Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery in JVT

A bag from a studio and a bag from a five-bedroom villa get the same handling.

• Empty pockets: keys, coins, tissues and pens come out before anything is washed. One forgotten pen can ruin a load.
• Colour split: pale colours and whites run together, dark denim and black clothes run apart, and lace or mesh gets a cooler wash.
• Stain treatment: coffee, food and sweat marks are dealt with beforehand, since a hot dryer can set them for good.
• Rinse: biodegradable, hypoallergenic detergent is rinsed out fully, so clothes smell fresh but not perfumed.
• Dry and fold: low heat protects cotton and elastic. Each piece is folded by hand and packed for the drive to JVT.

This bag is for drawer clothes. Shirts and kanduras that hang belong in Clean & Press.

1. Write on WhatsApp. Include a pin plus your villa number, or your building and flat. Add your district if you know it. No app is needed.
2. Fill the bag. Everyday clothes only, and check the pockets, as a stray tissue sheds over everything. Write your name and door number on the bag.
3. Hand it over. The driver takes it from your door or gate, or from the front desk where a building has one. No charge.
4. We clean. Colours are separated, the wash is gentle, the dryer stays on low heat and each piece is folded.
5. It comes home. You get a WhatsApp as the driver sets off for JVT, and delivery is free too.

Work shirts as well? Put them in a second bag, mark it for Clean & Press and tell us when you book. One driver takes both.

If your home machine can wash it, our bag can take it. Leave out anything labelled hand-wash-only or do-not-wash. A bag from a JVT home often holds:

• Gym clothes: running tops, leggings, shorts and sports socks.
• Plain office wear: polo shirts and tees that you fold rather than hang.
• Relaxed clothes: jeans, joggers and sweatshirts. Turn dark jeans inside out first.
• Swimwear: swimsuits and rash vests, rinsed in fresh water and dried before packing.
• Light summer clothes: cotton, linen and sundresses, which get washed often in the heat.
• Kids' clothes: school uniform, pyjamas and play clothes, with zips done up.

The bag is for everyday clothes only. The items below are cleaned too, each at its own price, and one driver can collect them all from your JVT door.

• Kanduras, abayas, suits and work shirts: choose Clean & Press. They are priced one by one and return on hangers.
• Silk, wool, sequins and beads: water can harm these, so try dry cleaning.
• Bath and pool towels: they belong to Bed & Bath, with a fixed price each.
• Underwired bras and hand-wash knits: please keep these out. If a label puzzles you, send a photo on WhatsApp.
• Curtains, rugs and trainers: look for those services higher up this page.

Nothing from Jumeirah Village Triangle goes into a drum unsorted. Here is how we handle it.

• Dye: new jeans and bright cotton can bleed, so they are kept well away from whites.
• Weight: thick denim and metal zips rub thin tops into bobbles, so the heavy items run together.
• One household per machine: your clothes never mix with another customer's.
• Clean drums: after your load comes out, the drum is sanitised before anyone else's goes in.
• Detergent: commercial-grade, biodegradable and hypoallergenic, with a long rinse so nothing itches in humid weather.
• Drying: strong heat shrinks cotton and tires elastic. Before folding, we feel waistbands, cuffs and seams for any damp.
• Final look: if a button is loose or a mark stayed, we message you.

Sending a bag nearly every week? Our monthly plans are the budget-friendly wash and fold option. We keep one weekday for you, so there is nothing to rebook, and each plan bag costs less than a single one.

• Essential: AED 250 a month for four bags, one a week. It suits one person or a couple.
• Family: AED 450 a month for eight bags, two a week. That covers uniforms, sports kit and swimwear.
• No plan: AED 65 for a single bag whenever you want one.

Bags picked up in JVT are usually home within 24 hours, the same as in most of Dubai.

Is it urgent? Ask for express laundry delivery before 2 PM, and if the address is covered, the bag returns 5 hours after pickup. Coverage varies by address, so check with us in the chat first. If you need a same-day laundry service, tell us at booking.

• Stains: ketchup on a cuff, sun cream on a collar, juice on a school shirt. Tell us where the mark is.
• What you tried: bleach, hot water or a spray can make a mark harder to lift, so mention it.
• Dry first: sweaty tops shut in a bag overnight go sour in the heat.

The shirt price is the full price. Stains, hangers and covers cost nothing extra, and every piece gets the same treatment, from a school shirt to a kandura for a wedding.

• On arrival: pockets emptied, label read, loose buttons noted.
• Marks: warm water can set a stain, so it is treated by hand before the wash.
• The wash: cool water for cotton and blends, so nothing shrinks. Delicate pieces get specialist care.
• Drying: pieces hang in filtered air rather than tumble, so sleeves hold their length.
• Steaming: collar and cuffs first, then the front, then the back and sleeves.
• Checks: three of them, before the cover goes on and the piece heads back to JVT.
• Cover: each piece rides home hanging under a breathable cover.

1. Write a short list. Something like three shirts, two kanduras and a suit, plus your villa or building, door number and the crease you like.
2. Two bags. Hanging clothes in one, folded washing in the other, so they never get mixed up.
3. Free collection. The driver takes them from your door or gate, or from the front desk if your building has one.
4. One piece at a time. Each garment is finished before the next one starts.
5. Home on hangers. Usually the next day, under a breathable cover, ready for the wardrobe.

Does it look crumpled after a single wear? Then clean and press suits it. In a JVT wardrobe, that could be:

• Shirts for work: cotton poplin, oxford and twill, steamed from the collar down.
• Blouses and skirts: viscose, crepe and fine cotton crease easily and keep best on hangers.
• Suits and chinos: often wool or cotton blends. A body form keeps jacket lapels flat while they are steamed.
• Kanduras and thobes: white cotton or poly-cotton, in most cases, steamed until the front is smooth.
• Ghutras: smoothed on a flat table, with the folding left to you.
• Abayas and jalabiyas: georgette and crepe get steam only, which stops black cloth shining. For a shayla, ask for a price on WhatsApp.
• Kurta sets: top and trousers on one ticket.
• School shirts: handy before photo day for a sharp collar.

• Clean already, just creased? Pressing smooths it out with no second wash.
• Silk, lace, heavy wool, sequins or beads? Water can hurt these, so dry cleaning is the safer route.
• Tees, socks, pyjamas or gym shorts? Anything that lives in a drawer fits a Wash & Fold bag.

The heat symbol on a care label shows one, two or three dots. Our steamer never goes above that level. Three dots mean cotton and linen, up to about 200°C. Two dots mean wool, silk and polyester blends, up to about 150°C. One dot means synthetics such as acrylic, up to about 110°C. A crossed-out iron means steam only.

• Dark crepe: steam only, because a hot plate can leave a shine on black abayas and dark trousers.
• Collars and cuffs: these show first, so they get extra attention.
• Your crease: whether you like it sharp, soft or absent, it goes on your ticket for next time.
• Covers: plastic traps damp in humid Dubai summers, so ours breathe. They keep dust off and let moisture out on the way back to Jumeirah Village Triangle.

Hanging clothes are collected free from any address in JVT, during the same visit as a wash and fold bag.

• Send us: the villa or building name, your door number and a pin.
• Mention a road: Al Khail Road or Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road tells the driver which side to come from.
• Nearby: pickup is free in The Springs and Motor City as well.

Shirts and other hanging clothes from JVT usually come back the next day. That is our normal 24 hours across most of Dubai. Delicate fabrics can take longer, depending on the piece, and we say how long when you book.

Need a shirt today? Ask before 2 PM. If express reaches your address, it is back 5 hours after pickup. It is not available everywhere, so send your villa or building name and we will check.

Booking a pickup in Jumeirah Village Triangle? These marks are worth a mention.

• Coffee and sauce: on an office shirt, say which it was.
• Yellow collars: sweat builds up inside white collars and kandura necklines in summer. The sooner we treat it, the better.
• Deodorant: it can leave white streaks on dark cloth and yellow ones on pale cloth, and each needs its own treatment.
• Fragrance: oud and perfume oils may leave a halo on pale cotton. Point to the spot and name the oil.
• Anything else: a missing button, a fold for travelling or a request for no crease. Write it in your message.

Every price covers pickup from your JVT home, the cleaning and the delivery back. Sheets and pillowcases get our bed linen wash and fold: washed, checked for damp seams and folded flat. A pillowcase is treated as carefully as a king duvet. It just dries sooner. Stains, bags and folding cost nothing extra.

• Hand check: seams, corners and any mark you pointed out.
• Its own sanitised machine: bedding never shares a wash. A duvet needs room to move. Squeezed in tight, the outside gets soaked and the middle stays dry.
• Detergent: biodegradable and hypoallergenic, a kind choice for pillowcases that touch your face.
• Dry to the centre: a duvet comes out when the middle is as dry as the edges, judged by touch rather than by the clock.
• Packed dry: damp bedding is never bagged for the drive to JVT.

Duvet covers cost AED 31. Each cover comes off the duvet and is washed on its own.

1. List what is going. For example one queen duvet, four sheets and the towels, with your villa or building, door number and a pin.
2. We reply with times. You get a pickup slot and the day everything will be back.
3. Pack it. Roll each duvet tightly into a bag of its own. Sheets and towels can go together.
4. Free pickup. The driver collects at your door, or at the front desk if your building has one.
5. Follow the progress. WhatsApp messages keep coming until the delivery.

Message us at any hour. Guests due tomorrow and no clean sheets for the spare bed? A late booking is welcome.

Any duvet or comforter, from single to king, costs AED 56. The types are handled differently, so it helps to know which you own.

• Duvet: the thick filled part. It lives inside a cover, which is washed and priced separately.
• Comforter: quilted throughout, often patterned, and used with no cover. Its stitched sections dry at different rates, so we test every one.
• Blanket: AED 26 for the standard size, with larger ones costing more.
• Bedcover: AED 29. It lies across the top of the bed and collects dust, and shamal winds carry fine sand indoors. Mention beads, tassels or fringes.

A split seam or filling poking out? Send a photo first and we will let you know if a wash is safe.

Sheets and pillowcases are changed far more often than duvets in hot weather, and that wears them faster.

• Sheets: AED 25 each, flat or fitted. Fitted sheets go in inside out, since odd socks hide in the corners.
• Pillowcases: AED 9. Cotton absorbs face cream and hair oil, which can leave greasy patches. Point them out and do not scrub.
• Pillows: AED 19 each. Squeeze one flat. If it does not spring back, the filling has gone and no wash will bring it back.
• Mattress protectors: AED 35. Heat can harm the waterproof layer, so send the label first.

Bedding coming from several bedrooms? Give us the number of sets from each room, so it is simple to check that everything came back.

Towels are AED 7 each and bathrobes AED 19. Soap left in a towel makes it scratchy, so each one gets two rinses and a full dry. That is how a towel laundry service should leave them.

• After the pool: a damp towel sealed in a bag overnight turns smelly, so send it quickly or let it dry first.
• Gym towels: small sweat towels stay damp, so air them before packing.
• Bathrobes: the thick collar is last to dry, so we check it once more before folding. Keep the belt in a pocket so it does not get lost.
• Sofa covers: AED 46 each for a standard zip-off cover. Note which cushion each cover belongs to, and brush off pet hair first.
• Tablecloths: AED 19. After a spill, wait until the cloth is dry and name the culprit: juice, oil or sauce.

Pack damp towels apart from your duvet. In a humid Dubai summer, moisture soon reaches the filling.

These cannot be washed safely, so please keep them at home in JVT:

• Electric blankets, or anything else with wiring.
• Weighted blankets, because of the glass or plastic beads inside.
• Memory foam pillows and toppers.
• Items with a do-not-wash label. If the label confuses you, WhatsApp a photo and we will reply before pickup.

Clothes are booked as separate services. Everyday wear goes in Wash & Fold, while hanging pieces such as shirts and abayas are Clean & Press jobs. Pack one bag per service and the same driver takes them all. Our home linen guide has more bedding care tips.

Duvet and comforter laundering comes down to drying. Covers dry quickly, but the filling holds on to water for hours, whether it is down, feather or polyester. A duvet stored slightly damp smells stale within days.

• 2 to 3 days: thick bedding from JVT stays with us for 48 to 72 hours, so the middle dries as well as the outside.
• Return day: your chat shows it once you have booked.
