyday wear only. Empty the pockets first, as one tissue can leave bits on everything. Label the bag with your name and flat number.
3. We pick it up. From your flat door, or from the lobby desk if your tower has one. There's no charge.
4. We wash it. Your clothes are sorted, washed gently, dried on a cool setting and folded by hand.
5. We bring it home. You get a WhatsApp message when the van heads to The Views. Delivery costs nothing either.

Have shirts that need hangers too? Pack them in a second bag for Clean & Press and tell us in the chat. The same driver takes both.

Would you wash it in your own machine at home? Then it can go in our bag. Leave out anything labelled hand wash or do not wash. A bag from The Views might hold:

• Gym kit: T-shirts, shorts, leggings and sports socks from a workout at the gym in The Views.
• Walking clothes: tops and shorts from a walk on the trails round the lake.
• Clothes from the dog park: joggers and hoodies with dog hair on them. Give them a good shake before you pack them.
• Swimwear: costumes, trunks and children's rash vests from the pool. Rinse off the pool water and let them dry before packing.
• Summer clothes: cotton T-shirts, linen shirts and light dresses. Dubai reaches about 43°C in July and August, so these get washed often.
• Kids' clothes: school uniform, pyjamas and play clothes. Do the zips up first.

This bag takes everyday clothes only. We clean the things below too, each priced on its own. One driver can collect everything from your tower in The Views on the same trip.

• Office shirts, suits, kanduras and abayas: these go to Clean & Press, priced by the piece and returned on hangers.
• Silk, wool and anything with sequins or beads: these are better kept out of water, so book dry cleaning for them.
• Bath and pool towels: book these under Bed & Bath, where each towel has its own price.
• Underwired bras and hand-wash knits: please don't pack these. If a label confuses you, a picture of it on WhatsApp is enough for us to check.
• Rugs, curtains and trainers: each has its own service card near the top of this page.

Sorting comes first, then washing and drying. Here is what we do with every load from The Views.

• Colours: new jeans and bright tops may run in their first few washes. They never go in with whites.
• Weight: heavy denim and zips rub against thin tops and make them bobble. We wash heavy and light clothes apart.
• A machine just for you: your clothes are never washed with anyone else's.
• Sanitised every time: the drum is sanitised after your load and before the next one goes in.
• Detergent: commercial-grade, biodegradable and hypoallergenic. Soap left in a sports top itches in Dubai's humid summer, so we rinse thoroughly.
• Gentle drying: high heat shrinks cotton and makes elastic go slack, so our dryers run low. We feel the seams, cuffs and waistbands to make sure they're dry before anything is folded.
• A last check: if a button is loose or a stain won't shift, we'll tell you on WhatsApp.

We collect from every tower in The Views as part of our Dubai service. Pickup and delivery cost nothing.

• All ten clusters: The Views has ten clusters of towers set round a lake. Towers include Golf Towers, Tanaro, Mosela, Travo, Arno, Panorama, Turia and Una. Tell us your tower name as well as your flat number.
• Handover: at your flat door, or at the lobby desk if your tower has one.
• Where it is: The Views is an Emaar community in Emirates Living. Sheikh Zayed Road runs to the north and First Al Khail Road to the south. The nearest metro stations are Nakheel and Dubai Internet City.
• Right next door: The Greens gets the same free pickup. See laundry in The Greens.

Send a bag from The Views most weeks? If so, a monthly plan makes budget-friendly wash and fold easy. The driver comes on the same day every week, so you never rebook. Each bag on a plan also costs less than a one-off bag.

• Essential: AED 250 a month. You get one bag a week, four in all. It suits one person or a couple.
• Family: AED 450 a month. That's two bags every week, eight in total, with room for school uniforms, gym kit and swimwear.
• No plan: pay AED 65 per bag, only when you need one.

Pick your day of the week, and we'll come to your tower in The Views on it every week. You can start a plan on WhatsApp at any time.

A bag picked up in The Views is normally back within 24 hours, the same as most of Dubai.

Looking for a same-day laundry service? Express laundry delivery is there if you book before 2 PM. When your tower is inside the express area, the bag is back within 5 hours of pickup. Not every address is covered, so check with us in the chat first.

• Say what caused it: sun cream round a neckline, tea on a white shirt, tomato sauce on a child's top. Then show us the spot.
• Mention home treatments: bleach, hot water and stain sprays can set a mark. Let us know if you've used any.
• Dry it before packing: in summer, wet swimwear or a sweaty top left zipped in a bag overnight will smell. Hang it up indoors first.

The price you see for a shirt from The Views is all you pay. Stain treatment, a hanger and a cover are part of it.

• First checks: we empty the pockets, read the care label and note any loose buttons.
• Stains done by hand: warm water can lock a stain in, so we treat it before washing.
• The right method: we wash cotton and cotton mixes in cool water to stop shrinking. If a piece needs specialist cleaning, it goes that way.
• Hung up to dry: filtered air does the drying, never a tumble dryer, so sleeves stay the right length.
• Steamed in order: we do the collar and cuffs, then the button front, then the back and sleeves.
• Three checks, then a cover goes on and it heads back to The Views.

1. List what's going. A short note is fine, such as "two kanduras, a suit and four shirts". Add your tower in The Views, your flat number and how you like your creases.
2. Keep two bags. One is for clothes that hang, the other for folded washing. That way each goes to the right service.
3. Free collection. From your flat door, or from the lobby desk if your tower has one. It costs nothing either way.
4. One at a time. We finish one garment completely before we pick up the next.
5. Returned hanging. Usually the next day, in a cover, ready for your wardrobe.

A simple check: does it crease when you sit down at work? Then it's a clean and press piece. From The Views, that might be:

• Work shirts: oxford, twill and poplin cotton. We always start on the collar.
• Blouses and skirts: thin cotton, crepe and viscose crease fast and look better hung.
• Suits and chinos: usually wool or a cotton mix. We put jackets on a body form to steam them, which keeps the lapels smooth.
• Kanduras and thobes: often white cotton or a polyester-cotton mix. We keep steaming until the front falls straight.
• Ghutras: smoothed flat on a table, ready for you to fold your own way.
• Abayas and jalabiyas: we only steam georgette and crepe, so black cloth doesn't go shiny. For a shayla, ask us the price on WhatsApp.
• Kurta sets: top and trousers stay together on one ticket.
• School shirts: send them before photo day for a neat collar.

• Washed at home but creased? Our Pressing service takes out the creases with no second wash.
• Silk, lace, sequins, beads or thick wool? Dry cleaning treats them more gently than water.
• Gym shorts, T-shirts, socks or pyjamas? These go in a drawer, so put them in a Wash & Fold bag.

Stuck on one piece? Take a picture of the care label and send it to us on WhatsApp. We'll reply before the van leaves for The Views.

The heat symbol on a label has one, two or three dots, and we set the steamer to match. We never go hotter. Cotton and linen can take three dots, which is about 200°C. Wool, silk and polyester mixes get two dots, about 150°C. Acrylic and other man-made fibres get one dot, about 110°C. A crossed-out symbol means steam and nothing more.

• Steam only on dark crepe: a hot plate may make it shine, so black abayas and dark trousers never touch one.
• More care on collars and cuffs: these are the parts people notice.
• Your crease saved: sharp, soft, none at all, or folded for a suitcase. We keep it on your ticket, so you only tell us once.
• Breathable covers: in summer, Dubai's humidity can average over 90%. Plastic would trap that damp against your shirt. The covers we use stop dust but let damp escape, all the way back to The Views.

We collect hanging clothes free from all over The Views, the same as bags of washing. The community has ten clusters of towers round a lake, so a full address saves time.

• What to send: your tower name (for example Travo, Arno or Turia), your flat number and a location pin.
• Give a landmark: the lake or The Greens Souk next door helps the driver find you.
• Nearby: pickup is free in The Greens and Emirates Hills too.

Hanging clothes picked up in The Views usually come back the next day. That's our standard 24 hours across most of Dubai. Delicate fabrics can take longer. It depends on the piece, and we'll tell you the time when you book.

Need a shirt back the same day? Book before 2 PM. Inside the express area, it comes back on a hanger 5 hours after pickup. Some addresses fall outside it, so send us your tower name and we'll check first.

Tell us about any of these when you book a pickup in The Views.

• Coffee and food: a splash of coffee or curry down a shirt front. Let us know what it was.
• Yellow collars: summer in Dubai reaches about 43°C. Sweat gathers inside white collars and kandura necks when it's that hot. The sooner you send them, the easier the marks come out.
• Deodorant: it leaves white marks on dark cloth and yellow ones on light cloth. Tell us which, as each needs a different treatment.
• Oud and perfume oils: these can stain pale cotton in a ring. Point to the spot, and tell us the oil if you know it.
• Anything else: no crease wanted, a fold for travel, or a button that's hanging on. Add it to the chat.

You pay one price per item, and that includes pickup from your flat in The Views, cleaning and the trip home. Our bed linen wash and fold is for sheets and pillowcases. We wash each one, check the seams are dry too, and fold it flat. Small pieces get as much care as big ones. A pillowcase just dries quicker.

• Looked over by hand: we check the corners, the seams and any stain you told us about.
• A sanitised machine for you alone: your bedding is never washed with another home's. A duvet needs room to turn. If it's packed in tight, the outside gets wet while the filling stays dry.
• Kind detergent: biodegradable and hypoallergenic. This counts most on the pillowcase you sleep on every night.
• Dry in the middle: we keep drying a duvet until the centre feels as dry as the edges. The cover dries well before the filling, so we check by hand, not by the clock.
• No damp left: nothing is packed until it's fully dry. Then it goes back to The Views.

A duvet cover is a separate item at AED 31. We take it off and wash it on its own.

1. Tell us what you're sending. Something like "one king duvet, six sheets and the bath towels", with your tower in The Views, your flat number and a pin.
2. We confirm the timing: we send a pickup slot and tell you the return day.
3. Bag it up. Roll each duvet tight and give it its own bag. Sheets and towels are fine sharing one.
4. Free pickup. At your flat door, or at the lobby desk if your tower has one. The van costs you nothing.
5. Updates on WhatsApp. You hear from us in the same chat until it's delivered.

The chat is open at any time of day. Guests arriving tomorrow and no clean sheets for the sofa bed? A late booking is fine.

A duvet or comforter of any size, single to king, costs AED 56. Each kind is handled a little differently.

• Duvet: filling inside a fabric case, used with a removable cover. The cover has its own price, and we wash it separately.
• Comforter: stitched in squares or rows, usually printed, and slept under with no cover. The stitched sections dry at different speeds, so we feel each one.
• Blanket: AED 26 for a standard one. Bigger sizes cost more.
• Bedcover: AED 29. It sits over everything else and gathers dust. Sand blown in by the shamal wind settles on it too, even in a tower flat in The Views. Let us know about any fringe, tassels or beads.

Has a seam split, or is filling escaping? Show us a picture before booking, and we'll say whether washing is safe.

In the summer heat, sheets and pillowcases need changing more often than duvets. So they wear out first.

• Sheets: AED 25 each, fitted or flat. Socks and hair ties hide in the corners of fitted sheets, so turn them inside out first.
• Pillowcases: AED 9. Night cream and sun cream leave oily marks on cotton. Show us where they are, but please don't scrub.
• Pillows: AED 19 each. Try folding one in half and letting go. If it stays folded, the filling is flat, and washing won't bring it back. Memory foam can't be washed at all.
• Mattress protectors: AED 35. Heat can spoil a waterproof backing. Send us a photo of the label before booking.

Changing all the beds in your flat in The Views? List each room's set in the chat, so you can tick everything off when it's back.

Each towel is AED 7, and each bathrobe AED 19. Towels go stiff when soap is left in them. So we rinse them twice and dry them fully.

• Pool towels: send them on the day you use them at the pool in The Views. Shut in a bag overnight, a damp towel starts to smell.
• Gym towels: the small one you take to the gym gets sweaty quickly. Hang it up to air before you pack it.
• Bathrobes: the heavy collar holds water longest, so it gets one more check before folding. Put the belt inside a sleeve, and it won't go missing.
• Sofa covers: AED 46 per cover if it's a standard size and zips off. Note which cushion each cover came from before you take them off. If a dog or cat shares your sofa, shake off loose hair first.
• Tablecloths: AED 19. If something spilled, let it dry, then tell us what it was, such as oil, sauce or juice.

Pack damp towels in a different bag from your duvet. Dubai summers are humid, and damp gets into filling fast.

Some things aren't safe in any washing machine. Keep these in your flat in The Views:

• Electric blankets or anything with a plug or heating wires inside.
• Weighted blankets with glass or plastic beads inside.
• Memory foam, whether it's a pillow or a mattress topper.
• Anything with a crossed-out washtub on the label. If you can't tell, send the label on WhatsApp. We'll answer before a driver sets out.

Clothes are a separate booking. Jeans, T-shirts and gym kit go in a Wash & Fold bag. Shirts and abayas that hang go to Clean & Press. Use one bag per service, and one driver collects them all. For care tips on every kind of bedding, see our home linen guide.

Drying is the slow part of duvet and comforter laundering. The cover dries quickly. The filling is a different story. Down, feather and polyester all hold water in the middle for hours. If a duvet is put away even a little damp, it soon smells musty, air-conditioned flat or not.

• 48 to 72 hours: that's how long we keep thick bedding from The Views. The outside feeling dry isn't enough. We wait until the centre is dry too.
• Your return day: you'll get it in the chat as soon as you book.
