Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at Emirates Sports Hotel

Almost everything everyday can go in the bag. Here is what guests staying at Emirates Sports Hotel usually send us.

• T-shirts and tops. Washed and folded flat, so they stack neatly in a hotel wardrobe.
• Underwear and socks. Washed with the rest and folded together, so nothing goes missing.
• Gym kit. Put it in the bag after each session and we wash it on a gentle cycle.
• Jeans and trousers. They add weight, so keep that in mind when you pack the bag.
• Pyjamas and loungewear. A mild detergent keeps them soft and comfortable.

Anything delicate or formal belongs in Clean & Press instead, so set those aside before you hand the bag over at the lobby.

Each bag follows the same simple steps, and yours is always washed alone, never with another guest's clothes.

• Sorted first. Whites, colours and darks are split into separate loads, so colour cannot run onto a white shirt.
• Mild detergent. It is hypoallergenic and biodegradable, with very little scent, so clothes feel fresh without a heavy smell.
• Low heat. Gentle drying keeps cotton from shrinking and protects stretch fabric.
• Folded by hand. Your bag returns neat, stacked and ready to go straight into the wardrobe.

It takes about a day from pickup to delivery.

Booking is one short WhatsApp message with the hotel name and a time you will be free.

• Your name. We note it so the driver can find you at the lobby or concierge desk, if the hotel allows it.
• A time you choose. Pick any slot that fits your day, even before a match or after a late meeting.
• Hand over the bag. The driver checks the items with you, so you both know what is in it.
• If the lobby is closed to drivers. We simply meet you at the entrance instead.

No cash or card changes hands in the lobby.

The driver checks your items first. After that, we text you a secure payment link, and you pay from your own phone.

• Debit or credit card. Enter the details on the secure page and you are done.
• Apple Pay or Google Pay. Both work on the same page, in one tap.
• After you pay. Your clothes go out for cleaning, and delivery follows.

We never take cash or cards in the lobby, so there is nothing to carry down with you.

Some pieces suit Clean & Press better. Not sure? Photograph the label inside the garment and send it on WhatsApp, and we will point you to the right service before the driver arrives.

• Suits and jackets. They need pressing and hangers, not a folded bag.
• Silk and beaded dresses. They need hand care and a gentler process.
• Traditional wear. Kanduras, abayas and ghutras go to Clean & Press.
• Pieces with no care label. They are cleaned at the owner's risk, and you hear from us first.

Loss or damage cover is up to ten times the cleaning price of that item.

Many guests at the hotel book for several weeks, and wash and fold suits a long stay well. Pick a regular day and send a bag each week without thinking about it.

• One weekly bag. A 6kg bag covers a week of clothes for most single guests.
• A bigger bag. A 12kg bag is better for a family or a small team sharing an apartment.
• A monthly plan. The Family plan is eight bags a month, which means two each week.

Book one bag or a monthly plan. A single 6kg bag costs AED 65. The Essential plan is AED 250 a month and the Family plan is AED 450 a month.

• Family plan. Two bags every week for families and teams.

Plans are settled through the same secure link as a single bag.

These are the questions we hear most from guests at the hotel lobby.

• Is it an affordable laundry service? Yes. You pay one flat price per bag, and pickup and delivery are free.
• Can I get same-day laundry service? Urgent pieces booked before 2 PM can be ready in about 5 hours, if your address is covered.
• Do you work with the hotel? No. LPlaundry is independent and is not part of the hotel or its group.
• What if my bag is too heavy? Ask for the larger bag, which holds up to 12kg.

A good shirt makes a business trip easier. Hand it over the evening before and it comes back on a hanger the next day, ready for your meeting.

• Looked at first. We check the collar and cuffs, because marks show there most.
• Cleaned gently. Cool water protects the fabric and the colour.
• Pressed flat. The collar is shaped and the front is smooth, with sleeves pressed properly.
• On a hanger. It is ready to wear when you open the cover.

Suits arrive creased even in a good garment bag, so many guests send theirs before a wedding or a conference.

• Two-piece suits. Jacket and trousers are cleaned together, so the colour stays matched.
• Careful pressing. Shoulders and lapels keep their shape, and the trousers get a clean crease.
• Hung up. It returns in a breathable bag, not folded in a box.

Guests send a lot of traditional wear for family visits, weddings and Friday prayers, and we handle each piece on its own terms.

• Kandura. Collar and cuffs are inspected first, and any marks are treated by hand before cleaning.
• Abaya. Basic and delicate abayas cost different amounts, so tell us which you have.
• Ghutra and jalabiya. Cleaned gently and pressed, with the shape kept.
• Kurta. Men's and women's kurtas carry separate prices.

All of it returns on hangers in a breathable bag, so it stays crisp on the way up to your room.

An evening dress or blouse that needs a gentle clean is welcome here. The label tells us how to treat the fabric, and we follow it.

• Silk and thin fabrics. Cleaned with care, steamed by hand, then hung.
• Beads or sequins. Mention them when you book so they get gentle handling.

The label inside a garment shows how it should be cleaned. This is what the circle means.

• A circle with a P. Dry cleaning is fine.
• A crossed circle. No dry cleaning. We wash it by hand or on a gentle cycle.
• A bar under the circle. Handle gently.
• No label. Cleaned at the owner's risk, and we speak to you first.

For a wedding or gala dinner, book your pressing a day early if you can. Tell us when you need the piece back and we will plan around it. We cannot promise an urgent slot every time, but we will tell you honestly what is possible.

The driver checks every piece with you before we start. If we lose or damage an item, cover is up to ten times the cleaning price of that item.

• Already damaged. Items that were damaged before pickup are cleaned at the owner's risk.
• No care label. Also cleaned at the owner's risk, and we speak to you first.
• Fragile pieces. Mention them when you book, and we look at them again at pickup.
