Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at Treppan Hotel & Suites

A wash and fold bag is for the clothes you wear every day. That means T-shirts, jeans, shorts, gym kit, socks, underwear and light knitwear.

The 6kg bag is AED 65. If you are not sure everything fits, pack what you can and tell us. The 12kg bag is AED 120, which suits two travellers sharing a room or a stay of a week or more.

Suits, evening dresses and traditional wear belong in clean and press. Hotel towels and robes stay in the room, so please leave those behind.

When your bag reaches the laundry, we check every piece and sort it by colour and fabric. Whites, lights and darks go into separate loads, so nothing runs.

Gym kit and fine fabrics get a gentler wash. We look for marks first and treat them by hand before the machine starts. If you told us about an allergy, the note stays on your order the whole way through.

Your order has its own wash, so your clothes are never mixed with another guest's.

After washing, we dry on a low heat so cottons keep their size and your T-shirts do not shrink in a hotel suitcase.

Every piece is then folded by hand and packed neatly in the same bag.

It comes back to Treppan Hotel & Suites ready to go straight into your case. If you want shirts back on hangers, choose clean and press for those pieces and keep the rest in the bag.

Standard wash and fold is back in 24 hours of pickup. For most guests that works as a next-day laundry service.

Need something sooner? Our same-day laundry service is the express option: about 5 hours if you book before 2 PM, if your address is covered. Message us on WhatsApp, tell us what time you leave or when your meeting starts, and we confirm if the slot is free.

Our driver collects your bag from Treppan Hotel & Suites at the time you choose, and brings it back to the same place when it is ready. If the hotel allows it, we meet you at the lobby or the concierge desk.

LPlaundry is independent of the hotel, so you book with us directly and the hotel does not handle your order.

We wash with a mild, hypoallergenic, biodegradable detergent that leaves only a faint scent. It suits sensitive skin, children and baby clothes.

Staying somewhere new can bring on a rash, so we keep the wash mild. If you have an allergy, mention it when you book and we write it on your order.

We also use commercial-grade detergent in big machines to lift everyday dirt, so your clothes still come back fresh.

The Essential plan is AED 250 a month. The Family plan is AED 450 a month and covers eight bags, two each week. A single bag is AED 65.

Plans are booked on WhatsApp, and we collect from the hotel on the days you choose. The monthly price is paid once a month by secure link.

After the driver checks your items at pickup, we text you a secure payment link. Pay by debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We take no cash and no cards in the lobby.

Once you have paid, your clothes go out for delivery.

If something is lost or damaged, we cover up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item. Items that were already damaged, or have no care label, are cleaned at your own risk.

Shirts for a conference or a wedding are washed in cool water and dried in filtered air. Then we steam and press them by hand, collar and cuffs included.

Blouses get the same gentle care. A shirt is AED 18, and every piece comes back on a hanger so it arrives smooth.

Tell us about a collar mark or a stain and we treat it before the wash. Handing over a shirt before breakfast can mean wearing it for dinner.

A suit that has travelled folded in a case needs more than a quick steam. We clean the jacket and the trousers, then press both so they hold their shape.

You can send the jacket or the trousers on their own, or the full two-piece. Each piece comes back on a hanger, ready for your meeting, interview or dinner.

Traditional wear is cleaned piece by piece. A kandura is AED 15, and we steam and press it full length so the collar and sleeves lie flat. An abaya is AED 18 for a basic piece, and delicate pieces are priced separately.

Ghutras, jalabiyas and kurtas are pressed by hand, so they look right for a family visit or a wedding.

We read the garment label first, then pick the right wash.

Express suit pressing takes about 5 hours when you book before 2 PM, if your address is covered. Send us a WhatsApp with the time you need the outfit and we confirm if the slot is open.

Care labels use small symbols. A tub means washing, a triangle is bleach, a square is drying and an iron is pressing. A circle means dry clean.

The more dots or bars, the harder the setting. One dot means a cool, gentle one. If a garment has no care label, we clean it at your own risk, because we cannot tell what the fabric can take.

Coffee, wine or sauce from last night's dinner? We treat the mark by hand before cleaning. Let us know what caused it, because that helps us choose the right method.
