A 6kg bag holds a surprising amount: about a week of T-shirts, underwear, socks, shorts and light trousers for one person. Everything is washed together by colour, then dried and folded by hand.

We start by sorting your bag by colour and fabric. Lights and darks never share a drum, and delicate pieces go on a gentler cycle. The drum is cleaned and sanitised before your load goes in, so nothing from another customer comes with it.

The detergent is mild, hypoallergenic and biodegradable. For heavy dirt we use commercial-grade detergent in big machines. Stains are treated by hand before the wash, so tell the driver if you spot one.

Wash and fold is a laundry price per item you never have to count. You only pay for the bag.

Novotel Jumeirah Village Triangle has a pool, a gym and an aqua park, so swimwear and sports kit pile up fast. Put wet swimwear in a separate bag when you hand over your clothes, so it does not wet the rest.

It is washed gently and dried on low heat. That keeps the stretch in your swimsuit and the shape of your gym tops. Kids' swim clothes and towels you brought yourself can go in the same bag.

Holiday clothes mix white linen with dark denim, and one wash can spoil both. We sort every bag by colour before the wash starts.

Whites stay bright. Dark jeans do not bleed onto your pale shirts. If you have one piece that may run, such as a new red top, mention it when you book and we wash it on its own. This is how wash and fold stays a budget-friendly choice without hurting your clothes.

Clothes are dried on low heat, which is kinder to cotton and stretch fabrics and helps stop shrinking. After that each piece is folded by hand and put back in your bag, which is sealed for the return.

Shirts that need to look sharp are better in Clean & Press, where they come back on hangers.

Standard wash and fold is back within 24 hours. That makes it a next-day laundry service for most bookings. Your clothes go out for delivery as soon as the payment link is paid.

For something urgent, book before 2 PM and ask for express laundry delivery. It works as a same-day laundry service when the timing fits. Express can be 5 hours if your address is covered. We check this before the driver leaves, and message you the result on WhatsApp so you know what to plan.

Pickup and return at Novotel Jumeirah Village Triangle follow the hotel's own rules for visitors, so check with the front desk before the driver arrives. We can also use another handover point if you prefer.

If you stay for weeks, or work in the area for a month, a monthly plan keeps the cost simple. The Essential plan is AED 250 a month and the Family plan is AED 450 a month. A single bag is AED 65.

The driver checks your items with you at handover. After that we text a secure payment link, and you can pay by debit card, credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Please do not pay cash or hand over cards in the lobby.

Once the link is paid, your clothes go out for delivery. Loss or damage is covered up to 10 times the cleaning price of the item. Items that were already damaged, or have no care label, are cleaned at your own risk.

Clean & Press is for clothes you want to look sharp. Each piece is checked for stains, cleaned on the right process, then steamed and pressed by hand. It comes back on a hanger in a breathable cover.

A shirt is AED 18. A two-piece suit is priced as a set. Book before 2 PM, say what time the meeting is, and we plan the return around it. Express suit pressing works for urgent pieces where your address is covered, and we confirm the timing on WhatsApp before the driver leaves.

Evening dresses, blouses and jackets are checked against the care label first. Sequins, beads and silk get gentle handling, and we tell you if a piece is better left alone.

For a wedding, a gala or a dinner, tell us the day and time. We plan the return so the dress is on a hanger and ready the afternoon before, where your address is covered.

Items with no care label are cleaned at your own risk, so please tell us about them at handover.

Clothes that are only creased from the suitcase, and not dirty, do not need a full clean. For those, pressing only is the cheaper choice. For everyday T-shirts, jeans and gym kit, the wash and fold bag is the better choice.

A kandura is AED 15, and a plain abaya is AED 18. A delicate abaya is priced separately. We also clean ghutras, jalabiyas and kurtas, each priced by the piece.

Each one is checked, cleaned and steamed so it stays matt and does not shine. White kanduras are kept apart from coloured ones.

Tell us about any marks when the driver arrives, and we treat them first.

We read every care label before cleaning. Delicate pieces can take longer. How long depends on the piece, and we tell you on WhatsApp so you can decide before we start.
