Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at Ciel Dubai Marina

A bag from Ciel Dubai Marina is handled in three stages, and each one is simple.

• At the door: the driver looks through the bag with you and writes down anything that matters, such as a stain or a delicate top.
• In our laundry: your bag gets its own wash. Pale pieces and dark pieces go in separate loads with commercial-grade detergent that is hypoallergenic and biodegradable. Everything is dried on low heat, so cotton keeps its size and elastic keeps its stretch.
• On the way back: each piece is folded flat, so the bag can go straight into your suitcase.

Wash and fold does not include pressing. A shirt that has to look sharp for a meeting belongs in Clean & Press instead of the bag.

The flat price covers the whole routine. Whether the bag holds a few T-shirts or six kilos of washing, you pay for the bag size, not for each sock.

Almost anything you have worn can go in the bag. After a few days in Dubai, the usual contents look like this.

• Everyday clothes: T-shirts, polo shirts, shorts, jeans, socks and underwear.
• Sport and pool: gym tops, leggings, swimwear and sandy beach shorts.
• Loungewear: pyjamas, T-shirts and hoodies you wore on the flight.

Towels and robes from the hotel stay in the room, so please leave them there. Suits, silk blouses, evening wear and anything marked dry clean only go in Clean & Press. Keep shoes and bags out of the bag too, because they have their own services further down this page.

A booking takes a minute. Write these details in one message and the pickup is sorted.

• The hotel name: Ciel Dubai Marina, so we know where the driver is going.
• Your room number: it goes on the ticket, so your bag finds you again.
• The service: a wash and fold bag, a Clean & Press list, or both in one order.
• A time: the pickup time that suits you.

We reply with a time and where to meet the driver. Where the hotel permits, we meet at the lobby or concierge. Otherwise we agree another handover point with you. Contactless pickup and delivery is possible too.

Same-day hotel laundry is possible with express, but meetings, tours and flights set the day for most guests, so the pickup should fit around them rather than the other way round.

• Before you head out: hand over the bag in the morning and it is on its way while you are out.
• After dinner: ask for an evening time if you will be back late, and we confirm what is possible.
• Before a flight: book the day before, so the clean order is back before you check out.

You can message us at midnight or at dawn, because the WhatsApp chat never closes. If your plans change, message us and we will move the pickup.

Ciel Dubai Marina has a 24-hour gym and a pool high up on level 76, so sport and swim pieces are a big part of a stay. Here is how we treat them.

• Swimwear: washed with the rest of the bag. Chlorine and salt are washed out, and low heat in the dryer protects the stretch.
• Gym tops and leggings: sweat is the main thing to remove. Elastic waistbands and synthetic fabrics are dried gently so they keep their shape.
• Sun cream: it leaves oily marks on collars and straps. Tell us which pieces have it and we look at them by hand before washing.
• Sandy shorts: shake them out if you can, and the machine does the rest.

All of this goes in one 6kg bag at one flat price, so a pile of sport and swim pieces costs no more than a bag of shirts.

If you rinse a swimsuit in the bathroom, it can take a long time to dry in a shut room. Dubai's balcony rules ban airing laundry outside, so hanging clothes outdoors is not an option.

Damp swimwear packed into a case can smell by the time you land. The same goes for gym kit you could not wash before checking out.

• Put damp swimwear and gym kit in our bag instead.
• We dry everything fully on low heat.
• It comes back folded and ready to pack.

For a short stay, a single bag is often all you need. If you are staying for weeks, or you live nearby, a monthly plan means a fixed pickup day and no booking each time.

• Essential: AED 250 a month for four bags, one collected every week.
• Family: AED 450 a month for eight bags, two collected every week.
• No plan: a single bag is AED 65, with no commitment.

Plans are billed monthly. To start one, message us on WhatsApp with the hotel name or your address and the day you prefer.

Standard orders are usually back within 24 hours in most of Dubai, and we confirm the day for your address when you book. This is our next-day laundry service.

• Express: around five hours when booked before 2 PM, for addresses in the express area. Ask in the chat and we confirm.
• Payment: once the driver has looked through your items, a secure link arrives by text. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay all work.
• Delivery: the clean order goes out once the payment is made and returns to the place you agreed.

Nobody collects cash or card details at the hotel. If something looks wrong when your order comes back, message us straight away.

Each piece in Clean & Press has its own price, and that price covers the whole job. You do not pay extra for the hanger, the cover or the delivery.

• Cleaning: the piece is washed or cleaned the way its care label asks.
• Pressing: collars, cuffs and creases are steamed by hand.
• Hanger and cover: it comes back on a hanger in a breathable cover.
• Pickup and delivery: free, at Ciel Dubai Marina or any covered address.

Because the price of each item is listed up front, you can add up a trip before you book: a few shirts, a suit and a dress, for example. Payment is by the secure link we text you once the check is done.

You message us, and the driver collects from Ciel Dubai Marina at the agreed time. The driver checks each piece with you, and we text the payment link. Back at the laundry, every piece is looked over, cleaned, steamed and put on a hanger. Then it is delivered to the place you arranged, usually within 24 hours.

Delicate pieces can take longer, depending on the piece, and you hear the time when you book.

A suit that has been folded into a case needs more than a quick steam. Here is how we handle the pieces guests send for business.

• Suit: jacket and trousers are cleaned and pressed together, and returned on one hanger so the set stays matched.
• Jacket: cleaned to its care label, pressed and returned on a hanger. If it was only worn once, say so.
• Trousers: with a crease or without. Tell us when you book and it goes on the ticket.
• Tie: a food mark from dinner is looked at by hand, then the tie is pressed flat.

For an early meeting, book the day before. For express suit pressing the same day, message us before 2 PM and we check if your address is covered.

T-shirts, jeans, shorts and gym kit do not need pressing, so the flat-rate bag suits them. Put them in the Wash & Fold bag instead.

Keep Clean & Press for the pieces that must look sharp: work shirts, suits, dresses and traditional wear. You can send both in one order, and the driver takes both at the same pickup.

Ciel Dubai Marina has restaurants and lounges on many floors, including Tattu on levels 74 to 81 and a sky lounge on level 81. If dinner is on your list, a dress or blouse needs to come back flawless.

• Evening dress: cleaned to its care label, then steamed and returned on a hanger in a cover. Tell us about sequins or beading when you book.
• Blouse: silk and satin crease in a case, so these are steamed by hand and kept on a hanger.
• Skirt: short or maxi, it is cleaned and pressed, then returned on a hanger.
• Simple dress: a day dress and an evening dress have separate prices in the table above.

Send a dress for a gala or a wedding at least a day before. Delicate pieces can take longer, depending on the piece, so allow time. Tell us the event date when you book and we plan the return around it.

For weddings, Eid gatherings and family dinners, traditional wear should arrive crisp.

• Kandura: steamed full length and returned on a hanger.
• Abaya: a plain abaya and a delicate one are priced differently. Tell us about beading, lace or embroidery.
• Ghutra: pressed flat so it sits well on the head.
• Jalabiya: cleaned to its label and pressed.

If a meeting is tomorrow and your suit is creased, book before 2 PM and ask for express. If your address is covered, express takes about 5 hours and the suit comes back that evening.

This is our express laundry delivery for pressing, and we confirm it in the chat before the driver leaves. If express is not possible for your address, the standard time is usually 24 hours.

We read the care label on every piece and clean it the way the label asks. A piece with no label is harder to judge, so it is cleaned at your own risk.

If something is lost or damaged in our care, cover goes up to ten times what we charge to clean that piece. Items that were already damaged are also cleaned at your own risk. The driver notes any marks when your items are checked at pickup, so please point out anything you are worried about.
