Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery in Dubai Harbour

3. Pack the bag. Fill it with up to 6kg of everyday clothes. Leave it by your door, or at the concierge desk if your building has one.
4. We collect. The driver takes the bag, and we message you to say it's on its way to be washed.
5. It comes back. Across most of Dubai, your folded clothes are back within 24 hours, at the same door or desk.

The bag is for the everyday clothes you wear and wash again and again. In a Dubai Harbour flat that might be work clothes, beach kit and loungewear, all in one load. These all suit the bag well:

• T-shirts and vests: cotton, linen blends and sports tops, folded flat.
• Jeans and casual trousers: washed with the other darks so the dye stays put.

• Collar and cuff lines: sweat and skin oil build up where fabric touches the neck and wrists. We treat these by hand before cleaning, so the marks don't set.
• Sun cream: it leaves yellow or orange marks on white cotton, often days later. Tell us it's sun cream, as it needs a different treatment from food.

These words get mixed up, but the difference matters for washing and for the price. Here's how we tell them apart when they arrive from Dubai Harbour.

• Bed sheet: AED 25, flat or fitted, washed and folded. Sheets from a weekly bed change can come in the same bag as the pillowcases.
• Pillowcase: AED 9 each. Send them with the sheets so a full set comes back together.
• Mattress protector: AED 35. Worth washing every few weeks, and straight after any spill. It protects the mattress, which can't be washed at all, so it's the piece that does the hard work.

Duvet and comforter laundering takes longer than a bag of clothes because the filling holds water deep inside. If it isn't dried right through, it can smell musty and the filling can clump into lumps.
