Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery in Sports City

A bag from a studio in one of the towers is treated the same as a bag from a six-bedroom villa in Victory Heights. Here is what happens to it.

• Pockets emptied. Keys, coins, tissues and pens come out first, because one pen can mark a whole load.
• Sorted by colour. Whites and pale shades wash together. Dark denim and black clothes get a load of their own, and lace goes in cooler water.
• Marks dealt with early. Coffee, curry and sweat are treated before the wash, since heat can fix a stain for good.
• A gentle wash. The detergent is biodegradable and hypoallergenic, and we rinse it out well.
• Dried on low heat. Cotton keeps its size and waistbands stay springy.
• Folded by hand. Each piece gets a last look before the bag goes back to Sports City.

This bag is for clothes that live in drawers. Hanging clothes go in Clean & Press.

1. Message us on WhatsApp. Send your location pin with your tower and flat number, or your villa number. There is no app to download.
2. Fill the bag. Everyday clothes only. Write your name and flat or villa number on it.
3. The driver collects. We come to your door, or to reception if your building has one. If the gate asks for a pass, tell us when you book.
4. We wash and fold. Your clothes are sorted, washed, dried and folded.
5. We bring it back. We message you when the driver sets off, and delivery is free too.

Nothing goes into a drum until it has been sorted. We look at these things first.

• Colour: new jeans and bright cottons can bleed for the first few washes, so they stay away from your whites.
• Weight: heavy denim and zips can rub thin tops until they bobble, so they get a separate load.
• Fabric: thin tops and knits go in a lighter load, away from jeans and anything with a rough zip.
• Your own machine: your order is never mixed with anyone else's, and the drum is sanitised between loads.
• Detergent: commercial-grade, biodegradable and hypoallergenic. Sports kit holds on to soap, so we rinse it twice.

If a button is hanging or a mark would not shift, we tell you on WhatsApp.

Hot drying shrinks cotton and tires out elastic, so we dry on a low heat. Before anything is folded, we feel waistbands, cuffs and seams to make sure they are dry all the way through.

• Folded flat: T-shirts, shorts and pyjamas are folded by hand.
• Packed clean: the bag goes back with your name on it.
• Back within 24 hours across most of Dubai, and we message you when the driver leaves.

Need clothes back the same day? Ask about express. It is 5 hours for orders booked before 2 PM, where your address is covered.

A little care when you pack makes the wash better.

• Keep it to 6kg. A heavier load can go in the 12kg bag.
• Empty the pockets. A tissue left in a pocket ends up on everything else.
• Close the zips. Open zips catch on other clothes.
• Keep dry things dry. Wet swimwear or a sweaty gym top left in a bag overnight starts to smell, so let it air first.
• Tell us about anything special. A silk top, a stain or a suspect label, mention it in the chat.
• Put your name on the bag. With your tower or villa number, so it comes back to the right door.
• Keep hanging clothes apart. Shirts, kanduras and abayas go in a second bag for Clean & Press.

With a stadium, an academy and a golf course in the neighbourhood, sports kit is a regular in the laundry bag. School uniforms are too.

• Sports tops and leggings: cool wash, low heat, so the stretch is not lost.
• Polo shirts and shorts: washed with the rest of the colours and folded.
• Socks: put them in a small pouch, or they go missing.
• School uniforms: they go in the bag with everything else and come back folded.
• Muddy or grass-stained kit: shake off the dirt first and tell us what the stain is.
• Gym towels: small sweat towels can go in the bag too.
• Trainers: shoes have their own service, so keep them out of the bag.

Everything comes back folded, and there is no extra charge for stains.

If you send a bag most weeks, a monthly plan can be simpler than booking each time. The Essential plan is AED 250 a month and the Family plan is AED 450 a month. A single bag, up to 6kg, is AED 65.

If your order must be back by a certain day, say so when you book and we will tell you what is possible. We message you at each step, so you always know where your clothes are.

The price you see for a shirt is the whole price. Stain work, the hanger and the cover are not extras.

• Checked on arrival: pockets emptied, label read, loose buttons noted.
• Marks treated by hand: a stain can set if it meets heat, so we deal with it before cleaning.
• The right process: cotton and cotton blends get a cool-water wash, which helps stop shrinking. Delicate fabrics are cleaned the way their label asks.
• Dried on hangers: in clean filtered air, so sleeves stay the right length.
• Steamed in a set order: collar and cuffs, then the front, then the back and sleeves.
• Three checks before the cover goes on and the garment heads back to Sports City.

1. Send a list. For example, "five shirts, two kanduras and a pair of chinos", with your tower and flat or villa number.
2. Use a separate bag. Keep hanging clothes away from your folded washing.
3. We collect for free. At your door, or at reception if your building has one.
4. Each piece is done in turn. We finish one before starting the next.
5. Back on hangers, usually the next day, in covers that let them breathe.

Steam does most of the work, and the label sets the limit. Our steamer never goes hotter than the label allows.

• Three dots is cotton and linen, which can take the most heat.
• Two dots covers wool, silk and polyester blends, which need a lower setting.
• One dot is for synthetics like acrylic, which take the least.
• A crossed-out symbol means steam only, with no contact at all.

Black abayas and dark trousers get steam only, because a hot plate can leave a shine on dark crepe. Collars and cuffs are done first and with the most care, since they are what people look at. A kandura is steamed full length so it hangs straight.

Ghutras and thin cotton need a lighter hand, so we steam them from a short distance rather than pressing them flat. Every garment is checked on its hanger before the cover goes on.

Collars, cuffs and underarms get a close look before cleaning, because that is where sweat and oil build up. If you know what made a mark, such as oil, ink or food, say so in your message. It decides how we treat it, and we treat it by hand before the garment is cleaned. A mark that meets heat is much harder to remove, so it helps to send marked pieces soon.

Care labels show the highest safe heat as one, two or three dots, and we stay under it. Three dots means cotton or linen, around 200°C. Two dots means wool, silk or a polyester blend, around 150°C. One dot means a synthetic, around 110°C.

• Cottons and linens: steamed the longest, since they take the most heat.
• Silk and wool: a lighter, shorter pass.
• Embroidery and beads: handled gently and never pressed flat.
• Covers: they let moisture out. Plastic would trap it, and Dubai summer humidity can average over 90%.

Not sure what a symbol means? Send the piece anyway. We read every label on arrival and stay within the safe setting for the fabric.

Tell us if you want a sharp crease, a soft one or none, and we note it for your next order, so it comes back the same way each time. Travelling? Ask for a travel fold and your shirts come back ready to pack.

Say which pieces you are sending and mention any embroidery, beadwork or lace. Basic and delicate abayas have different prices. Kanduras are steamed full length so they hang straight, and ghutras come back on a hanger or folded, as you ask. If your piece has no row in the table, such as a shayla, ask in the chat and we will tell you the price.

Most clean and press orders from Dubai Sports City are back within 24 hours across most of Dubai. Delicate pieces such as silk, beaded abayas and embroidered kanduras can take longer, because they are cleaned one at a time. How long depends on the piece, and we tell you at pickup.

Each price includes collection from your Sports City home, the cleaning and the return trip. Bed linen wash and fold works the same for a pillowcase as for a sheet: wash, check the seams are dry, fold. A small pillowcase is cleaned as carefully as a large duvet. It just dries faster.

• Checked by hand: seams, corners and any stain you told us about.
• A machine to itself: nobody else's bedding goes in with yours. A duvet needs room to tumble, because a crowded drum leaves the middle damp.
• Mild detergent: biodegradable and hypoallergenic, which matters most for pillowcases that touch your face.
• Dried through: we feel the filling instead of trusting the timer, because the outside dries first.
• Bagged only when dry: nothing goes into a bag damp.
• Folded flat: sheets, covers and towels come back folded, ready for the shelf.

A king-size duvet cover takes longer to dry than a pillowcase, so allow for that. A duvet cover is AED 31, and we wash it separately from the duvet.

3. Pack it. Roll each duvet into its own bag. Sheets and towels can share another.

Bedding often needs more time than clothes. Allow about 24 hours for sheets and towels, and 48 to 72 hours for duvets and comforters. If you need a particular day, say so in your first message.

Bulky item washing takes time, because the filling has to dry all the way through. A duvet is AED 56, a standard blanket is AED 26 and a bedcover is AED 29.

• Duvet and comforter laundering: each one gets its own machine and a long, low-heat dry.
• Time: allow 48 to 72 hours for bulky bedding.
• Blankets: larger sizes cost more, so tell us the size.
• Bedcovers: mention any beads or embroidery before we start.
• Check the label: if your duvet says dry clean only, tell us before we start.
• Size: say single, double, queen or king in the chat so we quote it correctly.

Quilted pieces dry slowly because of the filling, so please be patient with them. They are worth the wait.

A sheet is AED 25 and a pillowcase is AED 9. A pillow is AED 19 and a mattress protector is AED 35.

• Sheets: flat or fitted, they come back folded flat with the seams dry.
• Pillowcases: rinsed well, since they sit against your skin all night.
• Pillows: washed whole and dried through so the filling does not clump.
• Mattress protectors: washed on their own, then dried fully before bagging.
• Fitted sheets: folded flat so they sit neatly on a shelf.

A bed set usually means two sheets, two pillowcases and a cover. Send the set together and say how many beds it covers, so we can count it back in.

A towel is AED 7 and a bathrobe is AED 19. Left-over soap makes a towel scratchy, so we rinse every towel well and dry it fully.

• Pool towels: send them soon after a swim. A wet towel shut in a bag overnight starts to smell.
• Gym towels: small ones get damp quickly, so let them air before packing.
• Bathrobes: the thick collar dries last, so we check it before folding.
• Sofa covers: a regular one is AED 46. Brush off any pet hair first.
• Tablecloths: AED 19. Tell us what was spilled.
• Beach and pool bags: shake out the sand first.
• Cushion covers: do up the zips before packing.

Towels and covers go in a bag separate from your sheets, so nothing damp touches the bedding.

Dubai summer humidity can average over 90%, which makes drying at home slow. Duvets and heavy towels often stay damp in the middle, and Dubai's balcony rules can limit what you hang outside. We dry them in large machines until they are fully dry, then bag them.

• Nothing is packed damp.
• Thick items last: we check the filling by hand.

Please do not pack a wet towel beside a duvet, because the filling soaks up moisture quickly.
