Anything that is machine washable and not special: T-shirts, underwear, socks, jeans, shorts, gym kit, swimwear, light dresses and casual shirts. A 6kg bag holds about a week of clothes for one person, and a 12kg bag suits two people or a small family.

Put everything in one bag, close it and hand it over at the lobby. You do not need to count items or sort colours yourself, because we do that at the workshop. If you are not sure whether a piece belongs in the bag, ask on WhatsApp before the driver arrives.

When your bag reaches the workshop, we sort it by colour and fabric. Lights and darks are washed apart, and delicate fabrics go on a gentle setting. The detergent is commercial-grade but mild and biodegradable, with a light scent, so it cleans well without leaving clothes stiff or heavily perfumed.

Drying is on low heat, because high heat shrinks cotton and ruins stretch fabrics. Each piece is then folded by hand, and the folded clothes go back in your bag, ready to put straight into a suitcase or a wardrobe.

Tell the driver about any stain, and what caused it. A coffee mark, a splash of sauce or sun cream are all treated by hand before the wash. Some stains, such as old oil or dye transfer, may stay faint, and we say so honestly rather than promise a result.

We also read the care labels. Pieces that are already damaged, or have no care label at all, are cleaned at the owner's risk, and the driver will tell you this when the items are checked together.

A hotel stay often means the health club, the pool or the aqua park, so swimwear and sports kit pile up quickly. Stretch fabric loses its shape in a hot dryer, so we wash it gently and dry it on low heat. That keeps the elastic working and the colours from fading.

Rinse out chlorine or sun cream if you can, and keep wet pieces in their own bag so the rest of your clothes stay dry. Tell the driver the bag has swimwear in it, and it goes straight into the right wash.

Our standard turnaround is 24 hours, so a bag handed over in the morning is usually back the next day. That makes us a practical next-day laundry service for a stay of two nights or more.

If you need a few pieces faster, book before 2 PM and ask for express. Express pieces can be back in 5 hours, if your address is covered. We confirm this on WhatsApp before the driver comes.

Tell us your pickup point when you book. Most guests choose the lobby or concierge desk. We can only collect from there if the hotel allows it, and we do not know its policy in advance, so please check with reception if you are unsure.

Hand the bag to the driver, who checks the items with you. A secure payment link is texted to you afterwards. Do not leave cash or cards at the front desk, because nothing is paid there. Once the link is paid, your clothes go out for delivery to the same pickup point.

Staying in Dubai for weeks, on a work contract or a long family visit? The Essential plan is AED 250 a month for one bag every week. The Family plan is AED 450 a month for two bags every week. Both come with free pickup and return at your pickup point.

A single bag is AED 65. Plans suit regular use over several weeks. If you only need one wash, book one bag instead and keep it simple.

You pay by a secure link we text after the driver has checked your items. It takes debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, so you can pay from your phone in the room.

If an item is lost or damaged while it is with us, we cover up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item. Items that were already damaged, or that have no care label, are cleaned at the owner's risk. We will always say so at the pickup, before anything leaves.

Flying in for a business meeting often means a creased suit and a rumpled shirt at the bottom of the case. Hand them over and they come back clean and crisply pressed, each on its own hanger.

Suits are cleaned and pressed as a set, jacket and trousers together, so the two pieces match in colour and finish. Shirts are priced separately, whether short or long sleeve, and ties and blouses are in the same table.

A kandura or thobe is AED 15. A plain abaya is AED 18. Ghutras, jalabiyas and men's kurtas are priced by the piece in the table above, so you can add them up before you book.

Each piece is cleaned alone, checked by its care label and pressed. Embroidered or beaded pieces need extra care, so point them out to the driver when the items are checked at pickup.

Weddings, galas and business dinners are why many guests stay at a hotel like this one. A long dress packed in a suitcase arrives creased, and a spill at the dinner can happen to anyone.

Day dresses and evening dresses are cleaned one at a time. Tell us about trims, sequins or a lining, and we choose the method from the care label. They come back on hangers, so they stay smooth on the way to the event.

If the occasion is tomorrow evening, send the dress in the morning. That leaves time for a proper clean and press.

Everyday T-shirts, jeans, socks and gym kit do not need Clean & Press. They go in a Wash & Fold bag at one flat price, which works out cheaper than paying for each piece.

Use this tab only for pieces that must look sharp, such as a suit, a good shirt, an evening dress or a kandura. If you are unsure which service suits a piece, message us a photo and we will tell you.

Sometimes the meeting is today and the shirt is not ready. Book before 2 PM, say that it is urgent, and your piece can be back in 5 hours, if your address is covered. There is no extra express fee to pay.

Express suit pressing and shirts are the pieces we see most often. We confirm the time on WhatsApp before the driver comes, so you can plan your day around it. For a morning meeting, book the afternoon before and ask for delivery first thing.

We read the care label on every piece first. Silk, wool and linen are each treated differently, and the label tells us which method is safe. A piece without a label is cleaned at the owner's risk, and we tell you before it leaves the hotel.

Clean & Press pieces come back on hangers, so they go straight into the wardrobe without another crease. We bring them to the lobby or concierge desk, if the hotel allows it. Contactless pickup and delivery is available on request, so you never need to wait around.

After the driver checks your items, we text a secure payment link. Pay by debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Once paid, your pieces go out for delivery.

If a piece is lost or damaged with us, we cover up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item. Pieces already damaged, or with no care label, are cleaned at the owner's risk.
