A Wash & Fold bag is priced by size, not by counting pieces. Fill it in your room, hand it over at the lobby if the hotel allows it, and it comes back clean, dry and folded. That is why the bag is such an affordable laundry service for a trip: a full bag costs the same as a half-empty one.

• What fits: T-shirts, underwear, socks, jeans, shorts, gym kit, swimwear and loungewear.
• 6kg bag: AED 65, about enough for a few days of clothes.
• 12kg bag: AED 120, for a longer trip or two travellers sharing.
• Not in the bag: suits, silk, evening wear and anything labelled dry clean only. Those go to Clean & Press.

If you are not sure, put it in a separate pile and tell us on WhatsApp before the driver arrives.

Hotel laundry pickup is simple. Send a message with the time you will be at the lobby and the driver meets you there. If the hotel has its own rules about outside visitors, ask the front desk first, and tell us if we need to meet somewhere else.

• Hand the bag to the driver at the lobby or concierge, if the hotel allows it.
• The driver checks the items with you first.
• We text a secure payment link afterwards, so no cash or cards change hands in the lobby.
• Clothes come back to the same spot, usually within 24 hours.

If the hotel prefers a different handover spot, tell us and we plan around it.

Every bag is opened and sorted before anything goes into a machine. This is the step that stops a dark gym top from turning a white shirt grey, so we do not rush it.

• Colours: whites, darks and brights are washed apart, so one dark T-shirt cannot tint a white shirt.
• Fabric: stretch and sportswear are kept away from heavy items such as jeans.
• Heat: each load is washed at the temperature its care labels allow.
• Detergent: a mild, biodegradable, hypoallergenic detergent, with no heavy perfume.

Your order has its own machine, so it never shares a drum with anyone else's clothes, and the drum is sanitised before it starts.

Sturdy cotton is dried in the machine, and anything with stretch dries on low heat so it keeps its shape. Drying gently is how a favourite pair of leggings or a fitted T-shirt survives a week of travel.

• Each piece is folded by hand, not rolled into a ball.
• Socks are paired and T-shirts are folded flat.
• The stack is packed so it fits straight into a suitcase or a drawer.
• Pieces that need hanging are marked before they go in the bag.

A bag is not the place for everything, and it helps to tell us what is in it before we start.

• Stains: mention what caused the mark, such as coffee, wine or sun cream, and we treat it by hand first.
• Allergies: tell us when you book and we note it on the order.
• Delicate pieces: silk, beaded tops and anything with sequins should go to Clean & Press, not the bag.
• No care label: items with no label, or already damaged, are cleaned at your own risk.

Some older marks fade instead of coming out completely, and we will not promise more than we can do. A short message with a photo on WhatsApp is the quickest way to ask before you hand the bag over.

Most bags are back within 24 hours of collection. That makes it a next-day laundry service for most guests. It suits a trip where you drop clothes off one morning and want them folded the next, with the whole process running while you are out at meetings or sightseeing.

• Standard: usually within 24 hours.
• Express: about 5 hours, if you book before 2 PM and your address is covered.
• Flights and checkout: tell us the time when you book and we say honestly whether it can be done.
• Same-day hotel laundry: only through express, never promised in advance. We call it express laundry delivery when the bag is back within about 5 hours.

Booking the pickup early in the day gives you the best chance of getting the bag back the next morning.

If you are staying a month or more, a plan saves booking each time and keeps washing off your mind.

• Essential: four bags a month, one each week, at AED 250 a month.
• Family: eight bags a month, two each week, at AED 450 a month.
• Single bags stay at the flat rate: AED 65 for 6kg.

Pick a regular pickup day on WhatsApp and the driver keeps to it. Not sure which suits you? Book single bags for two weeks first and see how many you fill.

Payment is only by the secure link we text after the driver has checked your items. You can use a debit card, credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. That keeps the lobby handover quick and makes it contactless pickup and delivery.

• We do not take cash, and no cards are used in the lobby.
• If an item is lost or damaged, we pay up to ten times the cleaning price of that piece.
• Items already damaged, or with no care label, are cleaned at your own risk.

Your clothes go out for delivery once the payment is made, so the link is the last thing you need to do.

A business trip is hard on a shirt that has spent hours folded in a case. Clean & Press fixes that, and it is the service most guests use for meetings.

• Shirts: AED 18 each, returned on a hanger.
• Suits: the jacket and trousers are cleaned together so the colour matches.
• Ties and blouses: priced per piece, cleaned with care.
• Timing: send them the day before a meeting, or ask about express suit pressing.

Everything is steamed by hand and checked before it goes back out, so it arrives on a hanger ready to wear.

Traditional clothes are part of our normal week, so each piece is handled the way its fabric needs. A white kandura or a black abaya needs a different touch from a cotton shirt.

• Kandura: AED 15, steamed full length and returned on a hanger.
• Abaya: a basic and a delicate rate, depending on the fabric and any beading.
• Ghutra, jalabiya and kurta: priced each, in the table above.

Tell us about embroidery or beads when you book, so the right process is chosen.

Every item follows the same steps, so a shirt from your case gets the same attention as an evening dress. Nothing is rushed through, and each step is there for a reason.

• Check: we read the care label and look over every stain first.
• Stains: marks are treated by hand before the cleaning starts.
• Cool-water wash: a gentle cool wash, with cleaners that leave no strong smell, to help clothes keep their fit.
• Filtered-air drying: pieces dry in filtered air instead of a hot dryer, which helps them keep their size.
• Steaming: collars and pleats are finished by hand with steam.
• Three checks: each item is checked three times before it is returned on a hanger.

Most pieces are back in 24 hours, and very delicate ones can take up to 48. Express takes about 5 hours if you book before 2 PM and your address is covered.

Tell us the time of your meeting or flight when you book, and we say straight away whether it can be done.

The pressing symbol on a care label shows the most heat a fabric can take. Knowing it helps you choose what to send, and it is how we decide the process for each piece.

• One dot: low heat, up to about 110°C. Acrylic, nylon and many party fabrics.
• Two dots: medium, up to about 150°C. Wool, silk and polyester mixes.
• Three dots: high, up to about 200°C. Cotton and linen, so most shirts and kanduras.
• A crossed-out symbol: no pressing. Ask us before you send that piece.

Tell us what caused the stain, such as wine, coffee, sauce or sun cream. It helps us choose the right treatment before cleaning, and we handle each mark by hand.

If you are in town for a wedding or a gala, send the outfit a day early. Beaded and sequinned pieces are cleaned with extra care, and we note any beading on the order. Evening dresses come back on a hanger, ready for the night.
