Wash and fold is priced by the bag. You fill it, we weigh it at the wash, and the price is the price. This is the simplest way to get through a week of family washing at LEGOLAND Hotel Dubai.

A standard bag takes up to 6kg. That is roughly a week of clothes for two adults and two children, with a few park-day outfits on top. A bigger bag takes up to 12kg, which suits a family of five on a longer stay.

Put the clothes in the bag we bring, or any bag you have. If you are not sure about an item, ask in the chat before pickup and we will say whether it belongs in the bag or should go as a single item.

Most of what a family wears on holiday goes in the bag. T-shirts, shorts, jeans, pyjamas, underwear, socks, swimwear, gym kit and light dresses all go in together.

Shirts you need for a dinner are better sent as single items, so they come back pressed on hangers instead of folded.

Leave out anything that needs dry cleaning, like silk or a lined jacket. Send those as items in the Clean & Press tab. If you are unsure, put the piece to one side and ask us in the chat before the driver arrives.

After a day at the water park, swimsuits and rash vests come back to the room damp and smelling of chlorine. Rinse them in fresh water if you can and put them in the bag.

Please do not leave wet clothes sealed in plastic for days, as they can go sour. A bag with a few damp items is fine, as long as it is collected soon.

We wash swimwear on a cool setting to protect the stretch and the colour. Towels from the hotel stay in the room, so only your own things come to us. Back to you dry, folded and ready to pack again.

Whites and darks are washed apart, and delicate fabrics get their own load. A new red T-shirt never runs onto a white one.

We check the care label on each piece and sort by it. If something is already stained or has no label, it is washed at the owner's risk. We tell you before we start, so nothing comes as a surprise.

Kids' clothes with prints or soft trims are washed inside out where the label allows.

Clothes are dried on low heat, which is kinder to cotton and stretch fabrics and helps stop shrinking. Once dry, they are folded by hand, so everything is flat and ready to go in a suitcase.

Small items like socks are paired. Kids' outfits stay together where we can tell they belong together, which makes unpacking at the hotel quicker.

Nothing is returned damp. If a piece needs more time to dry, it waits. We would rather be a little later than hand back something that is not ready.

Standard wash and fold comes back in 24 hours. That is a next-day laundry service for bags collected in the morning, and a same-day laundry service when you book express.

Express means 5 hours, if you book before 2 PM and your address is covered. We check the address first and tell you. There is no express fee.

Express laundry delivery is useful on the day you check out, when you want clean clothes for the flight. Same-day hotel laundry is also handy before an evening event.

One bag up to 6kg is AED 65. If you stay a long time or live nearby, the Essential plan is AED 250 a month for one bag a week, and the Family plan is AED 450 a month for two bags a week.

For a short holiday, the one-off bag at AED 65 is what most guests choose, and you pay once. The minimum order is AED 50. Pay by the secure link texted after the driver's check.

Book on WhatsApp, then give the bag to the lobby or the concierge, if the hotel allows it. If it does not, our driver can meet you at the entrance.

The driver counts the items. You get a payment link by text. It takes debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. There is no cash and no card payment in the lobby. Clothes go out for delivery once you have paid.

Clean & Press is priced by the piece, not by weight. This is laundry price per item, and you see the price for each piece before you book.

Hang the piece up, tell us about any mark, and we clean it by the right process. It comes back pressed, on a hanger, in a cover.

If you are not sure which tab a piece belongs in, ask in the chat before pickup. We will say whether it goes in the bag or is better as a single item.

Everything is checked by hand before and after cleaning.

A shirt or blouse for a meeting or a dinner comes back pressed on a hanger. We treat collars and cuffs by hand first, since that is where the marks sit.

For a quick turnaround, ask for express before 2 PM. If we cover your address it can be back in 5 hours.

Pack them flat on a hanger in your suitcase, or hang them in the room wardrobe.

A two-piece suit is cleaned and pressed together, so the jacket and trousers keep the same colour and finish. A jacket on its own is priced separately.

Hand them over on a hanger if you can. A suit folded in a bag holds creases that take longer to press out.

A kandura is AED 15. A basic abaya is AED 18. Both are cleaned, pressed and returned on hangers in a cover.

Delicate abayas have their own price, so tell us if yours has beading or fine fabric. Hand the piece over with its care label intact, and mention any mark before pickup.

Staying for a wedding, a gala or a dinner out? An evening dress is cleaned by the process that suits the fabric, then pressed and returned in a cover.

Tell us before pickup about sequins, silk or beading. These take more care and can take longer, so plan ahead. We tell you the time when we collect the dress.

Bring a hanger if you have one. It keeps the dress from creasing on the way back.

If you have a deadline, say so in the chat and we will tell you what is possible. We would rather tell you the truth than promise a time we cannot keep.

A tie is cleaned and pressed flat, and comes back on a hanger. A thick winter coat is cleaned and returned in a cover, which helps when you are flying on somewhere colder after your stay.

Check the pockets before handover. We check them too, but it is quicker if you do it first.

Most pieces come back within 24 hours. Delicates such as silk and beaded dresses can take longer, depending on the piece.
