Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at Premier Inn Investments Park

One bag holds about 6kg of everyday washing, which is roughly a week of clothes for one person on a trip. We do not count items, so you can mix T-shirts, jeans, shorts, socks, underwear, pyjamas and gym kit in the same bag.

Use a laundry bag, a clean carrier or your own bag, as long as everything is inside and it closes. If you have more than 6kg, we move up to the 12kg bag, and its price is on this page. Ask us on WhatsApp if you are not sure which size you need.

Keep suits, silk, wool and special dresses out of the bag. Those are better as Clean & Press, where each piece is priced on its own and returned on a hanger. Anything that must not be tumbled should be mentioned when you book.

When the bag reaches our laundry, we check the pockets and the items before anything goes in the machine. Whites are washed apart from darks, and a stained piece is treated by hand first, before it meets the water.

Your bag has its own machine, so nothing from another customer is washed with it. We use a commercial-grade detergent that is biodegradable and hypoallergenic, and the machines are sanitised after every cycle.

If something needs special care, like a delicate top or a piece that bleeds colour, tell us on WhatsApp when you book. We will say how we plan to handle it before the driver arrives. If we find a problem once the bag is open, we message you before we go ahead.

Sorting is done for you. Whites stay with whites, darks with darks, and bright colours are kept apart so nothing runs onto a pale shirt.

You do not need to separate anything at the hotel. Put it all in one bag.

If one item is known to bleed, like a new red T-shirt or a pair of dark jeans, say so on WhatsApp. We will wash it on its own or with similar colours.

Items with no care label are cleaned at your own risk, and we will tell you if we are unsure about one.

After washing, your clothes are dried on low heat. Low heat is kinder to cotton and to stretch fabrics, and it helps stop shrinking. Gym kit and swimwear get the same gentle drying.

Each piece is then folded by hand and put back in your bag. The bag goes out for delivery as soon as the payment link has been paid, so there is no waiting around at the hotel.

Shirts and tops come back folded, not hung. If you want a shirt on a hanger for tomorrow's meeting, send it as Clean & Press instead, so it arrives ready to wear.

Message us on WhatsApp with Premier Inn Investments Park as the pickup address and a time that suits you. Say that you are a hotel guest, so we know to meet you at the lobby or front desk, if the hotel allows it.

Premier Inn Dubai Investments Park is on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, opposite Green Community, and our drivers know the area. Come down with your bag at the time you chose. If you are running late, send a message and we will adjust where we can.

The driver checks the items with you, and then we text you a secure payment link. You do not need cash or a card in the lobby. Once the link is paid, your clothes are on their way.

Pickup is free, and so is the return to the hotel. You can follow the whole order in the same WhatsApp chat, from booking to delivery.

You pay after the driver has checked your items, not before. We text you a secure payment link, and you can pay by debit card, credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

No cash or card is taken in the lobby, so nothing changes hands at the front desk. Your clothes go out for delivery once the payment is made.

The price is the flat price for the bag shown on this page, with free pickup and delivery. Nothing is added at the end, and the minimum order is AED 50.

If anything about the bag looks different from what you expected, tell the driver while they check it. It is easier to sort out on the spot.

For one bag, pay AED 65 and book whenever you like. No plan is needed, and there is no contract to sign.

If you stay in Dubai Investments Park often, or for a few weeks, the Essential plan is AED 250 a month for one bag every week. The Family plan is AED 450 a month for two bags every week.

Plans suit long projects and repeat visits better than a short stay. Message us on WhatsApp with your dates and we will tell you which option makes sense, and what it would cost compared with single bags.

We look after every item, and we count what we collect and what we return. If something is lost or damaged while it is with us, we cover it up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item.

Items that are already damaged, or that have no care label, are cleaned at your own risk. We point these out when we check the bag, so there are no surprises later.

If you notice a problem when your bag comes back, message us on WhatsApp the same day with a photo and the name of the item. We will look into it with you straight away and tell you what happens next.

Clean & Press is for pieces that should not go in a bag with your everyday washing. Work shirts, blouses, suits, jackets, ties, evening dresses, coats, kanduras, abayas, ghutras, jalabiyas and kurtas all belong here.

Each item is priced on its own, so you only pay for the pieces you send. The prices are in the table above, and nothing is added at the end.

We check every piece by hand, choose a process that suits the fabric, clean it, steam it and return it on a hanger. That way it can go straight from the rail in your room to a meeting, a dinner or an event. Standard return is usually 24 hours.

A work shirt is AED 18. It is cleaned, steamed by hand and returned on a hanger, with the collar kept in shape.

Send a few at once if you are staying for a week of meetings. Blouses are priced in the table too. Book before 2 PM and ask about express if you need a shirt back that evening and your address is covered. Tell us about any collar or cuff marks when you book.

A two-piece suit is cleaned and pressed as a set, so the jacket and trousers match in colour and finish when they come back. Ties and single jackets are priced on their own.

Evening dresses, gowns and formal dresses are checked by hand before cleaning. If there are sequins, beading, lace or silk, please tell us on WhatsApp so we can choose the right process.

Every piece returns on a hanger, ready to wear for a wedding, a gala dinner or a conference. Book at least a day ahead for these, because delicate pieces need time. Use express only if the time is tight and your address is covered.

Coats are cleaned the same way and come back on a hanger, so they are ready for the flight home.

If your clothes are clean but creased, use pressing only and we steam them without washing. For T-shirts, jeans, gym kit and socks, Wash & Fold is the simpler choice, because it is one flat price for the whole bag, and you do not need to pick items out.

For shoes, handbags or soft toys, ask us on WhatsApp and we will add them to the same pickup as your clothes.

A kandura is AED 15 and a plain abaya is AED 18. Ghutras, jalabiyas and men's kurtas are in the price table above, each with its own price.

Each piece is cleaned with care and steamed by hand, then returned on a hanger with its shape kept. A white kandura is checked for marks first, and any stain gets hand treatment before it is washed.

If you are travelling in for a family event, a wedding or Eid, book as soon as you arrive so the pieces are ready in time. Delicate abayas are checked by hand, so tell us about beading, embroidery or fine fabric when you book.

Everything comes back on a hanger, so you can hang it straight on the rail in your room.

Need a shirt or suit back the same evening? Book before 2 PM and ask for express suit pressing. It takes about 5 hours, if your address is covered, which makes it same-day hotel laundry for the pieces that matter.

We confirm on WhatsApp whether express laundry delivery is possible for Premier Inn Investments Park before the driver comes, so you know what to expect.

Express is best for a small number of urgent pieces, like one suit or two shirts. For a bigger load, the standard return of about 24 hours is usually enough, and it is easier to plan around.
