Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at Marriott Harbour Hotel

The bag is the unit, not the garment. Up to 6kg of clothes, washed, dried and folded, is AED 65.

At Dubai Marriott Harbour Hotel & Suites that usually means a few days of T-shirts, shorts, underwear, socks, jeans and nightwear. Swimwear and gym kit can go in the same bag, so one pickup covers the lot.

• One price. It stays the same whether the bag holds ten pieces or thirty.
• Sorted for you. Whites, darks and colours are washed in separate loads.
• Folded. Clothes come back flat and neat, ready for a drawer or a suitcase.

If you are not sure about a piece, such as a silk top or a linen shirt, ask on WhatsApp before pickup. We will tell you whether it belongs in the bag or in Clean & Press, where it comes back on a hanger.

This is how an order goes, from your phone to your door.

1. Send a WhatsApp saying you are at Marriott Harbour Hotel, with your suite number and a time for the driver.
2. Pack your clothes into one bag, up to 6kg, and take it down to the lobby when we say the driver is close.
3. Meet the driver, who checks the items with you. The handover is at the lobby or concierge, if the hotel allows it.
4. A secure payment link arrives by text. Pay by debit card, credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
5. Your clothes go out for delivery once you have paid, and come back folded, usually within 24 hours.

Nothing is paid in cash, and no card is taken in the lobby.

The Harbour is made up of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and family suites with kitchenettes, so a longer family stay builds up a lot of washing.

The 12kg bag suits this. It holds twice what the 6kg bag does, for one flat price of AED 120, so a family can fill one bag and send it down together.

• Kids' clothes. Play clothes, swimwear and pyjamas all go in with the adult washing.
• One bag per suite. Give us your suite number so each order stays with the right guest.
• Baby clothes. Mention them in the chat. The hypoallergenic detergent is used on every wash.

Keep the bag for clothes that can be washed and folded. Some pieces need a different process.

• Suits and jackets. These need Clean & Press so they keep their shape.
• Silk, lace and beaded pieces. Send these separately and tell us what they are made of.
• Leather and suede. Handbags and shoes have their own care services.
• Anything with no care label. It can still be cleaned, but at your own risk, so say so when you book.

Please also check the pockets for cards, keys, cash and room keys before you hand the bag over. Anything left inside can be lost in the wash.

Two flat-rate laundry bags are on offer, both with free pickup and delivery: AED 65 for 6kg and AED 120 for 12kg.

Pick the 6kg bag when:

• you are away for a weekend or a few nights
• you travel alone or as a couple
• you only need a small top-up wash

Pick the 12kg bag when:

• you are staying a week or longer
• you share a two- or three-bedroom suite with family
• you have swimwear, gym kit and everyday clothes to send in one go

If you are unsure, choose by how long you are staying. The price is fixed for each size, not by the piece, so the cost is clear whichever you pick.

Sweat and sun cream stay in sports fabric if the kit sits in a bag for days. Send it as soon as you can.

• Gym kit. Leggings, running shorts and sports tops are washed with similar fabrics at a moderate setting.
• Swimwear. It gets a gentle cycle and low heat, because too much heat ruins the stretch.
• Trainers. Shoes do not go in the bag. Our shoe care service handles them separately.

If you use a pool or a gym during your stay, wet kit builds up quickly. Put it in the bag for pickup instead of packing it back into your case.

If your stay runs to weeks, a weekly plan means no rebooking.

Essential covers one 6kg bag each week and costs AED 250 a month. Family covers two 6kg bags each week and costs AED 450 a month.

Prefer no commitment? A single bag is AED 65, booked only when you need it. Plans are billed monthly, and we agree the pickup day with you on WhatsApp. For a stay of only a few days, a single bag is the better choice.

Orders usually come back within 24 hours across most of Dubai, so give yourself a day.

• Leaving soon. Book your pickup two days before check-out so there is room to spare.
• Flying out. Hand over everything the day before your flight. Express may help if you book before 2 PM and we cover your address, but check first.
• Travelling on to another emirate. Tell us at booking and we agree the return day with you.

Arriving late is fine. Message us at any hour.

Think of Clean & Press as guest dry cleaning with a steam press. Every piece is done on its own and comes back smooth, hung and ready to wear.

• Checked. We look for stains and read the label before anything is washed.
• Cleaned. A cool-water wash, then dried in filtered air.
• Pressed. Steamed and pressed by hand.
• Hung. Pieces go back on hangers inside breathable covers.

This is the service for the shirts, suits and traditional wear you bring on a trip. Everyday clothes belong in the wash and fold bag instead.

Count the shirts you need, add any trousers that are creased, and send the list on WhatsApp with Marriott Harbour Hotel and a pickup time.

• Hand everything over together at the lobby.
• Shirts come back on hangers, usually within 24 hours.
• Need one for tomorrow morning? Book before 2 PM and ask about express.

Send the whole week in one order and you only do one handover.

Pieces with a price in the table go straight onto the order. For anything else, send a photo on WhatsApp and we tell you the price before the driver arrives. Pieces with no care label are cleaned at your own risk, so mention it when you book.

If you do not need a hanger, Wash & Fold is the cheaper way to go. T-shirts, shorts, underwear, jeans and nightwear all go in one bag at one price. Keep Clean & Press for the clothes that need to look sharp, and use both on one order if you like.

Traditional wear is cleaned and pressed with care, then hung, never folded.

• Kandura. AED 15. Steamed along its full length so the collar and cuffs sit flat.
• Abaya. A plain abaya is AED 18. It is steamed so it hangs well and keeps its matt look. Delicate abayas are priced separately.
• Jalabiya and kurta. Both are cleaned and pressed and come back on hangers.
• Ghutra. Pressed flat so it sits properly on the head.

For a wedding, an Eid visit or a family dinner, book at least a day ahead. If the occasion is tonight, ask about express first, since it runs only where your address is covered.

A two-piece suit is cleaned and pressed as a set, so the colour and finish match. Send the jacket and trousers together, with the tie if you want it cleaned too.

• A suit jacket can be sent alone.
• Evening dresses are handled on their own.
• Everything returns on a hanger, covered.

Book a day ahead for a wedding or a gala, and mention beads, sequins or silk when you book.

Clean & Press orders come back on hangers inside breathable covers, not folded. The driver meets you at the Marriott Harbour Hotel lobby or concierge, if the hotel allows it. Hang the pieces up as soon as you reach your suite and they stay smooth until you wear them.

Most orders return within 24 hours across Dubai. If your plans are tight, think of it like this:

• Dinner tonight. Book before 2 PM and, if we cover your address, express can bring a few pieces back in 5 hours.
• Meeting tomorrow. Send it today and it is usually with you tomorrow.
• Flight tomorrow. Book early, so a piece that needs a second look does not hold you up.
