Almost anything you wear every day can go in. That means tops, trousers, underwear, socks, nightwear, sports kit and swimwear from the pool.

After a few days at Millennium Lakeview Hotel the bag fills up quickly. One of our flat-rate laundry bags covers the lot, so there is no counting items.

Your bag gets its own machine. Nothing from another customer goes in with it, and light and dark items are separated so the colours stay true.

Clean machines, the right soap and a careful sort. That is all there is to it.

After the wash your clothes go into the dryer on a low setting, which protects cotton and stretchy fabrics. Then we fold each piece by hand.

This helps when you check out the next morning. You can pack without fuss, because everything is dry, folded and ready.

Our standard next-day laundry service is 24 hours. Book before 2 PM for urgent pieces and we can aim for 5 hours, if your address is covered.

There is no extra express fee. Message us and we will confirm what is possible.

This is doorstep laundry pickup, hotel style. If Millennium Lakeview Hotel allows it, our driver collects from the lobby or concierge desk and brings the bag back to the same place.

Hotel rules come first. If handovers are not allowed, we will agree another meeting point with you.

A single 6kg bag is AED 65. It is the affordable laundry service for one trip.

Plans suit long stays or return visits. For one trip, the AED 65 bag is the simple choice.

LPlaundry is independent. We are not part of the hotel or its group, and we do not handle the hotel's own laundry.

Each piece is cleaned in a way that suits its fabric, then steam pressed and hung. You pay for each item, not by weight.

It is the right choice when you want to look sharp for a meeting or an event during your stay.

Before cleaning, we look at the label and the fabric of every piece. Pockets are emptied and any marks are noted.

Each piece is steam pressed by hand and hung up, then slipped into a breathable cover for the trip back to Millennium Lakeview Hotel.

A kandura is AED 15 and a basic abaya is AED 18. Both come back pressed and on hangers, ready for the occasion.

Express suit pressing is possible for urgent pieces. Book before 2 PM and we aim to bring them back in 5 hours, if your address is covered.

Most items are ready within 24 hours. Delicates, like silk or dresses with beadwork, may take longer. It depends on the piece.

You hear the timing when you book, so you can plan around it.

The driver collects from the lobby or concierge desk if the hotel allows it, and checks each item with you.

We then text a secure payment link for card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. No cash is taken in the lobby.

Loss or damage is covered up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item. Items that were already damaged, or have no care label, are cleaned at the owner's risk.
