Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at ECOS Dubai Hotel

Every bag from ECOS Dubai Hotel goes through the same five steps, whether it holds two days of clothes or a whole week. A half-empty bag gets the full treatment, and a packed one costs no more.

• Sorted by hand: whites and pale colours in one pile, dark denim and black in another. Sheer tops and stretchy fabrics wait for a gentler wash.
• Checked for marks: we look at collars, underarms and cuffs before washing. A stain that goes through a hot dryer can set for good.
• Washed gently: with biodegradable, hypoallergenic detergent and a long rinse, so nothing comes back smelling of strong perfume.
• Dried on low: a cool tumble keeps T-shirts the right size and the elastic in gym shorts firm.
• Folded: piece by piece, checked again, then bagged for the trip back to the hotel.

This service folds your clothes; it does not press them. A shirt for a meeting should go to Clean & Press.

The 6kg bag holds more than most guests expect. Pack it loosely and it still counts as one bag, and a tight squeeze is fine too.

• Everyday wear: T-shirts, shorts, jeans, underwear and socks from the suitcase.
• Gym kit: anything from a workout in the hotel gym, washed with similar colours.
• Swimwear: costumes from the rooftop pool, washed gently and folded.
• Pyjamas and casual dresses: everything that does not need a crease.

Keep wet items in a separate plastic bag until the driver arrives, and tell us about anything delicate. Hotel towels and robes stay in your room.

Staying with family? Put each person's clothes in the same bag. Everything is washed together by colour, not by owner, so mixed loads come back sorted by pile.

Our detergent is gentle enough for baby clothes, so sleepsuits and vests can go in the same bag as adult clothes.

Travel clothes are a mixed lot. A new black polo, a white linen shirt and a red swimsuit should never meet in the same wash.

We sort every bag by colour and fabric before it goes into a machine. Whites and pale colours stay together, and dark colours get their own load, so nothing runs onto something else.

If you know a piece may bleed, such as a brand-new dark T-shirt, tell us when you book and we will wash it alone.

Gym kit and swimwear are the usual surprise. Dark sportswear can release a little dye in the first wash, so tell us if it is brand new.

Whites such as socks and underwear stay with the pale pile.

High heat is the quickest way to shrink a cotton T-shirt, and it can set a stain you have not spotted yet. We dry on a low setting instead.

Once dry, each piece is folded flat by hand, so your clothes go back into the suitcase in neat stacks and nothing is crumpled at the bottom. If you prefer things folded a certain way, leave a note on WhatsApp.

Clothes come back in the bag we collected them in, so you can put the bag straight into your suitcase.

A cool tumble also helps with wrinkles in plain T-shirts, so many of them need nothing more than a quick shake.

Laundry is collected and returned at ECOS Dubai Hotel, in the lobby or at the concierge desk, if the hotel allows it. That is how it works from first message to clean clothes.

• You message us: send the hotel name and a time, and tell us roughly how much there is.
• The driver comes: they collect your bag and check the items with you.
• You pay by link: a secure payment link is texted to you after the check. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted. Please do not hand over cash or cards in the lobby.
• We wash: your clothes go out for delivery once the payment is made.
• It comes back: the driver returns your bag to the same lobby or concierge desk.

If the hotel does not allow handovers in the lobby, tell us and we agree another spot nearby.

Most bags are back within 24 hours. That means a bag handed over on Monday morning is usually back on Tuesday morning.

For a short stay, check-out is at noon, so book your pickup early on your last full day. Tell us your check-out time and flight, and we plan the return around it.

If you need a few pieces back sooner, ask about express. It takes about 5 hours when you book before 2 PM, if your address is covered. We confirm this on WhatsApp before the driver comes.

Standard orders are a next-day laundry service: collected on one day, back within 24 hours. Express laundry delivery is for same-day hotel laundry needs, such as a shirt for tonight.

You always get the time in writing on WhatsApp.

If you are in Dubai for weeks, a plan is the simple, budget-friendly way to keep up with washing. You get one pickup day each week, and the price per bag is lower than a one-off order at AED 65.

• Essential: AED 250 a month for one bag a week. It suits one person on a work posting.
• Family: AED 450 a month for two bags a week, eight in a month. It suits a family settling in.

Staying only a few nights? A single bag is all you need.

Payment is simple and always done on your phone. Nobody asks you to pay in the lobby.

• After the check: the driver looks through your items with you first, then a secure payment link is texted to you.
• Pay how you like: debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
• Then we wash: clothes go out for delivery once the payment is made.

Prices stay the same for every bag, so there are no hidden fees to find on the link.

If you have any problem with the link, message us and we will help. We only ever ask for payment after the items have been checked.

All of this is contactless, so you never need to find change or leave the lobby.

Every piece in Clean & Press is handled alone, not in the bag with your everyday washing. That is why it is priced per item.

• Checked on arrival: we look at the care label, the collar and any marks before anything is cleaned.
• Cleaned in cool water: a gentle wash that keeps suits and shirts in good shape.
• Dried with care: no harsh heat on delicate fabric.
• Steamed by hand: each item is steamed and shaped on its own.
• Checked again: a last look before it goes on a hanger.

Jackets and shirts come back on hangers, so you can hang them in your room at once.

A shirt looks neater when it is hung up straight away, so keep it on the hanger until you wear it.

If your event is tonight, book the pickup before 2 PM and ask about express. If it is tomorrow, send the pieces today and they are back in time on a hanger.

• Say what it is for: a wedding dress or evening gown gets extra checking for beads and delicate fabric.

A creased jacket from a suitcase is the most common job we see.

Clean & Press is not always the right choice. For a bag of everyday T-shirts, shorts and gym kit, Wash & Fold costs far less because it is priced by the bag.

For shoes, handbags or a very delicate piece, our other services may fit better. Message us and we will point you to the right one before the driver comes.

Many guests at the hotel travel for weddings and family visits, and traditional clothes need to be spotless and well pressed. Each piece has its own price, and none is charged at the shirt price.

• Kandura: AED 15, cleaned and pressed as one piece.
• Plain abaya: AED 18. Abayas with detailing are priced as delicate.
• Ghutra, jalabiya and kurta: each has its own price in the table above.

We check any embroidery or beading before cleaning, and every piece comes back on a hanger. If an item is already damaged or has no care label, we clean it at your own risk, and we tell you before we start.

For the same day, book before 2 PM and ask for express. We confirm on WhatsApp whether your address is covered and what time the piece will be back.

Need a suit or shirt back the same evening? Express suit pressing takes about 5 hours when you book before 2 PM, if your address is covered. Message us first and we confirm the time.

Express is for urgent pieces such as a suit for tonight or a shirt for an early flight.

We confirm your address and the return time on WhatsApp before the driver comes.

Loss or damage is covered up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item. Items that were already damaged, or have no care label, are cleaned at your own risk.
