The standard bag holds up to 6kg of everyday clothes. That is roughly a week of T-shirts, shorts, underwear, socks and gym kit for one person. Fill it right up, because the price is the same whether the bag is full or half empty.

Pieces that are very delicate or have no care label can still go in the bag, but they are washed at the owner's risk. Tell us about them in your message and we will handle them with extra care.

Please take everything out of your pockets first, and put anything small, like earphones or a room key, in your own bag.

You choose where we meet when you book. For most guests that is the lobby or the concierge desk, if the hotel allows outside pickups. If you are not sure, ask at reception first, then tell us on WhatsApp.

It works like doorstep laundry pickup, only the door is the hotel lobby. Our driver arrives at the time you picked and checks the items with you. After that we text you a secure payment link. You can pay by debit card, credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Please do not hand over cash or cards in the lobby, because we do not take payment that way.

Your clothes go out for delivery once the payment is made, and they come back to the same spot.

Your bag is sorted before anything goes in a machine. Whites are washed apart from darks, and bright colours are kept away from pale ones, so a new red T-shirt does not turn a white shirt pink.

Each customer's laundry goes into its own machine, and the machines are sanitised after every cycle. Your clothes are never mixed with another guest's load.

If a piece has a care label that says cool wash or no tumble dry, we follow it. Pieces with no care label are washed at the owner's risk, so please tell us on WhatsApp if something is fragile.

Tell us about anything that bleeds colour, like a new dark T-shirt or a red scarf. We can wash it apart so it does not mark your other clothes.

Pale colours and whites get their own load as well, which keeps them looking fresh over a long stay.

After washing, clothes are dried on a low heat. A hot dryer shrinks cotton and wears out the stretch in gym kit and swimwear, so we keep it gentle.

Then each piece is folded by hand, not stuffed in a bag. Shirts, tops and shorts come back in tidy stacks that go straight into your suitcase for the flight home. Socks are paired and underwear is folded flat.

If you need a particular piece back flat, say so in your message, and we will fold it that way. Everything comes back in a clean bag with your order together, so nothing gets lost on the way.

A lot of guests pack for three days and stay for six. Instead of buying more or wearing the same shirt again, send what you have worn and get it back clean the next day.

The hotel has a pool and a gym, and both leave their mark on clothes. Chlorine on a swimsuit and sweat in sports kit are best washed soon, before the smell sets in.

Both go in the standard bag with the rest of your washing. We use a gentle, hypoallergenic detergent, so fabrics with stretch keep their shape.

A quick rinse of your swimsuit in fresh water before you hand it over helps, but it is not required. Please empty the pockets of shorts too, so nothing is left behind.

Sports bras, running tops and compression wear are fine in the bag as well, and they come back folded.

A shirt that has spent three days in a suitcase rarely looks right on a meeting morning. Send it to us and it comes back clean, pressed and on a hanger, so you can wear it straight from the cover.

We treat collar and cuff marks by hand before cleaning. White shirts get the same care as coloured ones. Short sleeve or long, the price is the same.

A two-piece suit is cleaned and pressed as a set, so the jacket and trousers stay a matching colour and finish. Hand them over together and they return together, in a cover.

You can also send just a jacket or just trousers. If you only need the jacket for a wedding or a business dinner, we price it on its own.

Ties are priced too, so a creased one does not have to stay in the bag.

Packing for a wedding, a gala or a dinner usually means one good dress that has been folded for hours. Send it to us and we clean it on the process the label asks for, then press it and return it on a hanger.

Evening dresses and basic dresses are priced separately, and blouses and skirts have their own prices in the table above. Silk, lace and other fine pieces need extra time. How long depends on the piece, and we tell you at pickup.

If you are not sure what your dress can take, send a photo of the label on WhatsApp before you hand it over. We will tell you which process fits and when it can be back.

A kandura costs AED 15 and a basic abaya costs AED 18 to clean and press. Both come back on hangers, ready for a wedding, a family visit or Friday prayers.

Ghutras, jalabiyas and kurtas are priced as well, so the whole outfit can go in one order. Delicate abayas are priced separately.

For a wedding or a family event, send the full outfit in one order so everything comes back together.

Every piece is checked when it arrives. We read the care label, look for stains and note anything already worn or damaged, so there are no surprises later.

Clothes are washed in cool water, dried in filtered air and pressed by hand with steam. Each piece goes through three checks: when it arrives, after cleaning and before it goes back in its cover.

Loss or damage is covered up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item. Items that were already damaged, or that have no care label, are cleaned at the owner's risk, and we say so before we start.

If a mark does not lift fully, we tell you honestly, so you can decide what to wear.

Shirts, suits and dresses come back on hangers in breathable covers, so they travel to your next stop without crushing. Hang them up as soon as you open the cover.

If you are checking out the same day, say so in your message. We will aim to return the order to the hotel in time for your departure.

Dresses and long coats are covered along their full length, so the hem stays clean in transit and nothing drags on the floor.

We always read the care label first. Some fabrics should not be rushed, and a slower process protects them.

Express suit pressing is for pieces you need today. Book before 2 PM and, where we cover your address, the item can be back at Premier Inn Ibn Battuta within 5 hours. You pay the normal item price.
