A bag is the simplest way to get laundry done on a trip. Pack your washing, hand it to our driver at the lobby or concierge desk of Four Points Production City if the hotel allows it, and it comes back washed, dried and folded.

You pay one flat price for the bag, whatever mix of clothes is inside. That makes it an affordable laundry service for a few nights or a few weeks, and a same-day hotel laundry option when you book early and your address is covered.

Put in T-shirts, jeans, shorts, underwear, socks, pyjamas, gym kit and swimwear. Anything that takes a normal machine wash belongs in the bag.

Suits, evening dresses, silk and anything marked dry clean only should go to Clean & Press instead. Hotel towels and robes stay in your room, so please leave them there.

If you are not sure about a piece, ask us in the chat before pickup and we will say which service suits it. A quick photo of the care label is enough.

We sort your bag by colour and fabric before it goes into the machine. Whites and lights are washed apart from darks, and stains are treated by hand first.

Your bag gets its own machine and a sanitised drum. It is washed with mild, hypoallergenic detergent and is never mixed with another guest's clothes.

Everything then dries on low heat, so cotton and gym kit keep their size. Each piece is folded by hand before it goes back in the bag.

Most wash and fold bags come back within 24 hours. A bag handed over in the afternoon is usually back the next day.

Something urgent? Ask about express. It takes 5 hours, with a 2 PM booking cutoff, if we cover your address. Give us your flight day and we say what is possible.

Delivery is free and goes to the same lobby or concierge desk, if the hotel allows it.

A week at Four Points Production City usually means a mix of meeting clothes and pool or gym kit. Put all the casual pieces in one bag and we wash them together by colour with a mild, hypoallergenic detergent.

Gym kit and swimwear come back clean and folded. Do not leave sweaty kit in a suitcase for days, because the smell gets harder to remove. Send it as soon as you can.

Anything delicate, such as a silk top or a sequined dress, should go in a separate Clean & Press order so it gets the right process.

If you fly out soon, tell us the day when you book and we will say what is possible.

Write a short note when you book. Name the cause of each stain, such as coffee, sauce or sunscreen, and we pre-treat it by hand before washing.

If anyone has an allergy or sensitive skin, tell us too. It goes on your order, and every load uses hypoallergenic detergent.

A note about a delicate piece, or the date you need the bag back, helps as well. The team sees it before they start.

One bag up to 6kg is AED 65. These are flat-rate laundry bags, so the price does not change with what is inside, up to the weight limit.

For a long stay, the Essential plan is AED 250 a month for four bags, one a week. The Family plan is AED 450 a month for eight bags, two a week.

Both plans are paid once a month, and pickup and delivery stay free.

After the driver checks your items, we text you a secure link. You pay by debit card, credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We do not take cash or cards in the lobby, and your clothes go out for delivery once you have paid.

If something is lost or damaged, our cover is up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item. Items that are already damaged, or have no care label, are cleaned at your own risk.

So check your pockets and tell us about any fragile pieces before pickup.

Clean & Press is our guest dry cleaning for clothes that need more than a bag wash: shirts, suits, dresses and traditional wear. Each piece has its own price, so you see the cost before you book.

Guests at Four Points Production City often send a shirt or suit before a meeting, a wedding or a flight home. Every piece is cleaned, steamed by hand and returned on a hanger.

Hand them over the evening before your meeting and message us the pickup time. Standard return is 24 hours, so allow a full day.

A two-piece suit is cleaned and pressed together, so the jacket and trousers match in colour and finish. An evening dress is cleaned by its care label and returned on a hanger.

Sequined, beaded or very delicate pieces are dry cleaned and can take longer. We tell you the time at pickup. For a wedding or an event in the hotel ballroom, send the dress as soon as you arrive rather than the day before.

Ties and blouses are priced by the piece, and so is a winter coat. Each comes back on a hanger in a breathable bag, so it stays smooth in your wardrobe or your case.

Tell us the event date when you book and we plan around it.

A kandura is AED 15. An abaya has a basic and a delicate price, and a ghutra, a jalabiya and a kurta each have their own.

Each is cleaned by its label, steamed by hand and returned on a hanger. Tell us if an abaya is embroidered or beaded when you book.

Every garment has a care label inside. Read the symbols and you know how it should be treated.

A circle means dry cleaning, and a circle with a line through it means do not dry clean. A pressing symbol with dots shows the heat: one dot is low, two are medium and three are high.

If the label is missing or worn, say so when you book. Items with no care label are cleaned at your own risk, so we may suggest a gentler process. Ask us in the chat if you are unsure.

Express means your piece is back in 5 hours. Book before 2 PM, send the hotel name and the item, and we confirm whether your address is covered.

Standard orders are back within 24 hours. Delicate pieces such as silk, sequins and fine abayas can take longer, depending on the piece.
