Treat the bag as your everyday wardrobe. T-shirts, underwear, socks, jeans, shorts, pyjamas, gym kit and swimwear can share it. Up to 6kg costs one flat AED 65, and the load is washed, dried and folded together.

Five days away from home usually fills it without effort. Towels and robes from InterContinental Dubai Marina stay out of the bag. They belong to the hotel and stay in the room.

Delicate silks, suits and good shirts are better in Clean & Press, so keep those out of the bag.

First we sort the bag by colour. Whites go with whites and darks with darks, so a new black T-shirt cannot turn a white one grey.

Each customer's laundry runs in its own machine, never alongside someone else's. The drum is sanitised after every cycle. The detergent is commercial-grade, made for loads that must come out properly clean.

Sensitive skin? Say so when you book. The detergent is hypoallergenic, and we write your request on the order so whoever is at the machines sees it.

After the wash, clothes dry on a low heat so cotton does not shrink and elastic stays soft. Then we fold everything flat and pack it into a clean bag.

The aim is that you open it at the hotel and put things straight into the wardrobe or the case. Nothing comes back in a heap.

Packing on check-out day is quick when the clothes arrive like this.

The outdoor pool and the 24-hour gym are both in the building, so costumes and kit pile up quickly. Do not leave wet swimwear sitting in a plastic bag, because it only gets worse overnight.

Put costumes, rash vests and gym tops straight into the laundry bag. They go through the same wash as everything else and come back fresh for the next swim or workout.

Chlorine and sun cream can leave marks on light fabrics. Send those early and mention them in your message, and we will give them a look before the wash.

Send us a WhatsApp message with your name and a time that suits you. We reply with where the driver will meet you.

The driver can take the bag in the lobby, or from the concierge if InterContinental Dubai Marina allows it. Check with the hotel first, and only leave it at the desk if they say yes.

If you like a contactless pickup and delivery, say so. The driver goes through the items with you or with the desk. A secure link then arrives by text, and you pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. No cash, and no cards in the lobby.

When the payment is done, your clothes go out for delivery to the hotel.

Sun cream, coffee, red wine and sweat are all part of a hotel trip. We check each piece by hand before the bag goes into a machine.

Tell us what caused the stain and how old it is. That helps us choose the right treatment, and we say so if a mark may not come out completely.

If a piece looks too fragile for the bag, we move it to Clean & Press and let you know first.

Living in a residence at InterContinental Dubai Marina, or staying a month? A plan can be cheaper than single bags. Essential is AED 250 each month for one bag weekly. Family is AED 450 each month for two bags weekly.

A one-off bag is AED 65. If you send more than a bag or two in a month, a plan usually wins, and it keeps budget-friendly wash and fold within reach for the whole stay.

Plans are billed monthly. Tell us on WhatsApp and we will agree the pickup day.

Our standard turnaround is 24 hours. Leaving at midday? Book the day before and give us your check-out time or flight, and we will plan the return around it.

Something urgent has express: 5 hours, if you book before 2 PM and your address is covered. Ask on WhatsApp whether the hotel is in the area.

Landing late is fine. The chat stays open all night, so you can book as soon as you arrive.

Clean & Press is for clothes that should not go in a bag. Each piece is cleaned as its label says, steamed by hand and returned on a hanger.

If something has to be ready tonight, book before 2 PM. Express takes 5 hours where your address is covered, and works as express laundry delivery for one shirt or a full suit.

Message us on WhatsApp with the item and ask whether the hotel is in the area. We answer straight away, so you are never left waiting for a van that cannot come.

Anything not urgent follows the standard time: 24 hours, or longer for delicate pieces, which we tell you about at pickup.

A suit that has been folded in a suitcase needs more than a quick steam. We clean it, press the jacket and trousers, and return both on a hanger so the shape stays.

If only the jacket needs attention, send it alone. A tie can go in with it.

With nine meeting rooms in the building, plenty of guests bring a suit for a conference or a launch. Send it the evening before for the best chance of an on-time return, or ask about express if the plan changes.

A kandura costs AED 15, and a plain abaya costs AED 18. Both are cleaned and pressed full length and come back ready to wear.

Ghutras and jalabiyas are on the price list too.

Mention beads, embroidery or trim before pickup, so we handle each piece the right way.

Weddings, galas and dinners at the restaurants downstairs are when your clothes matter most. Evening dresses, blouses and jackets are looked over by hand, cleaned, pressed and returned on hangers.

Tell us the date of the event. We can plan the return for the day before, which leaves time to try everything on.

A piece with no care label, or one that is already damaged, is cleaned at the owner's risk. We tell you before collection, so nothing comes as a surprise.

Each piece comes back on its own hanger, inside a breathable cover. Nothing is squashed into a bag, so you can hang it up in your room as soon as it arrives.

Flying out soon? Take the pieces off the hangers just before you leave, and fold them into a garment bag. They stay smooth until you land.

When the driver collects, you go through the items together. At the plant we look at each one again for marks and loose trims. If we find something, we message you before we go ahead, so you decide what happens next.

Nothing is hidden in the paperwork.

Payment happens by link, once the driver has looked over your items. Use a debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We arrange delivery when the payment is done. There is no cash handling and no card machine in the lobby.

Loss or damage is covered up to 10 times what cleaning that item costs. If something arrives already damaged, or without a care label, we still clean it, but at your own risk.
