Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at JA Beach Hotel

You fill one bag and we do the rest. Put everything in together: tops, shorts, underwear, socks, pyjamas and light dresses. We wash, dry and fold the whole bag.

A standard bag holds up to 6kg. The price is the same whether the bag is full or half full, so a full bag is the better deal.

Message us when you are ready, and the driver meets you at the hotel. You never need to weigh anything or count pieces.

Anything washable and everyday goes in. Think of what you would throw in your own machine at home.

Suits, silk, kanduras and abayas belong in Clean & Press instead. If you are unsure about a piece, ask us in the chat before the driver arrives.

We open your bag and sort it by hand. Whites and colours are washed apart, and stronger fabrics are kept away from soft ones. Pockets are checked for pens, tissues and keys.

We read the care labels, then pick the temperature that suits each load. Stains get a look and a treatment before the wash. If you mention a stain in the chat, we know where to look.

Your clothes are washed on their own, never mixed with another customer in the same load. We use a biodegradable, hypoallergenic detergent.

Dryers run on low heat, which stops cotton shrinking and keeps stretchy fabrics in shape. After that we fold every piece by hand and pack the bag flat.

You open it at the hotel and put things straight into the wardrobe or your suitcase.

After a day by the sea, the bag fills with wet swimwear, sandy shorts and sun-creamed tops. Do not leave them in a damp pile in the bathroom.

Drop them in the bag and we wash them alongside your other light things. If something has a stubborn mark, say so in the chat.

A beach hotel stay can mean two or three changes of clothes a day. One flat-rate bag keeps that cost simple, and you can send a second one if you need it.

Standard wash and fold is back in about 24 hours. For something urgent, express laundry delivery returns pieces in 5 hours if you book before 2 PM and your address is covered.

There is no extra fee for express. Tell us when you book that you need it fast, and we check the address first.

If you leave the next morning, book the evening before so the clothes are back before you check out.

One bag is AED 65 with no contract. If you stay for weeks or live in Dubai part of the year, a plan can save time.

At JA Beach Hotel, the Essential plan is one bag every week for AED 250 each month. The Family plan is two bags a week for AED 450 each month. Ask in the chat if a plan suits your stay.

For one night or a short trip, just book a single bag at AED 65.

You pay by a secure link we text you after the driver has checked your items with you. Pay by debit card, credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We never take cash or card details at the lobby.

Once the link is paid, your clothes go out for cleaning. If something is lost or damaged, we cover up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item. Pieces that were already damaged, or have no care label, are cleaned at your own risk.

Clean & Press is for the pieces you cannot throw in a bag. Each one is checked, cleaned and pressed on its own, then returned on a hanger.

The list covers shirts, blouses, skirts, trousers, jeans, two-piece suits, jackets, ties, evening dresses and winter coats. It also covers kanduras, ghutras, abayas, jalabiyas and kurtas. The full laundry price per item is in the table above.

Business shirts are the most common thing guests at JA Beach Hotel send us. Each shirt is cleaned and pressed, then hung up so the collar and sleeves keep their lines.

Pack them in a suitcase without worrying. Give us a few on arrival, and they are back in time for your first morning meeting.

A suit that spent hours folded in a suitcase can look tired. We clean and press the jacket and trousers together, so the two pieces match in colour and finish.

For something urgent, express suit pressing is available. Book before 2 PM, and a two-piece suit can come back within 5 hours if your address is covered. There is no express fee.

The same goes for a single jacket, a tie or a pair of trousers, if that is all you need for the evening.

A kandura costs AED 15 and a basic abaya AED 18. Both come back cleaned, pressed and on a hanger. Delicate abayas take a little longer.

Weddings and galas near JA Beach Hotel mean dresses that cannot go in a normal wash. We read the label, pick a gentle process and press the piece by hand.

Beads, sequins and fine trims need special care. If your dress has them, tell us in the chat when you book. We look at the piece when the driver checks your items with you, and we send it the right way.

Book a day ahead if you can. Delicate dresses can take longer, depending on the dress, so give us time before your event.

Before anything is cleaned, we read the care label. Pieces with no label, or ones that are already damaged, are cleaned at your own risk, and we tell you that when the driver checks them with you.

Pockets are emptied and marks are looked at by hand.

Standard clean and press takes 24 hours. Delicate pieces can take longer, and we tell you the time when you book. If you need something sooner, same-day pressing is possible: book before 2 PM and we aim to return it in 5 hours.

Express depends on your address being covered, so we check it first.

The driver checks each item with you at the hotel. After that we text you a secure payment link, and you can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. No cash changes hands in the lobby.

When the payment is made, your clothes go out for cleaning. Loss or damage is covered up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item.
