Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at Hotel Local Dubai JVT

The bag price covers the whole job, from the lobby pickup to the delivery back. A pair of shorts and a heavy pile of jeans get the same care, and nobody counts items at the door.

• Sorting: whites, darks and softer fabrics are washed apart, so colours stay true.
• Washing: at the heat the care label allows, with our commercial-grade detergent.
• Drying: on a low heat, so stretchy sportswear keeps its shape.
• Folding: by hand, in neat piles you can put straight into the wardrobe.
• Both trips: pickup and delivery are free for hotel guests.

Please empty the pockets first. One stray pen or tissue can spoil a whole load, and it is quicker to check before you hand the bag over.

1. Message us on WhatsApp. Say you are at Hotel Local Dubai JVT, and send your room number and a location pin. No app is needed.
2. Pack the bag. Everyday clothes only, with the pockets checked. Write your name and room number on the bag.
3. Hand it over at the lobby. The driver meets you at the lobby or concierge desk, if the hotel allows it, and checks the items with you.
4. Pay by secure link. After the check, we text you a payment link. You can pay by debit card, credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Please do not pay in cash or by card in the lobby.
5. Get it back clean. Once you have paid, the bag goes out for delivery to the lobby or concierge.

If a washing machine at home could take it, the bag can take it. Leave out anything marked hand wash only or do not wash. A typical guest bag holds:

• Gym kit: running tops and shorts from the hotel gym or a morning run.
• Day wear: T-shirts, jeans and casual shirts that you fold rather than hang.
• Swimwear: after a swim in the pool, rinse it first if you can, then drop it in.

Please leave the hotel towels and robes in your room. They belong to the hotel and stay there.

The bag is for everyday clothes. Some pieces need a different service and carry their own price, and one driver can take everything from the lobby in a single visit.

• Suits, kanduras, abayas and work shirts: these belong in Clean & Press, where each piece is priced alone and returned on a hanger.
• Silk, lace, beads or sequins: water can harm them, so dry cleaning is the safer choice.
• Clean but creased: pressing removes the creases and skips the second wash.

Nothing from Hotel Local Dubai JVT goes into a drum unsorted. Here is what happens before the wash starts.

• Colour: whites and pale colours are kept well away from dark jeans and black tees that might bleed.
• Weight: heavy denim runs with other heavy pieces, so it does not rub thin tops into bobbles.
• Fabric: lace, mesh and stretchy sportswear get a cooler, gentler wash.
• Your own load: your clothes are washed in their own machine and never mixed with another customer's.
• Stains: marks are treated by hand before the wash, so tell us what caused them and when.

• Where we meet you: at the lobby or the concierge desk, if the hotel allows it. If it does not, message us and we will work out a way that suits you.
• What to send us: your room number and a pin of the hotel, so the driver finds the right entrance.
• Timing: check-in is from 3 PM and check-out is by noon, so tell us if you need your laundry back before you leave.
• Independent service: LPlaundry is not part of the hotel or its group. We are a separate laundry, and you pay us directly.

Here for a month or more? A monthly plan is the budget-friendly wash and fold choice. One weekday is yours each week, so you never rebook, and every plan bag is cheaper than a one-off bag.

• Essential: four bags a month, one every week, for AED 250. Good for one guest or a couple.
• Family: two bags a week for AED 450 a month, for a family or colleagues who share.
• Single bag: AED 65 when you only need us once.

Bags from Hotel Local Dubai JVT are usually back within 24 hours, as across most of Dubai.

In a hurry? Ask for express laundry delivery and book before 2 PM. When we cover your address, the bag is back 5 hours after collection. Coverage differs by address, so ask in the chat first. For a same-day laundry service, say so when you book and we tell you what is possible.

• Stains: say what the mark is and when it happened.
• Allergies: tell us before pickup and we note it on the order.
• Before you leave: give us your check-out time so we plan the return around it.

Each item price is all you pay. Hangers, covers and stain treatment are included, and a shirt for a morning meeting gets the same care as a dress for the evening.

• On arrival: pockets are emptied, the care label is read and any marks are pointed out to you.
• Marks: heat can fix a stain in the cloth, so we work on it by hand before cleaning.
• Cleaning: done the way the fabric needs, whether that is water or another process.
• Pressing: steamed by hand, piece by piece, with no rushing.
• Return: on a hanger in a breathable cover, never in plastic.

1. Write a short list. For example two shirts, a suit and a dress, plus your room number.
2. Tell us the deadline. Say when you need them, whether that is tomorrow's meeting or tonight's dinner.
3. Hand over at the lobby. The driver checks each piece with you, if the hotel allows a lobby handover.
4. Pay by secure link after the check. Your pieces then go out for delivery, back to the lobby or concierge.

If a piece looks tired after one wear or a long flight, this is the service for it. In a hotel wardrobe that usually means:

• Work shirts: cotton shirts steamed from the collar down, so they look sharp for a meeting.
• Blouses: fine fabrics that crease easily and keep best on hangers.
• Suits and trousers: wool or cotton blends, shaped and pressed to hold their lines.
• Traditional wear: kanduras, ghutras, jalabiyas, kurtas and abayas.
• Evening dresses: cleaned by the right process and hung with care.

• Already clean, only creased? Choose pressing. It is steam only, so you skip the second wash and pay less.
• Gym tops, T-shirts and shorts? The wash and fold bag suits them better because they do not need hangers.

Every care label tells us how hot a fabric can go, and our steamer never goes past it. That keeps a good shirt crisp, with no shine or scorch mark.

• Cotton and linen: take more steam and more heat, which gives a sharp finish.
• Wool, silk and blends: need a lower heat and a lighter touch.
• Dark fabrics: steamed gently, as direct heat can shine black cloth.
• Suits: shaped on a form, so shoulders and lapels keep their lines.

A piece with no care label is cleaned at your own risk, and we say so before we start.

Hanging clothes are collected free from the Hotel Local Dubai JVT lobby or concierge, if the hotel allows it. Delivery back is free too.

• Send us: your room number and a pin of the hotel.
• Same visit: pressing and a wash bag can go with the same driver.

Shirts and other hanging clothes are usually back in 24 hours, as in most of Dubai. Delicate fabrics can take longer. It depends on the piece, and we tell you the time when we collect it.

Need a shirt tonight? Book before 2 PM, and if we cover your address it returns 5 hours after collection. Send your room number and we check it for you.

• Coffee and sauce: on a shirt, tell us which it was.
• Yellow collars: sweat builds up in white collars and kandura necklines in the heat.
• Deodorant: it can leave marks on dark cloth.
